Always fast and friendly customer service! Always brings a smile to my face when my 2 year old and I see Donna, she is always smiling and ready to help. My son loves her bubbly energy. She has helped me find items and is always cheerful. Sulphur Walmart is very clean and organized. We never have problems finding help when we do need help finding items on the rare occasion.

Top notch Walmart! Huge. Clean. Organized. Amazing produce section! I actually stopped in because I wanted to stretch my legs after a long drive. Couldn't turn away from a bargain on a winter vest though. Lol. Also, kind of a picky thing, but the parking lot was very clean. Usually there are carts and litter. This one was surgically immaculate! Seriously. Loved it.

I had a complicated transaction that ended with having to cancel it after everything was scanned and bagged and starting over from scratch. "Lightenin" was a very friendly and patient cashier and didn't act upset at all that he had to redo everything.

Terrible coach over garden center, Joe. ask a question if they had a certain garden soil, and his response was rolling his eyes and in a smart mouth tone said "I don't know". . Would not recommend

I like to shop when they 1st open in the morning, but the employees like to block the isles. And don't want to move, and when you ask them to get something they are blocking, they get up set.

The staff at Walmart could not he nicer or more helpful. Really appreciate the customer service. I had 2 huge carts of items I was purchasing for a 4th of July party and the staff was so helpful in storing things up front for me so I had more time to browse and less to cart around. Made my shopping experience so much nicer!

Most of the employees seem to act like they are better than you. The only highlight of going in there was the lady behind the service desk that always wears funny hats around the holidays she is always friendly and always looks ready to assist you. Everyone else always seems too busy with what they are doing to pay attention to customers. Not to mention all the people I saw stealing while they were too busy watching those that don't look up to their standards.

I am a walmart associate and I was using walmart pay and some of the staff was looking at me like I was stealing and asked for receipt but that's fine but don't treat costumers like criminals just bc your not familiar with walmart pay. I explained to the cashier at self checkout she rocked she was kind she had short hair and friendly but the young guy at the door or the other people need to be trained.

Becarful using this walmart they have been charging my card 12 Dollars more than once. So they have also successfully did it a few times.Do not trust them that's why I now use Sam's club they don't rob you blind.They shouldn't be able to do this to the disabled or the not disabled people I have heard alot of stories on how they have done this more than once and got away with it.i rate places every where I go

Bought a smart tv back in November. Lasted until June. Walmart tells me they only give a 15 day warranty on the tv. So pay hundreds of dollars for a product that don’t last and now have to buy another. Less than a year later. Not too happy. Would put zero stars If I could.

Walmart has just about everything that a fella might need. One stop. One world. Plenty of inventory.I went to customer service, to return a fancy, cordless vacuum. Did not have my receipt, so I was stuck with something that I would never use. Shelley, asked me a few questions and I told her all that I could remember. Gave her my number and pretty much figured that was the end. She called within 10 minutes and had found my receipt.Stellar Customer Service.Thank you Shelley.

I just want to let everyone know about the Sulphur WalMart Pharmacy. They do such a fantastic job everyone is so nice. Stefan is the pharmacist and he really knows his business. He always takes the time to talk to you and find out if you have any questions or concerns and he does it with a smile on his face. I want to draw awareness to Shingles. Its a horrible illness my brother got it on his chest and was in excruciating pain for over 2 months..he couldn't wear a shirt because of it. He said even the fan blowing on it hurt. Walmart has the Shingles Vaccine and you should get it like I did. If you have Blue Cross/Shield it is probably free if you are 50 or older but you can call Walmart pharmacy or your insurance to check. My brother warned me about Shingles and I got the vaccine. (It's his fault because he gave me his chicken pox in 1973). If you've ever had chicken pox there's a good chance you'll get Shingles as you get older. They have many vaccines available at Walmart and you don't have to pay for a doctor office visit so it saves you time and money. I just wanted to share about how friendly and helpful the Sulphur Walmart pharmacy is especially Stefan, Kim, and Chris. Thank you for doing such an efficient job. Mary.
