Was craving a good burger and was not disappointed! The place has an old vintage feel to it, like you're in a time capsule from the 50's. It's a bit musty in the store part. If you're looking for a fancy place to eat, this ain't it. We got our food to go. There was even a working pinball machine that my boys enjoyed playing for a couple quarters while we waited.I had the jalapeño burger and fries, and my husband had the pineapple burger, and they were top notch! The boys loved their burgers and fries as well. Everything was fresh and delicious. Will be stopping here again in the hopefully not so distant future to try out the Blue Cheese burger next!

I consider this place to offer the finest hamburgers in town. Their menu is straightforward and reasonably priced.Vegetarian options: I recommended the "Little Bad Burger" W/ Fries

We stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat. The fella started telling us about his cat. At first I thought why , just take my order already. We paid 25 bux and waited for a few minutes. Now when this guy brings out these huge burgers guess who was no longer in a hurry. That's right , this guy took the time to enjoy what was the BEST Burger on the whole road across the entire Country. That burger shut me up and gain my deepest respect. People don't understand that The Burger Deli's are dieing out and you had better stop here while he is still open.

The atmosphere of this store is very interesting with lots of wooden puzzles, car posters, bathroom full of clocks, and 6 cats. The store owner may ramble something about California but the burgers here were damn good, good ole hamburgers.Also bonus for the gray cat being very friendly.

RIDICULOUS!!! Went there to try the place, sign on the door says “be back in 20 minutes”… 20 minutes from when…?!? I text the number asking when they would be back, no answer. I waited 35 minutes and nobody ever showed up! What’s wrong with this podunk town?!?!? This is a small town and the places that are available to eat at, aren’t even available for people to eat at!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! If you are going to abandon your business for “20 minutes” you should at least be back within the time frame specified or how about just not abandon your business!! I’m surprised you are even still IN business!! Don’t waste your time here! Sign was cute tho… they get one * for the cute sign….

I absolutely loved this place. I've been driving back and forth between Portland and Reno for years, but somehow never stopped here until recently. The gas was cheap. They had 2 cats in the store that were super friendly. I got a milk shake on the way out which was good. Will start stoping here from now on. Plan to try the burger next time.

Stopped to get some food from the store and happened to check expiration dates. Some of the stuff in there is 3 years past the best by date. We let the guy at the register know and he just shrugged and said okay. Can't say I would risk eating in the attached burger place or ever return.
