What a fun pet supplies shop im Tulsa. It has pet food, toys, and all the accessories you could think of. Plus it's got some cute swag for animal lovers: puzzles of cute animal pictures, animal ornaments, themed rubber ducks, so many socks with animal prints, and more. They even had a pet photo booth station that was setup new years themed!! So darling. Great place to visit. And you can bring your dog.

I love this place! They are the only place I could find my cat’s prescription wet food by the can. A huge savings for us. The staff is nice and the store is clean. It’s a little expensive but it is quality product!

Staff unfriendly. Acted Iike they were doing me a favor when I asked them for help with selecting a type of dog food. Tried to make me look stupid.Amazing in this day and age that a retail brick and mortar establishment is unfriendly to people who want to spend money in their store.

Southern agriculture is the best place for your pets needs! And they do vaccination as well! It's a wonderful environment, always friendly staff and vaccination day always goes so quickly im able to get my fur babies shots and be back at home as quickly as possible!

Amazing locally owned pet store. It's huge! Lots of prescription dog and cat foods! Low-cost veterinarian services are available on certain days. These may just be for shots, I'm not sure. A few live pets. They have live or frozen mice and some insects for reptiles (sorry, can't remember which ones). There are lots of bird supplies for pets and wildlife. There are plenty of reptile supplies. Service is excellent.

Not sure who is in charge of personality hires over here cause the ones working at this location lack any zeal about their jobs.Walked in and asked the cashier where the shot clinic was....she could have been way nicer. Went to the shot clinic....gentleman that checked me in was awesome the women back there, not so much.The lady at the pay counter seemed as though she could give two craps less about customer service and spoke to my dog instead of me.The vet was the cherry on top of this visit....she took blood wo a tourniquet as my dog bled, I asked for a cottonball to dab the blood. Her answer "I cant bend down that far." I didnt ask how far you could bend lady, I asked for a cottonball to help comfort my bleeding dog.I wasnt told the results of my dogs tests, instead I was dragged around the store to the register and guess he passed bc I can now spend 200$ on meds. The kid that rang me out asked nothing of my shopping experience and was in the biggest hurry to get the transaction completed. No eye contact, no "did you find everything you were looking for?"This was our first time coming to the Harvard location for the shot clinic....we will not return.

They always help me get my heavy pounds of food to my car.For rabbit parents, they know more about helping you with your pet bunny than PetCo and PetSmart combined, which I gave found to be true at all of their locations.

Decent selection of pet food, accessories, and supplies. The customer service isn’t great as usually everyone is too busy on their phone to even acknowledge you. The cashier today told me “no” when I asked for mealworms for my ducks and said buying them wasn’t worth it? So that was extremely frustrating. Not sure why she talked me out of a sale like that or why it’s up to her to decide what my ducks get fed. Unfortunately though, I will be back as it’s the closest pet store to where I live.

I go here to buy crickets for my spiders. They used to run out often, but they've had them in every week for the past couple months now.I love that they help with PAWS.

Dear Manager,I hope you don't treat other customers or your employees the way you just treated me. I walked through the door and not once did you acknowledge or speak to me, not to mention that you were at the register in front of the door. I understand that you were helping another customer look up an item. But to not even look up or speak? After I stood there waiting for you to look up or even speak to me, I went to the next person behind the other desk. I told him why I was there and he proceeded to help me. You rudely interrupted him by telling him to come finish your current transaction and that you'd get my requested items. After returning with said items, you still didn't acknowledge me as a person. You said the price, I paid. Then you mumbled "have a good day" while still standing there with a sour expression. Whether you're having a bad day, trapped gas, or whatever the situation may be, you were definitely an unpleasant person. Which in turn, made an unpleasant shopping experience. As a manager, you should do better. As a person, in general. Find a reason to smile. You probably have a pretty one. Be blessed.

I've been an off and on customer for a few decades. Never once have I had anything close to resembling a bad experience. The staff is polite friendly and knowledgeable about their products and what will best suit me and my pets needs. Good job Folks 👍

Great consistent staff who are kind and patient when helping customers. I'm a pretty big regular here and it's my preferred pet store not only for prices but for useful, affordable pet supplies. Lots of excellent dog food selections and durable toys under $20For the small animal owners, they get their crickets on Thursdays

Place was a complete shambles. Product all over in the way. Absolutely no one offered any help or ask if I needed assistance. Extremely small and cramped aisles. Not to mention a really weird dude that looked homeless bugging me. Acted like he worked there. Don't know for sure. Definitely will not be returning to this location or any others.

