Open both sides for self checkout. It’s Sunday at 2 and very busy. You’re poor employee was so tired and I shouldn’t have to walk across the store to wait 10 mins while holding 6 items in my arms.

Wouldn’t return two shirts because they had been washed. I had the receipt and the manager tall African American bigger dude said I’m not returning them and walked away he was super rude for no reason at all in front of others. Who tries clothes on now a days with being washed and they where in perfect condition tags weren’t attached but he was extremely rude and just threw them on the counter… ?

Thank you, Target, for shutting down the self checkout. I didn't need the convenience and speed it offers. Instead, I wish to stand in line behind innumerable old people with carts overflowing and each and every one having some sort of issue with their checkout. Oh, and the single cashier on duty? Perfect. I enjoy nothing more than a 30 minute wait at 8am, instead of the 2 minutes it would have taken me to check out myself. Then, the cashier wants to make small talk and chat about each of my purchases. That's so much fun, especially when I go out of my way daily to avoid such interactions. Thank you, for making Wal-Mart seem enticing again. The two items I was going to buy? I won't now because there is a line stretching around the entire store, like Aldi or something. What used to be a far better experience than most places is now the absolute worst. Again, thank you for being absolute trash.

On a Saturday at 5pm. At least x50 people trying to check out. You have x20 lanes. Only 2 are operating. Only 1 side of the self checkout is working. Make it make sense. 20 minutes later I made it thru the line. Why did you build 20 register lanes if you can’t afford to pay people to work them.

1st time using the "Drive-Up" service for items. Will definitely use this more often, I actually plan to get grass fed beef and eggs next time to detect the quality of perishables. The service is extremely helpful and so easy to use. The order to pick up time was less than stated and I'm in!! We'll use Target Drive Up service again and again, it was Too Easy.

We love and use the Target drive up order pickup services. Hard to believe they didn’t have this service prior to the pandemic, and it took the pandemic to come up with such a beneficial service. I’ve seen people drive up pick up a bottle of wine, to 3-4 full carts of groceries and merchandise. Other than an occasional wait due to number of customers, or size of their orders we experienced little wait times, try it next time you go to Target and don’t forget to use their App or Circle savings. We might see you there waiting for pickup some day.

I bought an item from Target and it was defective . I had to return it and the buying on line and the picking up and the return were very easy. My only regret is not checking the item when I picked it up because I had to return to the store to return it.The good news is that I returned to the same store for the third time that same day to buy a few food items. I normally do not shop there but i found the store very pleasant and clean and bright and the staff was great. Thanks.

I absolutely love EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS TARGET aside from the fact theyve basically shut down self checkout. I recieved a light burn on my arm from holding items because I went in assuming I wouldn't need a cart. Upon arriving at checkout there are 3 lanes open ON A FRIDAY during a lunch rush. I do not care about human interaction please open up self checkout. There were almost 30-40 people upfront waiting to checkout, and these poor employees are being hounded by extremely upset customers for CORPORATES ISSUES!!!! Do better!

Need more cashier's!!! It’s NEVER in & out there anymore. No cashiers, No self check out lanes open, NO EMPLOYEES that are standing around the check out lanes just chatting with other employees are even willing to hop on a register & help out to speed up your wait time EVEN IF THEY ONLY HAVE 2 LANES OPEN & 8-10 PEOPLE IN EACH OF THEM!!! Just stinks! Wmart has people & self checkout available so unfortunately it’s becoming way more convenient as much as I hate to admit it 😫

Carlos, who was stocking shelves on Sunday 11/19/23, is an amazing employee!He deserves a raise and also deserves a promotion.He went above and beyond to help me.He was the most polite and kind worker I have ever encountered at Target.Make sure to take care of Carlos or someone is going to snatch him up to work at their business!It was probably a minor interaction for Carlos as I just needed directions, and yet he went out of his way to treat me with more courtesy and politeness then you would ever expect.

They refuse to open more registers which causes the lines to get out of control. the staff is also rude and very cluttered. Don’t come here.

No receipt, no sales tag, no problem. Returns are easy as long as you have the card you paid with. It was like magic!

It goes without saying Target is a far better shopping experience than competitors (e.g., Walmart). Staff is friendlier (such as Becky), store is cleaner, has most everything we need. One complaint is that often the only option is to do self checkout. Self checkout is fine if I’m just grabbing a few things, but if we’re trying to stock up for the week and have a whole basket of groceries, it’d be nice to be able to go through an actual cashier line.

Five stars to Sherry. After being misguided by another employee when I was looking for an item, I noticed Sherry. Her attitude and pace gave me this feeling like she could help me find what I was looking for. She could, and she did. Everyone else was either incorrect, unhelpful, or plain out rude.

Now that self checkout is only 10 items or less, they have decided to only have 3 checkers on a Saturday morning. Waited 40+ minutes to get out of checkout. Very poor management ideas.

This place is always understaffed. It’s rare to find a full service lane open forcing you to use self checkout which is a real pain if you have a lot of items. The self checkout area by Starbucks was 10 people deep so I walked to the other one. It was closed so I asked an employee just standing around why. He said they didn’t have enough staff to open it. Well duh he was there. 🙄 The manager of this store should be fired. This store hasn’t hired enough checkout staff for years. It’s why I mainly go elsewhere when I have a choice.

This store is great! Lots of stock and it's quite large. I will say the collectible section irritates me. Half the sale tags aren't for the objects placed over them. Really needs so updating and organizing over there.

I only visited the shoe section for my daughter and nothing was organized. They should be arranged by sizes and size 10 and size 1 were right on top of one another.

Stopped for coffee because they had a Starbucks inside. The store was clean, the bathrooms were clean, as was the Starbucks. The customer service agent at Starbucks was very friendly and helpful.
