I absolutely recommend this cute little shop! The staff were so friendly, the treats were given a 5 bones review by my dog, and their self dog washing stations are clean, easy to use, and well stocked. I will definitely come back when I am in the Brookings area!

We were doing road trip from Vancouver, Canada and passed this town.We went into the store and the staff greeted us warmly right away. We went in with our reactive (barky) puppy and asked him to help throwing our puppy the treat for positive reinforcement. He spent time playing with our pup and answering other customer's questions.Their cookies are very cute and our pup loves it.Great service and great products. Worth to drop by with your furry friends!

Admirably proficient staff that effectively conduct themselves with an astute courteous, they never fail to greet patrons upon entering. The employees are consistent in remaining positive & motivated. While apt to assist customers in an efficient & pleasant degree . Their Knowledge on how the entire inventory functions, they can answer most anything needed to ensure customers will properly utilize merchandise, which is impressive considering the volume of products in stock. you'll find what your looking for from original baked treats, food, toys, too stylish threads for your pooch. Petey's a talker, but they're privy to pooch vocalization wont disrupt the crews friendly demeanor, or affect the easy going, stress free atmosphere. No worries if you bought something that turned out to be an defective item, there's no fuss over returns, replacement, or refunds. I appreciate the professional service!

I stopped in the Gold Beach store. We were on vacation and ran out of puppy food for our Pomeranian puppy. I didn’t see the brand we use so I asked the young man about what would be comparable. He was so nice and knowledgeable and gave me some samples! My puppy has bad breath! He recommended the food (samples) and my pup loves it and his breath is so much better! I loved the store and the staff! Great customer service! Will be returning on our next trip! A+

This place is a gem! I had gone here after some horrible service from a groomers next door. I was able to wash my puppy and get her some well deserved treats! The staff is absolutely awesome. My second time going back was even better than the first. I love this place just as much as my pup does. We make sure to stop in every time we visit Brookings!

The staff here are more then amazing. The knowledge they have shows they are true animal people as well as they really care about each and every pet. We have two large dogs and it's a mess to bathe them at home we take them here for every bath now easy convenient and the product doesn't mess with their skinned it has actually helped our dogs skin issues. Also the treats are the best all natural that even people can eat them. Another great thing is they are affordable which is hard to find with great pet care. I highly reccomend shopping here!!!!

Best Self-Serve Dog Wash I’ve used and I’ve been to many all over the US! (It was recently remodeled and a second tub added in a separate room.) The tubs are quality with a nice rail-based leash attachment and two heights for shorter and taller dogs, good spray-head on the water hose, nice brushes to use and quality soap to choose from.The store is also very nice with lots of good-quality products.

What a nice store! And, the employees, the two ladies who were working there when we were shopping were great!Thank you, ladies! And BTW, the Poodles loved the cookies we bought. They have been known to turn their noses at the sight of a gourmet doggie cookie, but they loved yours.We will tell all our friends who travel to this area to stop for the good stuff for their canine companions.

This is a top notch pet accessory store. I saw products I had never seen available anywhere else, sizing options not usually available on most items, store wide! and learned that the employees are knowledgeable about pets as well as the products they sell. That's a big plus. You can offer employee education all day long but if theres no knowledge about what the products are serving it really doesn't do anyone any good. I am a vet tech and I listened as a couple with a puppy asked all sorts of questions about a wide variety of foods and products and I must say I am impressed. This will lead to excellent animal husbandry! I know I will be back if for nothing else, the rabbit jerky, my chihuahua loved it. It's hard to impress a dog that you cook steak for.

Every Christmas I go to Woof's Bakery for my 4 legged friends gifts. They love the mixed cookies! This year I got doggie ice cream as a gift too. The verdict it's still out how the pups liked that.

We used the self service dog bath station, which had a variety of brushes, medicated shampoos, and grooming tools. While there, also stocked up on some toys for the beach, and some yummy treats for the pups. Terrific place!
