We stop by this gas station at least once a month. The restrooms are always clean. I’m writing this review because the cashier this morning was extra rude. He’s normally borderline rude but this morning his rudeness shown through bright and clear. I bought a package of beef jerky that was priced $16.49 on the display. It rang up at 18.05. When I said something he stated “I can print the receipt honey and you can go talk to the manager in the back.” This is not customer service for travelers.

On our travels from Portland Oregon to South Holland, Illinois. We had to stop and get a DOT inspection done on our trailer. This loves in Boardman Oregon exit 158 is very slow at what they do. The food at Carl’s Jr. for breakfast was good. The service was very good and the entire store was very clean. The shop was clean and the service was friendly. Just very very slow at doing inspections. You are warned if you are in a hurry. Do not stop here if you have time it’s a nice place to stop. If you stop at this location parking is usually full all day long. Not as many potholes as you would think but plenty of room to move your truck around. And just for everybody’s knowledge, there is free air at the diesel pumps for the trucks cars can use as well, just be fast about that. If you have dogs, they do have a dog park for your little ones to run around and exercise and stretch. It is fenced in just please clean up after yourself so they stay around. And if you let your dogs use the dog park please clean up after your dogs as well, it’s very unpleasant to walk in and step in another dogs mess.

This is a pretty good place to stop for gas and anything you might need at a convenience store. It's also great that they have a Carl's Jr. The bathrooms look to be cleaned regularly and the service is great. Prices were average for a convenience store. One complaint would be that their "free" wifi is only free to paying subscribers. in this day and age, we can even go to McDonald's or Burger King and use their wifi free of charge.

This place is pretty freakin cool. The assortment of things they have here are great and it's easy to find as it is all organized very well. The store isn't cluttered either AND they have a Carl's Jr. in the same building. Clean, easy to navigate, great variety and really great customer service.

This Love's needs some love. It has slowly went down hill in the past year. We stopped for fuel and a shower but very quickly decided to NOT shower. The pictures should explain why. This is exactly the way it looked when we walked in. Not cool, Love's. The only thing clean in there was the new fan.The reason for the 2 stars is because of the "Welcome to Love's" greeting when we first walk in. It might have made it to 3 stars if they would have meant it.

A friend of mine who is a truck driver stopped in here for breakfast at Carl’s Jr. he ordered an egg n cheese biscuit. He got an egg cheese and sausage biscuit so he took it back. The guy working this morning told him sorry and said he’d remake it, no problem. So he remade it. My friend gets down the road and pulls out his biscuit, low and behold, egg sausage and cheese!!!! No where did he order sausage. We all make mistakes but very disappointing when you ask for a remake and get down the road and the remake is exactly the same as the first one.

Claim this showers are out of order for some reason. 4/28/24. But the bathrooms are over flowing with garbage. You'd think with showers being down that they'd have that extra help to clean up other aspects of the truck stop.

Normal stop for us on our travels. The person behind the counter was very nice and very customer oriented for us. Stopped in for the usual potty break, fuel, snacks and ice fill up. Can't really complain. I do have to say every Love's is trying to improve the stores and the offerings. I would agree it really does need to work on customer service. It doesn't matter where you go or which service station you stop at Customer service and the friendliness of the employees has really declined!

The Semi Truck fuel island, and parking area needs to be plowed.. Some time has passed since the latest system, and it really makes no sense to see our elderly, or any driver for that matter, having to try and tread thru all of this snow and ice.. it took me about 10 minutes to park, and i have 41,000lbs in the box, for continuing to get stuck. The truck traffic is out to the street because everyone is getting stuck... This lot is horrible and is literally an accident waiting to happen. However, the car side is immaculate compared to where professional truck drivers have to park

This loves is so convenient!!!! And last stop for like…., a lot of miles if your going west. The only correction needed is truckers who make the DRIVE WAY become a SLEEP WAY; and the beef jerky is expensive but you gotta have it. I think it’s worth the stop 100%.

Take a Hot Shower, Fresh Hot Coffee or have Breakfast at Carl's Jr. or just plain rest, get some sleep. Truckers can park right after refueling and stay the night. There's also 24hr Road Service with a Mechanic "On Duty"!

They’re absolutely horrible here at maintaining the truck stop with plowing while the temps are warmer and easier to maintain. Also, they’re horrible here at closing down a pump lane when one hose is missing. They keep the lane open.

Love's Travel Stop #650 in Boardman OR has a shift lead named Bernard Hernandez JR. He is an angry man with no customer service skills. It is my opinion that he needs to be relieved of his duties until he gets training on dealing with customers in general and truck drivers specifically. Do better!

Busiest I've ever seen. Friendly people- the customers, that is. This place was strangly loaded with flies, they were all over the over flow trays at the coffee station. Kinda gross.

By far, the best of any truck stops in the Northwest Region! Very friendly and professional staff! The lot is also the cleanest I've seen in quite some time as well. Showers are in much better condition than many others.Five stars if there was a sit down restaurant on location other than just fast food...

