Just attempted to purchase roughly $400 worth of product to find out they don’t even have half their products listed in the system. Koty and Eric were great and tried about everything but I was unable to buy the products. Customer service was good but that’s about it .

Was on a job out of town. Had several cups of coffee on the way. Stopped in to grab some material and wouldn't you know pp dance. Anyhow used the rest room and got totally chewed out.... apparently it's not for customers. Ok that's fine but maybe put a sign on the door or maybe lock it? I get that there are a bunch of wacky drug bums and theft. But really? Lame experience

Super glad they are in Aumsville now. Even small towns need stuff. The store has a bit of everything. Very kind staff. They also had some hard to source plumbing fittings which was great!!

Clean store with plenty of everything in a small town. Staff is really nice, always greeting and asking if you're looking for something they can help you with. I'll keep feeding my My Meat Church Seasoning addiction here and encourage others to do the same.

Unfortunately they don’t have anything in the store or on the receipt about return policy. Ended up not happy with my purchase but couldn’t return it because it was used and didn’t have original packaging, kinda bs. Well, they lost me as a customer and much more in business vs. just the cost of the return. So sad to see, especially in a small business. I don’t like going to the big box store, but if the service they offer is better, I’m going. I even have the receipt and only purchased 2 weeks prior, unit looks brand new! But can’t resell because they don’t have the original box. So I’ve contacted Dewalt like I was told to do by Ryan, they are not wanting to refund me. I’ve spoke several times on the phone and sent several emails. They either want to give me a new one or repair the current, neither of which need to be done. I just want a refund!!!

Ace is a great hardware chain anyway, but this store in particular is something special! Small, not a huge selection compared to a Big Box, but they usually have the right stuff to get house projects done, and then some! But what really makes this one cool is the staff. Knowledgeable, friendly, and if what you need really is a square peg, they won't force you into buying a round hole.

Talk about one stop shopping!! I practically bought the store out. They had EVERYTHING I needed to finish multiple home projects - I was able to get cleaners to detail the cars, a new hose, wood for a bench project, household cleaners, spray paint, e.t.c. The staff was quick and eager to help, informative and check out was quick. Safe to say this is my new go to hardware store!!! A+++++

Great corporation, not the actual store. Was happy to have it in our town but the employees do not wear a real mask, instead they put on a fake transparent mask. According to the employees, the owner is fine with that. Requested him to either put a real mask on or get someone else to help me, obviously he got someone else to do the work. Will be driving to Salem next time and will not support a company that does not follow health guidance. The owner replied to me but did not address the mask issue besides pretty much saying that they follow their ideas as you can see on the reviews above, the two reviews above mine are all from the owner btw.

Great folks glad they decided to open in Aumsville when they did. I try to go there whenever I can. They can be a little spendy on certain things but I prefer to keep my money local and they almost always have what I need when I need it. Super friendly people there to help you, if they don't come up to you right away, don't hesitate to ask them. Thanks again ACE!

We moved here a little over a year ago and had to drive to stayton or Salem for hardware goods. It is simply a pleasure to just have to drive a short distance to be able to get the things I need. The people there are the best I've delt with . I love the store and the owner s all American attitude keep up the great work .
