The Pet Hotel does it all... boarding, daycare, grooming... We are so grateful for their services and the peace of mind we have when we need to leave our pup during a vacation. Our dog loves going to daycare and we have had a good experience working with the staff. We also love that they have an app where we can view our boarding reservations and photos they have shared of our dog. Highly recommend!

Loved Albany Pet hotel! This was our first pet hotel experience and we were so happy with the care that they gave to our pupper. It’s his first time staying in a pet hotel and he’s a very young rambunctious puppy, we were glad that he enjoyed his first experience so much. We opted to add on a daily picture check in and we’re very happy to get daily pics to see how he was doing (included in the review). Our little guy also has anxiety from his time in foster care and we’re glad that the staff was very patient and gentle to him. 10/10 would recommend the Albany Pet hotel for your lil one’s next stay or daycare.

I frequently board my two, quirky pups, with very different personalities , and both are always well taken care of. My one little guy is a reactive pup and they totally get it and more than meet his needs, which allows me to have piece of mind while I have to be away from him. I cannot say enough about the quality staff who work here. Kudos to them.

Love Albany Pet Hotel. We take our dog Charlie there for daycare and she is always greeted by name by the staff when she gets there. She loves getting to be with other pups and the pet hotel seems to genuinely care about loving and supporting the pups in their care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a space they can trust their pets will be loved and cared for.

Izzy has been staying at the Albany Pet Hotel since 2014. She is always well cared for and especially enjoys “Small Dog Group”! During one stay Izzy wasn’t eating well so the staff added a little cooked chicken to her food and of course she ate that. Now we prepare enough for the length of her stay and the staff adds it. That was above and beyond and we appreciate it. A year ago we were on a Transatlantic cruise over Halloween and they emailed this photo of Izzy in her costume, again above and Beyond. We highly recommend Albany Pet Hotel for all your fur babies!

We have a seven year old Pomeranian Chihuahua mix, and he absolutely loves being dropped off whether it’s a day or 2 weeks at Albany Pet Hotel!The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and take wonderful care of our dog. It’s nice to know that we have such great people looking after our dog when we are gone on trips. In addition to this, the staff always give our dog lots of attention and treat him and us like family. We could not be happier!

We feel very comfortable leaving our dog when we have to travel and are unable to bring her. The staff is very friendly and always put up with me when I call to check on her. I love the fact that she is in daycare during the day and then can be boarded at night.

My dogs were in dire need of a proper nail trim due to the neglect of another groomer. I found the Albany Pet Hotel while researching for a new establishment to take my pets. They offer walk-in nail trims on certain days/times without an appointment. My dogs were immediately greeted and taken back for their trim. The prices were very reasonable as well.I browsed through the pamphlet for the doggy daycare, boarding, grooming services, and playgroups. Most of the prices are listed in the pamphlet and signs on the counter. I'm considering some of their other services in the near future and will return for additional grooming services. I'd recommend the Albany Pet Hotel. They were very loving and gentle with our babies!

The Pet Hotel was a home-away-from-home for our two small ‘girls’.When the staff was worried that they didn’t eat for a couple of days they called us. We assured them that they would eat when they were hungry enough. They did!We will certainly use the PH the next time we must travel without the girls!

After touring and trying several different kennels in several different towns I FINALLY found THE BEST one right here in Albany! The staff is always friendly and takes the time to answer all of my questions and they seem to truly enjoy what they do! I also LOVE that there is someone there with the animals 24/7!!!!! We ❤️ Albany Pet Hotel!!

My dog has been going to the Pet Hotel for almost seven years, ever since she was a puppy. I always know that I am leaving her in good hands when I drop her off. My dog, who is anxious, knows it too - she aways loves to go to the Pet Hotel! I like that they are able to individualize her experience by placing her in a play group that works for her. The staff clearly care about my dog and all the other dogs in their care. I highly recommend them!

My family and I have been boarding our pets with the Albany Pet Hotel for many years now. It has been a lifesaver for my family! My two kitties, Evangeline and Ophelia, have had nothing but good experiences. My parents dog, Lola, also loves it here. The employees send the sweetest photographs and updates of our pets during their stays and it makes up feel reassured that our girls are being properly loved. Their vaccination requirements make me feel confident about the safety of our pets. We appreciate everything you guys do!

The facility is clean and always well stocked with toys and other supplies. They offer birthday, and Halloween pictures of your pet. The kicked me out because they forgot to give my dog his medication for 4 days and I dared to ask for a refund or express my concerns to the owner.Don't bring your animal here, especially if they need medication.

We have high regards for the care that Albany Pet Hotel provides for our canine babies. We've used the boarding and grooming facilities, and have been happy with their care. The staff if so friendly, and also great about reminding us of upcoming vaccines, etc.Our Benny and Squeakers love it there!

We have been bringing our dog Loki to Albany Pet Hotel ever since we moved to Albany. We never had a bad experience there. Loki enjoys the company of his dog friends as well as the staff who take such good care of him. And he is not the easiest dog to handle, but they do a great job! I highly recommend Albany Pet Hotel for day care or overnight boarding. They do a good job with dog grooming also. Thank you Albany Pet Hotel!

We love APH! Our dog has been going for years and still gets a super wiggle butt when we tell her she's going to camp for the day. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to our girl as she has gotten older. Over the years, we have had a couple slight emergencies while she has been there (a broken toe nail and some GI issues) and both times we were notified immediately and felt that our dog's health was the top priority. They even got her into an emergency vet for the toenail when it wouldn't stop bleeding for us as we made our way home (we were out of town). I cannot say enough about how comfortable we have always been leaving our little lady in their care and how much she loves her time there!

Wonderful staff at the Albany Pet Hotel. They have always provided excellent care of our dog when we board him. Our labradoodle Teddy wags his tail when we walk in the door and he eagerly runs in the back with them. The staff provide timely updates to us when Teddy needs updated shots. And the Albany Pet Hotel website is easy to make reservations!

Great experience having my fur baby stay at Albany pet hotel while we were away! Due to my dog being really nervous upon drop off, they called to let me know how she was doing after the first night which was very comforting. I can tell the staff really cares! Definitely recommend!

My one year old lab LOVES Albany Pet Hotel for daycare and boarding! He regularly attends daycare during the week and I know he is happy and safe while I am at work. The staff is amazing and attentive. Reservations for boarding are easy via the website or app, and no reservations needed for daycare. I have taken a tour of the whole facility before and they are nice and clean which is a bonus for daycare/boarding facilities!

Albany Pet Hotel is the greatest experience for our little elderly puggle! She always gets attention there, plus updates on important info regarding vaccines, etc. Extra services like baths and nail trims, and more, are also available! They are personable and caring, in person or by phone… don’t hesitate to make a reservation for your pet!

Wonderful place for pets. Our Rottie has been going here for daycare and boarding since he was 1 yo, now 4. They've always been supportive and kind, even when he's had unwanted behaviors. Doggy day care was an absolute game changer when he was young. He comes home happy and tired from his day of fun. Highly recommend their services for boarding and daycare.They also have a great selection of toys and treats. They offer pictures for a small fee and they take the best photos of my boy.