So far, one of the better Loves. Came in last night for sodas and smokes. Employees were friendly, fast and on point, especially since there was only 2 here @ 0200. Woke up, decided to take a shower before my fresh morning coffee from loves, which was hot, fresh and not burnt this time. Shower was 5🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟. Clean, smelled fresh, not like stale water T/A uses. All of them are handicapped, so they're all enormous. Hot water, good pressure, and clean floors /toilet / shower. About time they actually listened to a few drivers. Thank you 😢😏🤔🙋‍♂️-DOOM-🚛 SHAFFER TRUCKING ❄️

Horrible customer service! On 10/10/23 at around 11.30pm had to stop here and get some snacks. Cashier named Bernardini or Bernardo refused to sell to me stating that I have pulled my ID out of his hand while purchasing cigarettes and he was following me inside the store when I asked for a manager. I said you handed my ID back to me what is your issue?? Bernardo had paranoiac and sick face. I asked Fransisco the night manager to check their cameras and explain me what did I do wrong. Meanwhile another cashier lady checked me out with no issues, very nicely. Fransisco comes back to me after 10 minutes of checking his cameras only to say he was not able to retrieve anything. And Fransisco said to me “you got what you wanted?” I said yes…Very rude, extremely disrespectful and unprofessional staff members!I recommend corporate personnel to give them some lessons on ethics and do not please hire sick people with issues!

This store is a hidden gem! Reasonable gas prices, friendly staff, carls jr. Clean store indoors and outdoors, they have just about every snack and traveling item you may need on the road well stocked shelves , clean bathrooms

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISATISFIED WITH THE WAY WE WAS TREATED BY THE MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES OF THIS STORE, EVERY TIME I WENT INTO THE STORE OR RESTAURANT I WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER AND WAS TOLD THAT PEOPLE WAS COMPLAINING AND WE WAS LOITERING. HOW CAN A PAYING CUSTOMER BE LOITERING? THEY CAN GO BACK AND LOOK AT ALL FOOTAGE AND SEE I Either PURCHASED SOMETHING FROM STORE OR RESTAURANT AND DIDNT MAKE MESS OR CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS. MY FRIEND WAS IN NEED OF HELP CAUSE HIS CAR KEY WAS STOLEN BUY AN INDIVIDUAL WHO LEFT SO HE WAS STRANDED WITH NO MEANS TO GET ANOTHER KEY CUZ WE ALL KNOW HOW EXPENSIVE IT IS FOR A CHIPPED KEY . I UNDERSTAND THAT ITS A PLACE OF BUISNESS AND NOT A PLACS TO LIVE BUT ITS DAYS AWAY FROM CHRISTMAS WHERES THE UNDERSTANDING AND COMPASSION FOR SOMEONE WHO IS IN NEED OF HELP. I CAME OUT TO TRY HELP HIM CAUSE NO ONE WAS AND ITS NOT LIKE WE WASN'T TRYING WE BOUGHT A NEW KEY FOB TO REMOTE START IT AND IT WORKED FOR A MIN BUT WITHOUT KEY DURING THIS WHOLE PROCESS THE ANTITHEFT LOCK ENGAGED SO WEVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THAT OFF BUT BATTERY ON CAR KEEPS DYING and ITS ALOT TO ASK WHEN YOU ONLY KNOW A FEW PEOPLE WITH CARS TO COME OUT AND JUMP OR CHARGE BATTERY SO WE CAN YOUTUBE WAYS TO GET A KEY Programmed or way to bypass it cause he has no money. Anyway long story short to make things even worse and stressful the manager came out and very RUDELY YELLED AT US AND SAID WE HAD 2 HOURS TO GET CAR GONE AND WE HAD TO PUT THE BAGS OF CANS WE HAD IN CAR CLEAN OUR MESS WHICH PLANNED ON IT ANYWAY BUT AFTER I CLEANED IT UP WHILE SHE was video recording it i sat down in car to check msgs that id already sent out for help she came to window and said how long till your help arrives cuz I've called a tow truck and there on the way!! After she said she was giving us 2 hrs so never not one time was we rude or yelled at her we pushed car off property which is where we still sit waiting for help and now no way to go to restroom or charge phone to communicate with people no way to buy food or drinks. Im angry with the way we was treated i pray no one else experiences this from the manager especially days before Christmas. She coulda been little more patient and understanding that things take time especially when someone is less fortunate and struggling already his source of income at the moment is gathering cans which is better then stealing or committing crimes. Anyway im done complaining i normally just let things go but she totally pissed me off especially when we was paying customers. She needs to work on her communication skills and control her temper bet if it was her in our. Situation and that happened to her she'd be upset as well.

This love's doesn't seem that old but the shower was nasty! The floors in the store and restaurant look like they haven't been cleaned in a week. There were to many flys inside to be able to enjoy a meal at a dirty table.

This is the perfect place along 84 to stop in and grab something to keep the kids busy. The fruit is usually fresh, too. Staff offer a friendly hello. Restrooms are usually clean.

Always love Love's! Busy, but getting in and out wasn't bad. Great service wren lines were busy. Clean.While there, they called for truckers to move forward several times, then started naming the trucks that drivers walked away from and were inside. How rude of people not to park then go inside!? I can understand if you go inside and pay and come back out. Going inside, bathroom, food, then paying for gas, and going outside is rude!
