Always have a great time at Riverbend casino. The front desk staff at the hotel are always amazing and so helpful. The food in the restaurant (twin bridges) is very good and great value. Love the breakfast at the deli also. The slots do pay out pretty good. Overall this is a great place to stay and get away. I would highly recommend it!Food & drinks: Be sure to check out the drink specials in the club

If I could rate this place a 6 * I would! The hotel and rooms were top notch, the food at both restaurants was absolutely delicious... the band "Black Note" was awesome! We even hit several jackpots!! We had a blast... thank you River Bend for your fantastic service and atmosphere... everybody was so nice! We'll be back as soon as possible!

Had a nice time. Room was clean. Food was good at the deli. Wished we hadn't waited to eat at the restaurant. Missed it being closed by 4 minutes. Pay outs were good. I played on $200 for 4 hours.Rooms: Clean and spacious. Right off the highway. Beautiful, clean, comfortable room at a great price. First-class service. Ate at the restaurant in the casino and the food and service were also amazing. 10 of 10 would stop here again.Rooms: Like new. Very clean and comfortable.Food & drinks: Didn’t know I could get Yeungling west of the Appalachians. :)

If you're looking for a fairly quiet and luxury style accommodations this place has great food, and great service would recommend if you don't mind a somewhat longthy commute to any of grand lakes sights and shops.Rooms: Rooms are clean, affordable and very nice to look at if you aren't planning on doing much.Nearby activities: Casino, gambling and other views nearby Grand Lake

Haven't stayed at the hotel, but seems to be a great place to try out since the location is away from major traffic area and lots of parking space. Don't have to travel far for fun since casino is next door and a second a few yards away. Convenience store for gas a walking distance.Nearby activities: Many slots to choose from free drinks.

Stayed at the hotel last week and it was amazing. Huge rooms, great amenities, quiet and clean. Mitch at the front desk was awesome and gave great advice. He did such a great job, I booked there next week also.Fun casino with a great nightclub, bowling, shuffleboard, billiards, corn hole, even a giant connect four game. Nice restaurants and good drinks. It’s the total package!Rooms: Rooms are huge, clean, modern and quiet. I was really impressed with the look and feel of the hotel but the staff really made it amazing.Food & drinks: Two restaurants. Twin Bridges is full service with a menu that will satisfy anyone. The Deli is reasonably priced with a variety of casual food appetizers and burgers, all quite tasty.

Front counter day shift, are rude , no smiles or greetings. Condescending. Games can't play very long, free play is a joke. So much security walking around pulling penny tickets from machine, you almost get run over.Noteworthy details: Terrible parking lot. Hard to maneuver small .

We went for a double date night at the restaurant. Casino I have no fus with except with how crowded the card tables were, it would have been nice if the other two tables were open. There was no sitting available at the tables. The one star goes to the restaurant. The wait was about 35-45 mins. Definitely did not look busy inside. However I will assume it was a short handed night. Once our group was seated....the pasta was more like a soup instead of a sauce and the steaks had little to no flavor. Appetizers were the only thing worth giving a star...the mushrooms, shrimp and onion rings were pretty good.

Great job on escalation in safety procedures, covered by the casino's performance demanding anybody else do better than they're basically attempting to keep updated 8 Time worldwide winning champion's Still have a great time trying to keep updated and get back At attention and set the same delivery to the attention of my favorite place in my Case if I can say so myself.

I recommend anyone to give this place a try. My husband and I used to love coming here. The staff was so amazing, games had a good variety, food was delicious and the rooms were nice. In the past few years, all the games we loved were removed and the staff that was always kind left. There are still some nice people there but others arent quite as friendly. We certainly don't go very often anymore because of it, but I'd still recommend anyone to give it a try.

we stayed two nights there. very nice rooms, it was actually quiet for as close to the casino as it was. didn't care much for the pizza, didn't like the thick crust. but, overall, it was very nice.Rooms: bed was comfortable for a motel bed.Nearby activities: indigo sky was a short drive away. we played bingo there. it was nice.Walkability: our room was on the first floor so it made a short walk to the casino. it was nice.Food & drinks: didn't care for the pizza. the hot dog was good though.

Only visited the casino and DeliFor a small casino it had a decent selection of games . I lost my $ but hey that happens . Deli was not bad for a greasy snack. I didn’t want to wait for a table at the restaurant. The casino did have the “hot seat” $50 free play going on. That was a good bonus .Con; so many smokers everywhere

Beds in hotel need updated bad. They are very friendly which I dont mind as long as there is some softness on top which they are lacking. They are not pet friendly which is another hit to what their hotel has to offer. They are lacking a pool as well. The slots are hut and miss they were alot tighter kn 2023 then previous years for sure. They have also had issues cashing out tickets said they gave us the wrong ticket which didn't happen . Never let them leave the desk with your ticket ever when u cashing out . The cameras all of a sudden didn't work and blah blah bunch of excuses. Def needs some work but with some money put into the property fixing security cam issues adding some amenities to the property.Rooms: Need updated beds are horrible.Noteworthy details: Waitresses and slot attendees are very nice and helpful.

It was basic. I barely got a bonus but I did get a new member Freeplay and card late at night. Idk about rooms but no pool or spa tub suites ATM.Nearby activities: Splash pad for kids a mile away. Open during summer. Dollar stores are very closeWalkability: Dollar stores and gas station are close. Also an RV park. fishing area with campground and showers, within 3 blocks. Twin bridges park is a great family place.

Booked a room at this Amazing Hotel & Casino. Staff was friendly & rooms were exceptionally clean as was the entire Hotel & Casino. The Seven Stars Restaurant was fabulous. Our server, Mason was professional & attentive. The food was absolutely Delicious. Fine dining at its best. They take Pride in their properties. I wish I lived closer.Rooms: The Best! Clean & comfortable.

We got there and they didn't even have us booked, but they were very accomodating not sure where the mess up was, but it got corrected. Room was very clean. Walk in shower was awesome. The safe could've been in a lil higher spot. People with bad knees n hips have a problem getting that low to the floor but that was a minor issue. Overall stay was great!!
