I have used this store for years bought carpet flooring and most everything I need for improvement. I went to buy 70 bags of mulch and the cashier was very nice. Went to the loading lane and instantly was approached by a very snappy and rude female running the forklift. She wanted to place an entire pallet on the back of the traile we brought and when I asked them to spread the mulch out because it would be safer she and the guy helping got hateful because we wouldn't do it ourselves. I have helped in the past but have had back surgery and can no longer lift. Then she wanted to tip the pallet on its side and again I asked that it be spread out. Her and helper threw the bags all over the trailer and we had to rearrange the bags so the wouldn't fall off the trailer. The male worker threw insults about the truck and trailer we had and they was both just plain rude and hateful. I tried calling the store for a manager and there was no answer on the phone. I don't want to go back and be treated that bad again . I really don't understand what the problem was other than they just don't like their job and take it out on customers

Jeremy in plumbing helped me find O rings for my pressure washer,we were unsure if they'd work but they did, I appreciate the help he provided,then Sonya helped me at self checkout,she was so pleasant and helpful,glad I ran into good people today.

If the store doesn't have even enough respect for me as a customer to put me to work ringing up my own merchandise that's unacceptable. An all-time new low in customer service. I had $200 of stuff I would have bought but I just walked immediately out of the store

Paint wasn’t even close to the match and they didn’t offer any rebates or discounts. I understand it’s never exact but the photos show how far off they were. Went back twice and twice it looked like a completely color altogether.

I have been unbelievably disappointed with the flooring install. We made our purchase of carpet and laminate on December 15, 2023. The first issue in the process is that the measurer calculated our den as laminate instead of correctly as carpet. We returned the unused laminate on Feb 29th and have yet to receive credit. (today is March 18th). Then the carpet came out to be installed on March 1st. They ordered the wrong carpet.....it was a typo on Lowe's PO to their supplier. You would have thought that they would have expedited the correct carpet but here we are 3 weeks later and the carpet is not in, even though Mohawk has "plenty in stock"---their words, not mine. Three weeks and not one single call from a manager or anything. Surprise!!!...you cannot email the managers. Candy, the district manager, and Michael, regional manager, do not seem to have done anything to get this process moving toward completion either. According to the installation update team, this issue was escalated to them and that has been over a week ago.I highly recommend using caution when deciding to use Lowe's for such a huge home project.

They're very helpful when you need them if they don't have what you need some of the workers will recommend where you can go or will help look it up and see where to get it.

This location’s customer service needs a lot of work. Even the managers lack customer service. No accountability or apologies when they make a mistake. They act like dealing with customers are a headache when they’re just there to return an item or bring up an issue. There’s this particular woman that makes crude comments and is unprofessional. Doesn’t seems to know a lot of the policy either.

Do not like that your salesman did not put on my receipt for your delivery man to take my old washer out I told him that twice and then your delivering man refused to take my old washer when they delivered my new one I will not be recommending your services in the future. All that money I spent in your order there should not be no haul away fee. That fee did not exist when I bought my dryer over a year ago

Great location, & great service! Sometimes management is a little strange though, maybe they have had problems with thieves. I had them follow me to the front door asking me if I was going to pay for the chain in my pocket. I had a receipt for the chain, & produced it. I cooperated in every way, but they just didn’t want to believe that they were wrong.

Bixby Lowes store. Do NOT do business here! We didn't come to buy paint, a few planks. . . .we came to buy all brand new appliances for our new house. Everything paid for, delivery the 9th (same day we moved in) frig, freezer, w&d. Then looked up online, they did not disclose that delivery takes 7 bus days. Then they called 2 days before move. The frig we bought not available. We could order a different one but wouldn't deliver til the 27th. Visions of Father's Day tornado 2023. Get this, when Lowes called with the bad news, they had already refunded our money.We bought another frig at Hahn Appl. I don't think we were in there 30 mins. Delivery on Monday. But we're ready to live with the cooler for less than 3 days. The tornado power outage was "5" days. . . in our are of Tulsa. We can do it.How does any store actually think its acceptable to go a month without a frig, today? How is it acceptable how they manage their store? And you want to bring business back to small towns. . . . We got our frig in Tulsa, instead!

If you go in with a plan, you'll do OK. Otherwise, you'll wander around aimlessly for hours, and probably forget why you went there in the first place. They should sell popcorn, a little treat, while you peruse the displays.

I rented a carpet cleaner from Lowe’s and it worked great. I am so happy I removed all stains from carpets and my velvet sofas. You need to $30 deposit for rental and if you want to add upholders, you give additional $5. I think it is worth it to clean.

We always find more than what we need. We went in for drawer slides, came out with several clearance plants, & my husband forgot the slides, so he had to go back for them. Hahaha !

This is the first time I've had anything bad to say about Lowe's but when I was checking out I had a really bad asthma attack. There was two employees standing there and neither one of them checked to see if I was okay. That's really bad because they weren't doing anything but talking!
