So happy with this new carpet cleaning process by Fresh Carpet. My carpets feel like new on my bare feet. Brought back the fluffiness and newness. Seemed to actually lift the fibers to like-new. Process used a lot less water and my carpets dried quickly; did not saturate my carpet pad. Devonne, the specialist who came to my home, was very kind and answered all my questions as this was a new cleaning process for me. Devonne did a great job and was thorough and efficient. We had some questions about the services this company provided and Jesse got back to us very quickly. We decided we’d give them a try and were able to schedule an appointment just a couple days out.Our carpets aren’t in bad shape, but they were long over due for a deep cleaning. We have a dog and two young kids - and we knew our floors could use a good cleaning.Jesse showed up on time - and even sent a text to let us know he was on the way. He walked us through his steps again and then got to work. The floors looked so fresh and clean when he was done!! We especially appreciated that he took the time to show us the tools he used (deep cleaning brush to help remove tough to get pet fur for the win!!).Being that we only had one room, it took Jesse about 30-40 minutes. We were so impressed with the scotch guard in the playroom the first time around that we got it on the living room this time too. 2 kids and 2 large dogs do a number on the carpet but it looks brand new again! Jesse Holt arrived on time and was very thorough during the pre-interview to make sure he knew what I wanted. I also added a request to clean two mattresses and he was happy to accommodate my request. Went above and beyond to leave the carpet looking like new. I really appreciate how Jesse does business and I'm not an official customer. I had an appointment for a carpet cleaning and had to cancel a couple days prior since we decided to replace the carpet instead. Rather than act put out, he put me in touch with an installer he likes and even gave me advice on choosing carpet. Even though there was nothing immediate up gain from a paying customer, he spent a little time in making suggestions on what to get. I find that kind of interaction refreshing and had to give him a shout since the way a person runs their business almost always carries over to the quality they provide.

AMAZING!!!!! WOW! you really don't get customer service like this anymore. I had 4 bedrooms carpets cleaned and my sectional that I paid over 7k for. The 4 bedrooms look amazing. Almost all the stains gone. I never thought this was possible. My couch I have had for 8 year and never had it cleaned, I have two small kids and thought I would try before buying a new one. I was nervous to have my couch cleaned, They knew all the materials and what exactly to do to clean my couch with out ruining it. They did a great job getting all the dirt stains out, grease stains from office chair piston, and they also eliminated all pet odor/stains out of the downstairs too. After calling several other cleaning companies I reached these guys after seeing an add on Facebook. They went out of their way to come to our house and in just about an hour did the most wonderful job! We put this carpet in in November 2019 and although we try to keep dog paws and feet clean, life happens. They pet smell treated the carpet and then cleaned it. Did a great job! very thorough and spent the time to do the job right. Our carpets look great! We had a lot of pet stains that I couldn't get clean. So I called a professional. Jesse knew what he talking about! Did a series of treatments including and enzyme and had a pad extrater. Stains are gone! We will eventually need to replace our carpets, since our dachshund marked everything before he was neutered. Some spots are to the sub floor, and won't come clean no matter what you do. But the majority of them are gone. So fresh carpet cleaning offers a guarantee as well. Very happy with the results. It'll deffinetly get us by until we put in new floors.

We have a new puppy that has reaked havoc on our carpets. This past week she has been off to puppy boot camp with my sister (a dog trainer) to learn some manners. She is due home tomorrow and I didn’t want to have her smells in the carpet when she got back Jesse came in and gave us a very reasonable quote.
