Very good selection of products, basically a walmart, but everything is cheaper! They took a while to get checked out was a little long but we didn't do self check out, so it was our fault.Highly recommended.

Of course I love the local $Gen in my home town, it's the only place selling clothes all year round for all ages, they got food for when your hungry, movies for when your board, toys for the kiddos, beer and cigarettes to help regulate you mood, you can even drink beer inside if you hide your can in a sonic cup, if your in redial and have a shopping need, I highly recommend this happening place to be your first place to shop.

Well stocked and staff was friendly even tho I came in right before closing and had to purchase quite a few things for an impromptu over night stay in Wilberton.

This is a great Dollar General store. They're pretty cheap, so my dad and I do a lot of our grocery shopping here. They may not be as full fledged as Wal-Mart, but it's still great for basic grocery shopping to get by with cheap prices in town without driving all the way to Wal-Mart.

The absolute worst dollar general I've ever seen. The store manager Cassie has the worst attitude of any other manager I've ever dealt with before. She is so rude and acts like its a problem to help customers and her crew... Pathetic. My mom managed dollar general stores for many years. Let me tell you this one is flat out pathetic.

The cashiers are friendly and helpful but need to be more familiar with their store. I always end up having to find things on my own because I get sent to the wrong isle.

My sister Currently got fired from here over the phone for absolutely no reason. The manager at this store is not customer friendly! I just Contacted the BBB & DM for wrongful termination. Dollar General is getting ready to have a lawsuit on their hands. You can not tell your employee over the phone to never come back to work then hang up. When we called & told the manager she isn't allowed to do that she said, & I quote " Send her in here & Ill fire her to her face." This manager is so rude! I cant Believe DG Would let such a rude person take care of their store! She was never wrote up, she was never in trouble for anything, she was never late! This is the worst DG I have even seen in my life they have horrible customer service. This store doesnt even deserve one star. It should be shut down until they can find a better person to run it.

I was looking for an item and couldn't get an associate to assist me. The Frito Lay stocker offered to help me, the Budweiser stocker talked to me but the 2 employees stood in the main isle, would not stop their conversation to assist me and when they finished, they walked off. The lines are always long in this store also. Prices are not that much lower and not work the inconvenience, go to Roy's!

The Dollar General in Wilburton, Oklahoma is really starting to shape up. The new management is a lot better than the last manager. She is always helpful, and is training the staff to be better in customer service as well as store service. I would definitely recommend going to this store if you are needing anything, but don't want to drive 30 miles to Hartshorne.

My favorite place to run to for last minute things. The staff are friendly, and helpful. Only downside is that sometimes the lines are long with only one register open.

Cant find what you need and people cuts in front of you when you in line to check out cause the way the check out counter are now. Be nice if the check out counter was the old way this is in wilburton ok.

We were on vacation and of course my wife forgot to bring her hair dryer. Well sort of...She thought the accommodations at the Robbers Cave State Park would have hairdryers.....NOT.....Well anyway...Wilburton Oklahoma has a very small population and can not support a Walmart. However, Dollar General came to the rescue.....We have them back home but have never shop there. To our surprise Dollar General is sort of a mini "Wally World" before they started selling groceries....Although DG do sell some groceries there as well. I guess I would call them mainly a "Dry Goods" or General Merchandize store? Well anyway they seem to have everything there to save you from driving 30 or 40 miles to a town that has a department store. Thanks Dollar General.....

They never have enough cashiers. I always have to wait in a long line. Sometimes 10 min before the cashier calls for help.
