The wife and I recently moved to north Douglas County she has some ducks we have been getting duck food from Amazon but we ran out because they didn't deliver on time, so while in Cottage Grove we found this place the first thing I noticed was the sign outside that said they were established in 1870, walking in they have tons of different feed and farm supplies. The owners, a husband and wife team were very friendly and knowledgeable and their prices can't be beat. Amazon charges $65.00 for the duck feed we buy we got the same bag from Old Mill Farm Store for $25.00. If you're looking to purchase baby ducks chicken or even Ginipigs you can order any type you want from them. We will definitely be using them from now on for all our farm supplies needs

Decent place, the lady is very nice and personable. Good products...but More than not, The dude is a grump. And I get talking to customers, its nice to talk to people sometimes. But when someone is holding a 40 lb bag of feed, and has to wait til your 20 min conversation is over, and then be short and pushy with me, doesnt bode very well.

The oldest operating feed store in the area and for good reason. Debbie andChuck are the most knowledgeable people on most all animals. Their prices are very competitive and have saved me many trips up to Eugene.

This store is run by the kindest and most helpful people. If they don't have what you want, they will ask about your animals and their needs and offer alternatives and helpful advice about what, when and how to feed your pets and livestock. Very knowledgeable, always welcoming and open to questions. Their prices and selection are excellent. You will not find a better store for animal care.

I love this mom and pop shop! The owners are thoughtful, considerate, and keep prices reasonable. I appreciate having caring business owners in my community ❤️ also, the geraniums are healthy and make a beautiful addition to my flower beds.

Old time antique feed store. It is good to support local mom and pop businesses. I don't save money but I know it went towards good folks. They always insist on loading my purchases for me.
