Great place to meet up with friends for a weekend. My stays have been more than enjoyable. The pool and hot tube are a great feature of the hotel. The only difficulty I have with this establishment is that the breakfast location seems to be a tad small for the crowd it attracts and tends to become rather difficult to navigate around within the crowd.Rooms: Very spacious, comfortable beds, always immaculately clean, rooms have always been as the website states them to be.Food & drinks: The carls Jr and Dutch bros nearby make this hotel a great meet up spot for weekend hangouts with friends or family.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom fan was really loud. Breakfast was very good. Molly went above and beyond to link our rewards and follow up with us.Rooms: Clean and comfortable.

I rated 3 stars because there are things this hotel does well, but enough things to where I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again.The hotel had an unpleasant but not overbearing smell in the lobby, and the rooms also were slightly unpleasant smelling.There was a lightly visible stain in the comforter, but overall the room was okay and didn't feel gross.The proximity to the interstate is a huge plus. The staff here was very helpful in resolving a booking issue that we had through a third party service. He went out of his way to help resolve our issue and we really appreciated it.Breakfast was standard fare and was adequate.Overall an okay stay if you need it, but admittedly falls a bit short of my expectation for a best western.Personally, next time I will look in Eugene for lodging.

Staff was great, lobby, hallways and all other common areas were clean. Pool and spa were CLEAN! Breakfast service was excellent and Room was very clean as well. Location not ideal as it’s a bit “methy” but that’s not Best Westerns fault and we felt very safe, stopping for the night on our road trip, traveling with a 6 month old and a toddler.Highly recommend this Best Western!

Excellent, comfy rooms with pretty good customer service. The girl running the night shift wasn't SUPER friendly, but also wasn't rude. The beds are very comfortable. You are also walking distance to several places to eat as well as a gas station and coffee shop and are also right next to the freeway. The only thing is I wish they had more vegan breakfast options. Aside from that this place is very good. I would stay there again.

I'm a Best Western Diamond member and this hotel did not meet my expectations.Room was dirty upon arrival and the air conditioner filter truly needed changing as the room smelled like a dirty swamp.Worst of all was that Tanya, front desk person, was rude when I discussed how they could do better for future travellers.Oh, and I had to ask for my complimentary waters upon check-in.

Best place to stay in Cottage Grove!Helena at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. We accidentally made a reservation for the day before and she didn't charge us any extra, got us a room quickly and even let us check in an hour early without question!The Hotel is a best western so don't expect a luxury hotel but it's right off the freeway, still quiet, pool was heated but not hot, hot tub is very warm, room was clean, well stocked and comfortable, and HUGE free breakfast bar with hot food!!! Will stay here again next time I'm in Cottage Grove!Rooms: Clean, comfortable, and well stocked with a microwave and fridgeNearby activities: Small Town so everything is just minutes away by car or easily walkable. Tons of places to eat even in the same parking lot.Walkability: Lots of nearby fast food, restaurants, and the whole town is small and walkable.Noteworthy details: Can see it from the freeway

We stayed June 29,2022. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, We had a small dog and they had a nice area for the dog. Not sure about the area, there was a lady staying in her car on the property that shares the driveway, next to hotel and she undressed in front of us while we were sitting in the car, getting ready to leave. I would stay again.

Staff was great. My husband and I went there just for an overnight trip away from our children. We were able to swim and use the hot tub and no one else was using it so that was awesome. The hotel was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed out time. I would have liked stronger coffee but that's just me. Keep up the good work!

Stayed one night here with my granddaughters. Very nice property. It was clean and I felt safe. The breakfast was way better than the Coos Bay Best Western. The beds were better too. Would Definitely return again.

This is a nicely decorated, very clean hotel. Our pet room was on the first floor and it was easy to get them in and out. The front desk was very helpful in making sure we had a pet room. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive to the downtown historic district. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night on our way to the San Juan islands. Nice clean room and excellent staff. Breakfast is included. Only five minutes to downtown. Will be returning on our way home to California. Cottage Grove is a cute town. Our dog gives it two paws 🐾 up!

The staff and amenities are great! They were very kind and respectful to my 87-year-old grandma. We had absolutely no problems booking the rooms, checking in, or checking out. The prices are very fair.The walls are a bit thin, though. And for smell-sensitive people, it's a bit overwhelming. While there is no smoking of any kind on the premises (thank God), I still had problems with how the rooms smelled. The cleaning and air-freshening agents smelled so strongly that I could taste them, and it made me a little nauseated. It took a good while to air the room out. Keep that in mind if you are sensitive to smells, chemicals, or anything along those lines.Still, I think I'll come back next year. I'll call the front desk before I arrive to ask if they can limit the use of air and carpet fresheners, and to air the room out before I arrive. I know they'd be more than happy to accommodate. It's quite evident that they will do everything they can to make your experience stress-free, comfortable, and accommodating to your needs.

The Manager Jessica was very friendly and as well as the other staff. The rooms were nice and clean but a little bit noisy. The breakfast and Coffee was really good. I would've given this place a 5 but since the pool didn't have any chlorine in it I had to make it a 4. But other than that it's a great hotel to stay in and I recommend it. :)
