If you want a wonderful vet then this is your place. The staff are all amazing human beings. Very caring and sympathetic. I can’t say enough good things about them. I feel so blessed to have found a veterinarian clinic that cares about my fur baby and her well being.

I had a very negative experience here. I needed some paperwork completed for travel; the office confirmed they could do the certificate when I called and made the appointment. I then brought the specific paperwork I needed three days in advance of the paperwork to confirm (handed directly to the Doctor). Yet when I came to the appointment he insisted that a full examination was necessary, and that my cat was too aggressive for the appointment. He refused to listen to me about the requirements, and refused to try again to examine the cat once he was calmer. I had to wait for the USDA to call him back the next day to confirm I was right to get my documents; then I was charged for the examination that he was very insistent the day before he was unable to do. It should be embarrassing to him that I knew the USDA requirements better than him, and that he did nothing to prepare for the appointment. Perhaps with basic care and very easy going animals he would be fine, but otherwise I would recommend driving elsewhere. His office staff was very friendly, so there’s that.

I had an appointment today at this vet. And the receptionist Brandy treated me unbelievably rude. Her behavior was completely uncalled for. The doctor was amazing and kind. But Brandy should probably find a new occupation other than dealing with the public because it's not for her. I will stay with Ocean lake vet in Lincoln City and never return to this place again.. never have I felt so unwanted in a business

This is the best vet we’ve been to by far. The entire staff is super kind and helpful!They have helped our dog with EPI go from being very underweight to happily maintaining a healthy weight. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without their constant guidance and support, and they take amazing care of our anxious pup.Our dog tends to get into some less than ideal situations, but they always are quick to see and treat her. Her last vet was dismissive and impatient, so it has been such a relief to find somewhere where they actually care about our dog and take the time to be thorough and make her as comfortable as possible.We are so grateful for Cloverdale Vet!

Great local business. Had our first appointment, and will be happily return with our whole herd of pets. 🐕‍ 🐈‍⬛ Knowledgeable, kind staff.Update: This place is awesome. The doctor is patient and kind. As are the tech and the receptionist. I highly recommend this place for veterinary care for your pets. The prices are competitive, they are very knowledgeable, and are wonderful people.

The staff is great! My dog loves seeing everybody there, she had to have a front leg amputated and the staff was great with helping me with her recovery and keeping in contact with me all day to see how she was doing before I could pick her up. My dog still loves going to their vet even after her surgery! We moved out of town but I still drive to Cloverdale to take her in. Highly recommend!

Missed going back to the exam room with my dog, Frankie. But thats one more sacrifice to the Covid-19 virus that we may never get back. I love the ladies, I've known them for many years. My spouse and I absolutely feel Dr. Abdoreza Abrishami is fantastic! What a gentle, caring, exceptionally skilled doctor! He goes out of his way to take care of our two pets Drake and Dresden. I love his extraordinary knowledge of natural organic approaches to helping our animals be safe and not suffer bad side-effects when it's not necessary. His staff is thoughtful and extremely caring, and supportive as well. BEST CARE EVER, such a comfort! Long review, but can be summed up with the last sentence: I don’t know what kind of hostile work environment this is, but I think it’s terrible that 1. They can’t spare two minutes to give a frantic owner whose pet is actively decompensating some direction and 2. Asking if a patient can speak to the vet is grounds for getting fired.My dog was showing early stages of heat stroke and DIC (Google it, it’s scary) while at the coast. He has a history of this so we picked up on the symptoms immediately. I called the nearest vet, which happened to be Cloverdale Veterinary Clinic. I explained the situation to the receptionist. She talked to the vet, and returned saying they were too busy to see him. They’re not an emergency vet clinic, so I understood that they couldn’t get him in. I asked if we could speak to the vet just to get direction on what we could do for him during the 1.5 hour drive to the nearest emergency clinic. The receptionist said she could not allow me to speak to the vet as doing so could cause her to “lose (her) job”.