Now that I've got a lil more time I'll leave review.. everything about southern agriculture is on point, the best price in store and online, the best people in store and around, the employee male had glasses wavy to curly hair brownish blonde hair has helped me each time I've came in and is absolutely great. I've taken at least days of searching and SA has the best prices(not even Amazon could beat em). I've got baby chicks, turtles, a squirrel, 2 cats one feral I rescued, southern agriculture is THE ONLY place you can honestly get all animal food and friendly service with amazing prices

I want to start by saying I feel if maybe the manager was not so rude the staff would be more friendly!!!! I am so disappointed 😔 I have been going to feed stores most of my life. I have had all different types of animals and am an avid animal lover. When I got my kitty and being new to the area I was excited to take a trip to southern agricultural as I heard is the best feed store in Tulsa. When I arrived I was not greeted and even when I said good morning all four of the employees did not say a word and kept on talking to each other. As I walked around looking for the items I noticed the shelves were pretty bare yet there were shopping carts in the Isles with the product stacked in them. Unfortunately the wet kitten food I needed was not on the shelf, when I asked the female employee if she had any she said “ everything we have is out” I started looking through the carts and very quickly found the food I needed.I had to move 7 packs of food and open the one I wanted all while the employees watched and did not offer to help AT ALL! We then make our way to the registers the employees were talking amongst each other while I stood there I had to interrupt and ask which line was open. At that time with an attitude the girl said we both are. I set the items on the counter my total was 777 and I said to my partner oh look how amazing that is at that time the girl interrupted us to let us know that numbers are just numbers and if it was 666 it would not matter with a huge attitude. I was shocked at the way she was speaking to us so I just payed said have a good day and left. I will not be going back! They need someone to teach them what customer service is.

I know it's not their fault but dang, prices are friggin increasing every week! I did have to change dog food due to the continued increase in cost (literally every week it went up), but I will say there were a couple good back up contenders to choose from. One was slightly better food and in the range I was already paying, and the other is maybe slightly worse in that it has more "meal", but the overall product quality is better. Just glad I had options! (Plus I got so swanky socks....slightly obsessed with getting a pair almost every time I go).

This Southern Agriculture has been my main pet store for 5 plus years. Their service is always incredibly friendly and punctual. I've had reptiles, amphibians, and rodents as well as our cat and they always have what we need. The staff are very knowledgeable being mostly pet owners theirselves have experiences and stories that can help you make informed purchases. If you are looking for a regular pet store consider Southern Agriculture.

The selection is standard as you will encounter at any Southern Ag. I choose to go to these stores because they are not like other big chain stores and typically you receive great customer service. However, on this visit I felt as though I couldn't have been any bigger of a burden. The cashier couldn't be bothered with acknowledging my presence by putting her personal phone call on hold for 30 seconds to check me out. I bought 2 large toys and a large bag of treats, I wasn't even offered a bag, rather, apparently they were in her way as she nearly pushed them off the counter after payment because apparently they were in her way. And now that my purchase was complete, I needed to go away. DO BETTER!

I LOVE Southern Ag. Have been shopping there on and off approx. 20 yrs. Pam helped me this past weekend with some pretty intense pet needs. She was kind, informative, and so eager and willing to listen and execute. The other employee added input and was also very kind. Overall a great little spot that meets a ton of needs! Thank you Harvard S.A!!!

The store is a fairly small footprint, but they managed to stock it quite well. The aisles are pretty close together to get as much in the building as possible.

If I could I would leave a -5 worst service ever will never come back. I dont know if the workers there are just rude or if they were racist. I asked nicely to be helped with worm treatment and they were not helpful at all basically told me to figure it out. Don’t know why they even have them there

This place has everything you'll ever need. Cats, dogs, chickens, etc. Also they do vaccinations. Very Very friendly people. Do yourself a favor and grab a candle as well lol. GL with all your little animals/friends!
