My little girl needed a bath BAD, she is horrible on leashes and has separation anxiety so I've never had her professionally washed but they made me feel at ease. She came back happy, smelling great and all her white spots were white again! YAY! 😁

My son’s standard poodle was well groomed here. We were informed that he had a suspected ear infection and needed a vet check. I appreciated being told this. He was seen by the vet an hour after pick up. Good job ladies you were spot on.Grateful Customer.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We are currently traveling in an RV and it was past time for our golden doodles to be groomed. After calling a couple other places with no luck we were very happy that Three Rivers Grooming was able to fit us in during our time in Coos Bay. I explained to the girls that our Franklin is not the easiest to groom as even though he is the sweetest boy he tends to get aggressive when it comes to grooming but they didn't seem fazed by this. I told them to call us if there's any problem at all and we will pick him up immediately. So, imagine my surprise when time went by and no phone call. Once we were told they were done and we can come pick them up we were delighted at what an amazing job they did! They even took the extra time for Franklin who needed to be coerced a bit. Great job ladies! We will definitely be back if in the area again!

Took my dog for grooming and I was very happy with the service. I was 30 minutes late and the groomer was very kind! When I picked my dog up he was done perfectly and was not stressed at all. I highly recommend them.

We are new to the area, so today was Willow’s first time here! The ladies were great with her and did amazing job on her coat. She was happy and comfortable when I picked her up. Couldn’t recommend more!

Our 10 year old pup has been groomed many times around the country (travel RN) and this place was by far the best! These ladies love the dogs they groom. They make sure to ask all the right questions to make sure your doggo comes home looking perfect! Our Mya looks fabulous! I would highly recommend!!

I took our pug who was very hard to deal with their. They were able to take care of her. They were patient and nice. Its very clean. Our pug was very comfortable with them. Brought our 2nd pug for a nail trim and was good. They shampooed did nail trim anal glands and we are very happy. It's a great place we will be back.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Don't take your dog here unless you're okay with them completely disregarding written instructions, making a million excuses, overcharging for unsatisfactory work, and then refusing to offer any money back after they completely screw up. No accountability whatsoever. I will never be back.

Took out Labradoodle in for a first time traditional close cut. He came home with gouge marks all over his underside. Razor burn and nicks, as well (the photos speak for themselves). He wasn’t dirty or matted, prior to visit. This wasn’t our first visit to this groomer and were pleased, in the past. This is what makes this so completely senseless. Our pup has been docile, since returning home (24 hours ago). He only wants to sleep (for our 2 year old dog - unheard of). We are taking him to the vet, today.

Gina and her employees are all for your furry friends, only been getting my dogs' nails clipped, but seriously thinking about having them bathed. Looking forward to that, I've talked to Gina about this. Sounds good to me and pretty reasonable price!😉😁...just want add ; my dogs are brother and sister 4yrs old also unbelievably 80lbs a piece and inseparable except when they're at Three Rivers Grooming! I think they do a fine job... I do help them with my dog's every time 😎, and for my exit on this post... my dogs are Australian Shepherd/Chocolate Lab mix( choco ausie's... much loved furry babies! Again...Gina and her staff are GREAT 🤗🤗😊😉!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These ladies made me feel at ease leaving my dog as soon as we spoke on the phone. They listened to all my concerns and squeezed my pooch in the same day. They treated my anxious dog with lots of love. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely go back.

My dog came back looking great but the owner/ groomer needs to learn what to say and not to say. Making comments to me about the way my dog looks was rude and is lucky I am nice. Some people like myself bring our animals in because we cant be there to do it our selves because I work alot. Just saying my dog was happy and is well-fed. Do better Mrs perfect

Amazing job! I am a travel nurse that brought my 2 terriers in for haircuts, bath and mail trimming. My one dog is very anxious and can get aggressive. They were still able to make my dogs look amazing! I would highly recommend them. The price and quality are unmatched!

We called first. They said just stop by. We brought 2 Dachshunds in. It took about 5 minutes each for nails. They did a better job than anyone has yet, including our vet. They charged $10 for 2 dogs. I gave them a $20 and left the change. If only this place was nationwide

I made an appointment for my 80 lb. Shepherd/ Pitbull mix. Bath, nails, glands, and ear cleaning. Kaitlin was on duty and she was very friendly. She called me within the hour saying he was ready. When I picked him up he was very excited to see us. They did an amazing job for a very fair price. This is the kind of service that I appreciate. Thank you Kaitlin. I appreciate all you do and so does Turbo. We will see you again soon!

If I could put zero stars I would. I have never been treated more poorly as a customer than I was today by this business. I never usually write negative reviews, but this is absolutely necessary. No one should treat customers like this. I called this morning to schedule an appointment for my dog to be groomed. I have never had my dog groomed professionally before and let them know this on the phone. I also let them know that I was new to dog grooming and would like any advice on the process and what would need to be done. They were very rude from the beginning they gave me no information on any part of the process the first time I called and when I asked about a price range they said, “it’s hard to give a price range without seeing the dog,” and that was it. I understand that it is hard to give a price range without seeing a dog, but any business should have a basic price of certain services they provide. After giving me no information on any part of the process, she said bye and hung up. So since I still had really no idea on what was going to happen with my dog, I called back. The next person who answered the phone was even more rude. I explained that I had set up an appointment and I was really just trying to find out what the process was so I had an idea, since I had never had my dog groomed before. The person was short with me and ended up hanging up on me. If these people are going to be this rude with a random person asking for advice on the phone, can you imagine how they treat animals...

Lost the paperwork for my dog, and instead of apologizing for it, they tried to make it my fault and started in on a litany of excuses that culminated in the groomer, inviting me and my pet to leave. Extremely unprofessional and rude. She is the wrong person to be in front of the public. Sad!

The women who work here are so kind and inviting. I brought 2 large dogs to them, one who is very skiddish, and they both came out looking and smelling amazing! My dog who is usually afraid of strangers was very happy and calm the whole time. I highly recommend this groomer.

Called to have my dogs nails trimmed. Come right in I was told. My dog gets scared and shakes when we go to new places. When we got there she asked if I wanted them trimmed or dremeled.In less than 10 minutes she had my shaker back to me and he was no longer shaking.I will return as my dog was so happy when we left and that's very important to me.

AMAZING!! If I could, I would shout it from the roof tops. My sweet Opie is a Pitbull, Huskie, Collie mix who wanted nothing to do with getting his nails trimmed today. However the woman who helped me, was very kind and patient, even came out to the lobby part and we both sat on the floor as she trimmed his nails. She didn't force him and was totally understanding, incredible customer service and to me this was going above and beyond. I will be bringing him back for baths and nail trims in the future. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to get grooming services for your pet, come here!!

Best price and best groomer in Coos Bay area. She did an awesome job even on a day her help called in sick. Her shop is open and you van see her work area and all the dogs she is working on. Very friendly she made our little boy super cute, got his paws really clean and his claws short. We will be back and have already told all of our friends.

She does a decent cut on our dog. But 4 hours is way too long for him to be sitting and waiting. He has separation anxiety. Most groomers take 1.5 to 2 hours max. Mine was sitting with a heat fan blowing on him when I came back to check to see what the hold up was. How long had the heat been blowing on him? Then I was told he would be next. Rushed through his cut as I was waiting. 4 hours total.
