Strongly recommend going somewhere else I do. customer service isn't good, Mgr never greets you. Stores like this brand new, start out great the first week or two, but quickly changes after awhile. And doesn't really take long before it goes sour. This is the prime reason i'd prefer self check outs instead of someone checking my food out. Hey, just saying

the store manager (assuming) was very unprofessional and rude when i came in to shop, i heard her talking to staff a saying she hates working for this store and can’t wait to leave. i asked where a product was located and she rolled her eyes and walked me towards the shampoos. her demeanor was very unpleasant and rude. will not come back to this store. also the bathroom is always out of toilet paper and filthy.

They have served me attitude for the last time. Excuse me for interrupting your personal conversation to make a purchase. Not a word said other than my total. When I said thank you, I got a "you're welcome " that may as well have been an F you. I'm done.

Cashier imani let someone else go ahead of cause the lady left the line after paying for items cause she forgot something like I already had my stuff on the belt to be scanned and the cashier told I had to wait cause she was before I had to move my stuff so she could check this lady out before when I was in line before her don't make sense and the cashier was rather rude I asked a question about an item and she snapped at me like I was wrong for asking her and I should have known the awnsers to my question just save yourself the trouble and ship at a different location this one customer service skills needs work and a lot of it

Awesome and large store, but their phone is broken. When going to press 1 to speak to a store associate it claims that 1 is an invalid response.

I want to like this store but the older black guy up front always asks to look in my bag when I enter the store and follows me and my family around in the aisles closest to the door. But he doesn’t bother checking any older women’s bags going in but he always stops the younger women and lingers around them. I felt incredibly uncomfortable.

The phone number for the store tells you to press 1 to speak to an associate, but it says that key is invalid and then hangs up on you. What's the point in having a phone number if you can't speak to someone?!

Went on February 10 2024 the doors was locked way before 10 pm it was 9:50 when I pulled up Unacceptable pose to close @ 10:00 not 10 minutes till smh

When I walk half a mile in the cold to a store that is supposed to be open until 10pm and when I get there at 9:50pm plenty of time to walk in get the one item I walked a half mile In the cold to get and get out before 10pm even then I expect you to still be open if you close at 9:50 pm then put that as your ducking hours online and on your door to avoid any confusion thanks

Very close to home , I can walk and get all I need. 😊
