Your everyday regular Walmart!🛒It’s kept decently clean and the employees are usually nice when interacting!You’ll definitely find the “People of Walmart” in this one while people watching.🤣Isles are kept clean and usually everything looks nice and faced.On occasion I’ll face products and bring them to the front of the shelf for the employees if something I’m getting is pushed too far back.Can almost always find everything we need here!

Never been angry enough to write a review before. Christmas eve, I have two items, I walk into the self checkout section, announcement plays" the store is closed", Employee looking me in the eye as he turns off the last lane in self checkout "sorry these are closed, there might be an open lane further down".I proceed to walk to the nearest open lane, to be looked at and told "this lane is closed".Just so you know, if you are walking in to self checkout when the store closes, good luck. If your in line waiting for another customer to check out when the store closes(the customer ahead of me when i walked to the next open lane), good luck.At least update your Facebook page to display updated closing hours.Ive made it home and am typing this, it still says you're open.

I spent well over an hour searching for a staff member who wasn't occupied with online orders to unlock a perfume from a display case for a gift. Despite my efforts, I couldn't find assistance. When I sought help in the electronics department, the worker directed me to another employee, who promptly avoided me and headed to the break room. The pharmacy's lack of staffing at 3 pm was inexplicable, and the cosmetics section had no employees. Despite the presence of a surveillance camera in the perfume section, no one came to help. I exhaustedly explored every section of the store, only to find no staff in the garden or craft sections, with most employees preoccupied with online orders. The scarcity of open cashier lanes further added to my frustration. Where are the staff? The inability to access locked items was baffling, and the alarming reports of stalking incidents targeting customers' safety are deeply concerning. Considering these issues, I strongly advise shopping elsewhere.

Little girl up front that calls herself the manager , she's a team lead is extremely rude. I questioned paying $100 more for an item than what the shelf said and she was hateful from the start, when I asked to speak to a manager she got offended and said I was being disrespectful, so glad I have no reason to visit that place again because the customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with.

This walmart location is the straw that broke the camels back. Not only am I never coming back to this location but I'm done with walmart all together. All they do is lie about low prices and price matching. I would literally drive an hour away to shop elsewhere than the walmart that's 5 minutes from my house. Id give negative 10 stars if I could.

Outside was one the best looking Walmart’s I’ve seen, even my wife commented on the design. They had literally no cashiers open other then self check out, I prefer not to use self check out I like human interaction so I got a manager to ring me up. The bathroom was another story needed cleaned bad.The rest of the interior was nice.

Every time I go here the ambiance is incredibly non-existent, like standing in a warehouse. It does not feel friendly, has no sound, and it is almost exclusively self check out.

While it was a typical Walmart, it was large and way cleaner than some. We were traveling and it was easy to get to and get back in the interstate. Another pluse, there is a Whataburger right next door!

It's nice now that they're redoing it and they bought all new shopping carts. It's a little hard to navigate after it's been nearly the same for YEARS, but it's much cleaner and more modern. Reminds me of a knock off target a little bit. Lol

I've been to this store many times. Today I went in looking for a puncture resistant air mattress and some XBOX ONE games. There was a lot of room to get around. The store didn't seem packed like the parking lot looked. Girls were outside with tables selling Girl Scout cookies..had to buy 3 boxes. Noticed Walmart is starting to get out their Easter merchandise. By the XBOX games an employee came quickly to get it out of the locked shelf. We got our items plus extra and headed for the front of the store. There was only 3 registers running with lines of customers so again, like most times I went through the self checkout. I was kind of shocked that they let us bring the games to the front cause we usually have to purchase those at the electronic register. So now we have to ring up the games and get an employee to take the hard cases and alarm bands off. It was pretty quiet inside and it looked clean..so just another day of shopping.

Clean place, easy in and out. Usually I can find what I need in a few minutes, then I'm on my way. There are a couple of times not always. I do get harassed by one little employee but I still go back. Because it's a convenient place to get what I need.

They have updated the entire store. They also added more scooter carts. It looks very nice and clean. Plus, I saw a sign that said they now have sensitive hours of operation for those with issues like anxiety. 👍🏻

Just got carded at Walmart for the first time since Gerald Ford was President. I'm a 70 year old Vietnam Veteran and a Doctor who was mistaken for a 20 year old. I've been shopping there for 6 years and never was questioned. Sad that customer service in Walmart is just a matter of how insulting you can be to your customers with no regard to manners, courtesy, or professionalism. Plenty of cameras, very little service.

This Walmart is the best of all Walmart Stores West of OKC. They still treat people like paying customers. Yukon Store is the worst of all the Syore between OKC and Amarillo.Update : Just like other stores, this one is losing customer focus; especially when it comes to checkout. Two lanes open, 15 people in line, lots of employees watching.

Negative IQ management that doesn’t understand how to manage. Store manager, coaches, and teamleads combined equal about half a brain cell. Especially the front end, maybe they wouldn’t be as wide if they didn’t stand around and gossip all day.
