We went to this Sonic on our way from Lawton back to Temple, OK.To say the the least, it was disappointing. The ordering process was rapid and the person taking the order was friendly. After that, the experience was not very good.First, considering that we only ordered 4 drinks, it took far to long for them to come out!Second, the Cherry limeade was horrible. It tasted like Sprite with a little cherry flavor and almost no lime added! Not at all what was expected as we have had many of the Cherry limeade drinks and they were nothing like this.I do not recommend this location!If you find my reviews useful, please like by clicking on the thumbs up icon labeled “helpful” at the bottom. I have never had a Sonic consistently get my order wrong until I went to this one. Every single time I put in an order, SOMETHING is messed up, whether its cheeseburgers missing cheese or getting an entree item switched with something else entirely. This most recent time the guy that came out tried to just give me the cash and not my 70 cents change and looked at me like "that should be fine, right?". An absolute embarrassment even by fast food standards.

Stopped by AM of May, 31, 2022. Ordered breakfast and waited over thirty minutes and still never received order. No one would answer after several attempts to push order button. Had a meeting I was going to be late for and was forced to leave without my food. Order was just under $7...I would like my money back.

Terrible waited an hour for three drinks!!! The guy that got here more than 20 minutes after I did got served first her didn’t order online and then when they brought my drinks they brought the wrong order!!!!!

I have one complaint about this place, which is they take your loose change as a tip without actually asking. I work for two elderly people and they need the correct change back, even if it comes down to a dime as change; I need that, or it comes out of my pocket.Other than that, the food was good.

Even with the meat being so thin on the burger it was RAW and they also forgot to include the sauce for the popcorn chicken. I remember now why I stopped going to this location. I gave it a 3 cause my dog did enjoy it.

The lady taking my order was very rude (for no reason) and impatient. I don’t like feeling like a nuisance when I’m paying for my food. Something should change in a small town business.

It's Sonic, the girl who takes the orders is one of the best! Great burgers and shakes, I do wish they would get rid of the whipped cream, sense when do shakes and malts get whipped cream?

Stopped here for some cold drinks on the long drive home. Ordered cranberry +vanilla slush and blue coconut + vanilla slush. Just two of the many flavors of slushes and add ons available at sonic drive-in

So me amd my wife ordered drinks there was a mess up so we called them and said hey we have a few issues but they took our issues very well and the manager elizabeth fix our order and made it 100 times better and super kind and friendly and her customer service was superior thanks u guys so much

Absolutely the worst Sonic. From the employees bad attitudes and rudeness to the orders being wrong. Dirty screens on the menus you can't even see to order. Needs new management!!!

I placed my order and when they delivered it it was wrong. When they corrected my order they charged me for their mistake. The whole incident ruined our family dinner.
