My bubby was ashamed because he put on too much weight for his harness, they returned the old harness for full credit toward the new one and made him feel like a special little man. The Good- You can get most of the basics here, and the prices on food and treats are fine.The Bad- Staff has no product knowledge, at least on my four trips.The Tip- Do homework if buying anything you are unsure about before going in.

I absolutely love this place. I go there for all my Betta Fish needs. They take amazing care of all their animals. I was sick to my stomach to see how PetSmart treated their Betta Fish. I’d like to give a special shout-out to the girl with the black/white hair who works there. I didn’t know anything about fish keeping at first and she set me up with all the knowledge and equipment I needed. I highly recommend shopping there for all your pets’ wants and needs. The staff is awesome and your pets deserve the best.

We always get what we need here. The store is a bit outdated and dirty likely due to the fact that it is understaffed. The staff is always friendly and helpful though.

They carry a lot of dog and cat stuff. They have a decent aquatic section, but they do tend to have signs on a lot of tanks of quarantine, a lot. They do the better thing where the poor little things are in cups with no heat or food. And if they do feed them, then they're swimming around in poo. I just hate that industry. To be healthy. These guys need to be in much larger containers, with a heater with plants. It's not like it can't be done. I've been to plenty of other fish stores, that dedicate a wall, just to house bettas in bigger containers with plants. In fact, I saw a PetSmart that was doing this.

ASHLEY from the Bend store is amazing. She is a 1 woman show. My dog Buddy loves her and she does a great job. Be patient, she has no help. Also, I went to make an appt. for grooming on the website and it said I had to come back later. Finally got an appt but my number didn't pull up my dogs Vax info. So Ashley had to cancel the web appt and remake it and th Vax info pulled up. That is a web glitch.

Buyer beware. If you search for an item online and then buy it in store without first purchasing it online, there is a crazy markup! 80% for the product I was buying. They did price match in the end, but it just felt scummy.

Black Friday bummer....We were the 1st people in the door at 7am that morning. Waited for the doors to be unlocked. Went in with intentions of buying the $150 ball python for 1/2 price (They had advertised all reptiles were 50% off for Black Friday) There wasn't even 1 in the tank! They even had a sign on the empty tank saying 1/2 off all reptiles. They had 2 ball pythons, they had one for $300 and one for$700. We went with the $300 one and got it for $150. My frustration is, if you are going to put out this big sale on items you should make sure you have the items in stock!!! Not even one accessory we needed for the snake was on sale and in my opinion since they didn't have any of the snakes we came in for I feel like they should have offered us an extra discount on some of the accessories we bought so my frustration could have been a bit satisfied.The snake was a Birthday gift for my daughter. We surprised her when she got home from Grandmas. In the end the excitement she had made all the money we spent worth it.

I had signed up for a repeat order for my dog food. On my second delivery, the dog food sat in a “pending” state for 4 days. When I called customer service all I got was an I’m sorry with no explanation other than once it’s ships it can take 5-7 business days. I called again the next day when I saw my order was still pending. The same response. I don’t understand what the point of scheduling a delivery if it’s going to be extremely inconsistent. At that point I was out of dog food and decided to cancel all further orders. I already knew I was going to have to make an abrupt switch and now deal with diarrhea from 3 dogs. I am very disappointed and hopefully you can offer a better explanation as to much needed products are remaining in a pending state for so long. Especially on a reoccurring order.

A lot of items for pets to choose from at decent prices. I bought fish here a couple of times now and each time upon introduction into my existing tank of 50 gallons, a disease or fungus was introduced into my tank, killing every fish existing in and forcing me to sterilize and start totally over. Sucks, especially when you have a colony established for some time. Have not had bad results like this from other places such as Aquatopia in Bend.

My children aged 17 and 18 were interested in buying a fish so I brought them here. The woman helping us was very helpfully and even recommended her favorite type of fish. We bought the fish and the prices they are offering are amazing! The fish recently died and my children were very sad. All in all, this place is amazing. 10/10 would visit again if I needed to buy a fish.

I wish I remembered the cashier's name, she was legend! I used the lue and when I cought up to my wife the cashier was coming around the register to give her a big hug, both were laughing and all smiles, my wife said it was exactly what she needed, she felt "seen" it was so important to me that I'll never shop anywhere for my pets again. Highly recommend!

A store associate name Stephanie had helped us at Petco at a location near us. She helped us price match a product that worked well for a leopard gecko. A certain substrate that would not be too humid and would be better for the health of our leopard gecko. It was nice to have a price match in store that is online to help save money. Also, there is AutoShip available that would even save more money.

Everyone is always so helpful and nice! I didn't catch the person's name who helped me tonight but she had plugs and a cute mushroom tattoo on her forearm. She talked to me and my bf, giving us ideas for my picky cats and her personal experiences with her cats and that was so helpful! Their prices are cheaper than amazon too for some stuff. I bought 2 boxes of oko cat litter buy 1 get one 1/2 off for 18.99 they're $20 a piece on amazon. :)

Went to find specific cat food and a toy for my Siamese. Found what a wanted and a reasonably priced toy he loves. The cashier helped me find a nice bag and offered to have someone carry stuff to my car. I have shopped here before and find folks to be consistently pleasant and helpful.

OMG...pallets of food all over the store & nothing on the shelves. It was difficult to get around the store, and I wasn't able to find the food I wanted to buy. I had tried to order online to pick up & all my desired items were "not available." This is the 3rd (& last) bad experience I have had at this store. I won't be back.
