Horrible experience horrible customer service !!!!First of all if I could put no stars I definitely would! I went here to purchase goldfish for my dear friend. The sales person named Amy gave the worst possible customer service I have ever had at this location. First off, never make an assumption, she was like the Spanish Inquisition asking where I was going to put these 40 cent goldfish. Then she proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t sell me goldfish and accused me of being a goldfish murderer! I have never heard of anything this ridiculous in my life. I shop here all the time for all of my pet needs. But from now on I will never buy a thing from this location. And I promise to tell everyone about my horrible experience and not to shop there!!!! Also don’t even stock or sell fish!!!

Went in today to purchase some aquarium supplies. Walked up to the check out & placed my purchase on the belt. Another customer that wasn’t in line told me to get behind them. I said you’re not even in line, or have any merchandise on the belt, so I’m next. The employee, who appeared to be friends with other customers, decided to play line monitor. He told me I’d have to wait. So I left my items & walked out. I didn’t appreciate his tone & attitude. I ended up purchasing the supplies on Amazon which was cheaper anyways. Brick & mortar businesses need to provide the best possible customer service to avoid losing customers to online competition.

For the most part this location is on point. I've only had one issue attending this location and I believe the culprit no longer works there. Everyone else is very friendly and helpful. Great return policy!

I was looking for some canine aspirin to help my four-legged friend with a muscle strain.This was the only pet store at all in the area that had any in stock!And the sales associate was really kind knowing my dog was in discomfort.This Petsmart is very conveniently located in the beautiful Cascade Plaza which is right near Washington Square.It is super-easy to see from the road and there is generous parking for the whole marketplace.I definitely recommend giving them a try!!!

Marissa and her crew work together to make magic. Claw clipping and grinding are smooth. I have taken Cameo here since she was very small. I will not take her anywhere else. If you are searching for excellence in grooming, then look no further. Thank you, Marissa!

Sales prices are always good. However, a guy with a man bun and glasses refused to sell me a $2 fish because the fish can grow up to being 2’ in length. That being said I told him I’m aware they get that big and will be buying another tank when I need. He still refused. I proceeded to ask why they can have 50 or so in a small caged portion of the tank and he responded with “petsmart doesn’t take the best care of their fish”. I don’t understand why this employee is gate keeping the department yet openly admitting they are doing no better.

We buy our dog food here exclusively and came to this persmart because we were on a trip (usually go to the one in Hillsboro)I opened the bag of dog food and it smelled....bad. I look at the expiration date and it said 2021!?!?! 3 years expired. Be sure to double check the date because they sure havent in a while!!

Aubrey did an amazing job grooming our dog, Emma! This was our first appointment with Aubrey. Aubrey has great energy and enthusiasm and obviously loves dogs! Emma’s wash, cut and nail grind were done on time and she even got these adorable little bows and bandana - my family’s faces all lit up when they saw her all dolled up! Thank you, Aubrey!

I have been coming to this location for years and never once had an issue. Over the past year or two it has gone drastically down hill in the grooming department. Yesterday I took my dog in for a bath and nail trim. When I picked him up he looked like he was in a panic. The lady who had him leashed had it so tight he could not breath and she either didn't care or isn't aware that dogs need air to breath and choking them is not ideal. I tried to stay calm and just get my dog and leave, the person with the leash was no help and had to be told by the other tec that she was choking my dog before she finally opened the gate so I could get to my dog. On top of that once I got home MULTIPLE NAILS started bleeding because of how short they were cut. My dog was having a hard time breathing for over an hour after I left the facility and his nails are so short I keep having to apply quick stop because they keep re-bleeding. These people are either not trained, or sadistic dog abusers.

Alyssa has taken my anxious dog, Daisy, under her wing. Daisy is not an easygoing dog at the vet or at the groomer, but Alyssa volunteered to work with her, and it's been great. Thank you, PetSmart and Alyssa, for helping Daisy get more comfortable with grooming! She is a clean and happy dog!!

Too many cats stuffed into their adoption displays. The rule is to have one litter box per cat and then an additional one. In their display they only have four litter boxes but have six cats stuffed in there.They could get buy with four litter boxes but that is if they keep it clean and three to four inches full. Here the litter boxes are very shallow and two of them are extremely full of waste and need to be cleaned immediately.

Haven has the most gifted persona and talent as well. Our Sophia is comforted by Haven and does a wonderful job of my purple passion princess. She makes her in all shades of purple. Love it!!! #purplepuppy

Took dog in to get groomed and they had to take her to the hospital from losing nails in the kennel. No one can give straight answers to what happend! Denise the store manage is very unprofessional! She couldn't get the story right and told us to go ahead and call corporate which we are.

I brought my dog in to get a Groom. He is an all white Siberian Husky and was covered in dirt and just needed to get a good cleaning. I came here and it was the best experience for him and myself. I normally just do it myself but the timeless process they had I had to give it a shot. Never looking back. I will always choose them to do my animals grooming. After the groom I let him pick out a couple toys and treats. 10/10!

The cashier Sarai is amazing and quite frankly the only reason I shop at that location. I love her warm, friendly demeanor, and am always glad when she's working because I know my check out will be a breeze and with a SMILE!!! She should be recognized for her efforts, and be the model for customer service!

LUCA! You are the best. You went above and beyond. I called because I was concerned the order I had just placed online was out of stock because I received a confirmation email, but below it said item out of stock. Eeek. I asked if the bag was on the shelf and if the one I had ordered was the last one. Luca took the time to go and check the shelf and it was in fact the last bag which was for my order. While on the phone, Luca informed me they put it up front and it was ready for pick up. Thank you so much Luca.

Normally I'd give this PetSmart a 5 star, but this one star goes to a particular employee. I went to go buy a goldfish to keep my other two company. At the time I had a ten gallon tank but had been looking online for a bigger tank to upgrade. The guy with glasses and a man bun(didn't catch his name)refused to sell me a $.22 goldfish because he "had no proof" that I planned to upgrade. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. Since then(within about a week)I have fully upgraded to a 55 gallon aquarium. This guy literally has no business dealing with people. I'll keep going to this one because everyone else is very friendly and helpful, but I will never deal with that guy again. I will ask for someone else to help me.

Don't like this place. They never have correct prices. They always blame the computers but yet if you don't catch it you spend more than you should. They know the prices are wrong and in the stores favor but they never say anything unless you complain. They never go back to check the price but take your word for it instead. Bad business.

Horrible customer service for curbside pickup. I understand stores are short staffed however 4 employees visibly standing around while I was waiting (and checked in) in the parking lot for almost 10 minutes before I decided to walk in the store and retrieve my items. I will not be ordering from this location again.

There were two puppies in a open topped cage, they had no water in their bowls and their puppy pads were soaked with pee. The store wasn't busy at all and there was enough employees around to attend to them. It was very sad and I hope in the future, management will keep an eye on situations like this.

I'm 95% sure this PetSmart location hand-picks literal angels from heaven as their staff, because they are always so nice, so helpful, and just plain friendly.I had an associate approach me out of nowhere and not only offer to help me carry my item (large x-pen,) but also help me out to my car. Literal. Angel.5 / 5 for the associates🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞
