I brought in my 6 month old Boston Terrier to be groomed at Nature’s Pet before the holidays. He hadn’t had a lot of experience with being groomed and they were very sweet and gentle, reassured me they would take breaks if he seemed overwhelmed, and took great care of my little guy. Although this isn’t the most convenient place to take my pup to be groomed, I’ll definitely continue to go out of my way to continue bringing him here!

Super rad little pet/dog store! I buy a bunch of meal toppers and treats for my dog training business (the Grateful dog) here! The woman that owns the store is usually the one working and is so nice and helpful! She doesn’t bug you and lets you shop! Nice vibe and good products! My client dogs love the snacks!

I brought my dog in to be groomed on may 9th, 2022. I was very pleased with the results. My dog is like a new pup. She had mats all in her hair prior. She is very happy now. I feel bad cause i was in a hurry and forgot to tip the woman so i thought i woukd try to make up for it by putting a good review out there.

This was our first time in Nature's Pet Market. They were super friendly and helpful. They had a wonderful selection of good, high quality foods. We will definitely be back. We normally go to Mud Bay for our pups, but I think this might be our favorite store now.

Ashley is the most incredible groomer we have had. Polite knowledgeable and most importantly my dog actually gets excited to see her which tells me she treats her wonderfully. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I love Nature's Pet, especially this location. Their delivery service was so helpful throughout the pandemic, and I have continued to rely on it from time to time when I have a last minute dog food emergency or when I wasn't able to drive due to a broken arm. My deliveries have been so quick and the personal email confirmations are such a nice touch. The staff is so knowledgeable and have helped me many times over the years with supplements for my three rescue chihuahuas. I really trust their guidance, and it has always worked out. I am welcomed every time I walk in the door, and it feels like they are genuinely happy to see you. The store animals are always so fun to see and make it clear the staff treats their animals like family. This is important to me. I can't say enough good things and will always be a loyal customer. Cute little family owned pet store supply. It seems their stock isn't as expensive as other locations, but they had everything I needed. The clearance on the dog food that I buy was a great addition. If you're looking for a one stop shop for a lot of things, you might run into some inventory issues. Otherwise, in terms of dietary needs for both my cat and dog, they had everything. Plus it's family owned, which I'll support.

Nature’s Pet did an incredible job trimming our dogs nails. Ashley was gentle, patient, and helped create a positive experience for our usually anxious golden when it comes to nail trims. We will definitely be back!

This establishment is the perfect pet store (in my case for a dog). It has so many different items for your dog, but very few brands. Just the way a smaller store should be. No reason to have a million different brands when they know which ones are excellent. Everything is easy to find as well.The majority of their items are of the "natural" kind, so no need to worry about feeding your pets fillers or unhealthy snacks.The first time I went, I used their grooming/bath service for my 35lbs Duck Toller. He is very skiddish when it comes to vets, groomers and anywhere else that isn't home when I'm not with him. This hasn't been much of an issue here though.PetCo at one point refused to groom him because of it (which I felt was a bit unnecessary). The groomer here did exactly what we wanted and he came out looking even better than we expected. One of the best grooms he's ever had.They were quick too! Only took about 1.75 hrs from when I dropped him off. There have been times at other places that took 3-4 hrs. So I was actually surprised.Give this place a chance. Currently the entire Murrayhill plaza is under construction, so parking is a pain, but it'll be finished soon. It wasn't too bad.Give them a chance to impress you!

The store didn’t feel that warm and welcoming. Big sign on the front door saying to make sure your dog pees outside! (Common sense. Though I know accidents happen, you are a pet store!) owners son followed me around, not offering to help but felt like he was watching for theft. Products were good… the humans need some coaching.

Best groomers and staff. Groomers are very gentle and patient with every visit. The floor staff is always very friendly and available, you feel at home right away. Also very clean, never dusty or in disarray. The best feeling is that I trust leaving my beloved dogs with Natures Pet groomers. I came to NP after a bad and weird experience at a PS where they weren't aggressive, just very impatient and rushed and I knew I could do better. I ♡ NP

I have taken my Yorkie, Rusty here for 4 years and absolutely love this place. Every person Rusty has had has been amazing and they are all so accommodating to hurt skin and mouth condition. I always feel so comfortable taking him here, dropping him off while I do errands. The prices have been raised lately which is a bummer went from 55 to 75 , but Rusty and I both know everyone needs to make a living. Thank you always Natures Pets groomers for doing an awesome job with my dog 💜💜💜

I’ve only ever taken my dog to be groomed here and have only had amazing experiences! You can tell the the groomers genuinely care about you pet which is very comforting as an owner. All of the staff is super nice and helpful. They have a great return policy as well. I love it here and recommend it to everyone I know! Several of my friends and people I know also take their dogs here and everyone I’ve talked to have had positive experience here.

This was my first time in there and I loved it. Immediately I was asked if I needed help and then when I said I was just growing, I was left alone. He didn’t proceed to follow me around and hassle me. It was nice. After looking around for a bit I went to check out and asked some questions and the woman who rang me up was so polite and it was easy to talk to her. She gave me some recommendations and answered all questions I had. I definitely had a great experience and plan on going back to get more treats for my dog, cat, and fish.

Absolutely wonderful owner and employees! Everytime I would come in to buy something I would ask if they had lamb ears, they never did. They personally called me when they did finally get them in. I also accidentally bought an empty box of a display item and they were super nice about it and I was able to pick up the actual product very easily!
