This store is not only well organized and clean, but the staff are always friendly and helpful. I love stopping here to pick up wet cat food. This is the only place I have found that carries the brand my cats like.

MudBay is our most favorite place in Bend! Our pup Annie loves going and she looks forward to it weekly. You can tell the staff really loves animals and their jobs. Sincerely the best, kindest, most knowledgeable folks. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful especially Heather, Wendy, Starr, Krista and Nick. Thank you again for just being the best and always being so kind to Annie. And we are fans of both of the Bend locations. Excellent products and people, what else could you ask for? Wonderful experience here. My new rescue cat has not been eating very much, most likely due to the stress of a new home. Store associate Taylor helped me select a great cat food to try, and even gave me some free samples of various wet/dry food to take home. After a week of barely eating at all, my kitty devoured her dinner that night! She loves all of her new food and seems to be adjusting so much better. Thank you Mudbay for outstanding customer service!

Great staff, great selection. My puppy has a lot of allergies, I showed them the list and they provided samples of several things she could eat. We now have a new favorite food and a great place to get it from!

First time visit today! Was a cool store. I got a collar and a bucket of healthy treats for a very good price! They were also helpful and friendly as soon as I came in. Great new start for our new puppy!

Love Mudbay! We discovered it at a downtown summer fest when they had a booth set up. They gave us treat samples that my fur baby absolutely loved & went visited their store ever since. Awesome products & the staff are always eager to help!

I placed a delivery order for chicken feed and cat food on 9/12 and got an email the next day saying it would not be delivered due to staffing issues. Annoying, since I ordered delivery because I could not go to the store myself, but understandable. What's not understandable is how difficult it has been to get a refund for my unfulfilled order. I called the store 6 days ago and the employee had no idea when I could expect a refund but would let head office know I wanted one. There is no course of action mentioned in the emails they sent me letting me know my order would not be fulfilled. This is not good business practice. I hope I can get my refund soon, and I will likely never shop here again because of how stressful this experience has been.-CB

I had a great experience here after I mentioned to a worker that my sister and I found a stray cat that was beaten up pretty bad. We took her in and the first thing we did once she was feeling better was head to mudbay for toys and treats and everything she'd need. The worker was kind enough to give us a lot of free goodies just for the cat!I already go to mud bay for all my other five pets but this experience was something specialPS if anyone is missing your furry friend, she had to have been gone for a while because of her physical state but we found her, and she became pregnant while lost 😅

I have 4 huskies and 2 cats, so I shop around a lot for the best deals. I've decided to shop exclusively at this Mudbay location though going forward for two reasons: 1. Inventory is always stocked and organized 2. Customer service is consistently the best in Bend. It's no longer worth it to me to try to save a couple of bucks when I can go here and always be guaranteed the item is in stock and the staff is always really helpful and friendly. A++!

A very nice high end, very clean pet store. They do not carry any of the more common big brands but they have a good assortment of specialty products. I couldn't give 5 stars because they have been out of products that I needed that are within the brands they carry (Instinct, Stella and Chewy), but other stores in town have them always in stock. They did, however, have a great treat kiosk that had some appropriate treats for my kitty with IBD. I was super excited to find them.

I love Mud Bay. The vibe is very calm, which is not always the case in a pet store. I have great discussions with employees that lead me to some fantastic treat/food/gear options. A nice range of products, good quality food items, and options for both high quality kibble and raw options. Lots of chew/treat options, and lots of leash/harness/collar/gear options. Toys and travel gear too. Paw wax, cat items, etc. Also a scale for weighing, which I find very helpful. Staff are fantastic with recommendations, ordering in items out of stock, and supporting customers in a minor crisis.

This might be the definition of "First World Problems" but after my terrible experience of going to the local Petco and needing to find a new dog store, I couldn't believe how well maintained MudBay is. The staff is so nice & they have all of the very best treats, food and accessories you'll ever need. Plus they have such an organized and well kept facility. I'm so glad I came across this company, will definitely continue to shop here!

Love the store, has a great selection of foods and treats plus is always helpful with food samples (we have one very picky dog and one that eats anything).Recently though it has been unreliable due to closing early or all day sometimes (I assume due to staffing), and stock issues. We live in Redmond so it's hard when we're in Bend during their posted hours but they're closed. They will deliver to Redmond but don't always have $30 to buy or time to wait.

Mud bay has always been my go-to pet store. Tonight, the staff working went above and beyond to help find the best food for my pup. I chatted with the guy working about what works for my dog / what doesn’t, and how he has a sensitive stomach and needs tasty raw food toppers to get him to eat. He offered a few samples, and so far my dog loves the one we tried. I’m very appreciative for always receiving the best customer service here!

They're always so kind and helpful here. Our dobey, Bambi, calls it her "candy store!" Prices can be high but you're getting high quality stuff. I definitely recommend Mud Bay! 🤗

I loved the help we received from Nichelle! She really knows her products and gave us some samples for our new dog to try. I like Mud Bay especially for the organic, natural food choices. I also love the spray cleanser for grooming my dogs coat. It smells so good and he actually let me spray him and brush him! I am a very happy customer 😊

Very nice place, clean and well laid out. The staff are great, very friendly. The products I have bought are excellent. The dried minnows for the kitty's were a Big Hit, and the kitty litter made from crushed nut shells is amazing no odor at all.

What a great place to get everything your pet needs. The delivery service they offer is by far the best I have ever used. We live quite a ways out and they still find a way to hand deliver our order as soon as the same day
