Staff started friendly and helpful. When my Bella wasn’t delivered as promised, I made contact, an employee (said she was manager on duty) tried to tell me it was because of a weight issue (after cremation?), no. Then said I was told the wrong date of delivery. Then I got to speak with an actual manager, Sarah, agreed that a mistake was made, delivery date was set and not sure why it didn’t happen, she didn’t understand the whole weight thing either, yes I still have to wait for my Bella a few more days, I can’t drive 2 hours to pick her up, at least Sarah was honest with me. Gave me the appropriate info on making a complaint. Employee shouldn’t try to make excuses, especially when they’re no good at it, Bella has been a family member since 2010, not some package ordered online…

I have brought four of my beloved pets to Precious Pets Cemetery (three to Spencer location and one to Norman/Newcastle location). My last pet was brought Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 9 a.m. In each and every case, the staff has treated my beloved pet with dignity and respect. They have also extended to me immense kindness, compassion, and patience. This past visit was particularly difficult for me, but the kind-heartedness of the staff brings immense comfort to the experience. Right now, my heart is still broken, my grief numbing, and love for my lost little pet eternal, but I have all four pets now home with me and for that I am grateful to the nth degree. Thank you for all that you do for pets and pet owners. Your work is valuable and important.

(THE BABY LAYING NEXT TO HER SISTER, SHE IS ALSO GONE, AND IN A LITTLE BOX NOW,,😭 ) I have had two dogs cremated in the last 2 years. This is the most peaceful, wonderful end to my baby's lives, that I could possibly hope for. I could not think of digging a hole in the ground in my backyard for my babies. This really brought peace to my heart, that I was able to cremate them, and bring them home with me. The service is so peaceful, calming, very very professional. You can tell they really care. Isn't that what it's all about? Thank you precious pets! You helped me a lot through my tremendous grief.

We just had a wonderful experience with Precious Pets Cemetery. We sadly had to have our beloved Great Pyrenees Lyla euthanized last weekend & and they truly went above and beyond to help us during a time of grief. Our big girl is already back home with us in a beautiful urn & although our hearts are broken, there is comfort in having her home again. We just wanted to say thank you for your kind words and the delicate handling of our girl. They truly care about the animals & their owners.

These guys handled the cremation of my best friend of 10 years Rocky. The guy who called me to go over all the arrangements was super nice and understanding about what I was going through and walked me through everything step by step. The pricing was extremely fair considering everything that comes with it. These guys went above and beyond for us and I will always recommend them for anyone who needs their services

We had to order our fur babies paw print right after a snow storm, so unfortunately there was a delay with ups. When I called and expressed my concern on receiving my paw print the lady at the front desk was super helpful and understanding. They worked with me and allowed me to come pick it up myself so I got it that day. The facility looks so peaceful and clean. It's a beautiful place to lay ur fur baby to rest and come back to remember them. If we ever have to put down another pet we will absolutely be returning to precious pets. 🤗🤗😇

I love the services they provide, however my first experience using them for my own pet wasn't perfect. They overlooked an ink paw/nose request that was clearly stated on the form. They tried to make things right by giving us a garden rock since they had already cremated my pet, I had to call a few times to get them to actually send it..

I have sadly, but fortunately, used Precious Pets since 1994. I went to them during VERY difficult times, and they (Lisa and Linda) were ALWAYS very compassionate. They treated me and my pets with great dignity and respect. I am so thankful for their services and beautiful gardens. I will be laying my fourth beloved pet to rest there (in Spencer). It is comforting to have the option to inter my canine and feline loved ones.In the past, I have taken my surviving pets to say goodbye when my family and I went to say our final goodbyes.My family and I HIGHLY recommend Precious Pets! I hate to have to use their services, but I am so glad they are there to minister to pet owners like me.

We received our cremains and I was blown away by the quality and effort put into all of the products we chose. I can tell from the craftsmanship Precious Pets truly cares about and respects all their clients.Since our vet handled the arrangements, other than our selections, we didn’t know you could be present (in a waiting room) during the cremation which I think is a wonderful touch, the garden also looks very nice from pictures I have seen. A plantable memorial paw print was also included (at no extra charge) by surprise which is such a comforting and caring expression.Thank you for such a high level of professionalism and care during what is such a sad event for every pet owner.

I used them several years ago and it was a smooth and quick process for cremation. We went and picked Miles up then. Unfortunately not so much this last time in July 2021. I was told it would take 2 weeks and found out later when I called to see if Einstein was ready that Neels now has the remains mailed. I was told he had been mailed the day before I called. I waited four days and called back after no delivery. I then found out he was still at Precious Pets and had been NOT been mailed. So I had a friend pick him and my paw print up. But what really sealed the deal of not returning as a customer was finding out that instead of a paw print for a future a tattoo they had instead done the nose. They even confirmed it was on the order over the phone when I called to report the issues. So they said I could drive back out to Spencer with the clay paw and they would make a print with that. Not the same detail but I agreed. What else could I do since he was ashes? I dropped it off and picked it up. I was kindly informed when I called about the mistake that they wouldn’t charge me another $20 for the paw. I would hope not. The 20 dollars is not going to break me nor them but the right thing to have done would have been to refund the original charge due to such a big error. I drove to Spencer twice and the time from north OKC was that at least. So I have four more dogs and have had three cremated now. 2 with them but my other four will be going somewhere else like Pet Memories when their time comes because of this experience. $20 vs hundreds more in the near future cause they are senior dogs. You do the math. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else because it already a devastating time without mistakes and misinformation.

In a word, these people are incredible. My wife and I had an extremely difficult couple of days earlier this week with the loss of our best friend and 17 year companion. I had a lot of anxiety about leaving him somewhere for cremation, and these people were able to accommodate me immediately as a walk-in and I was back home with our boy in a beautiful urn just a few hours later. Our only bright spot throughout this has been how well everything was handled by Precious Pets. I can’t thank you enough.

Linda and Sarah, as well as all of the other staff at Precious Pets have been so good an caring to us. Unfortunately, last night we lost the last of our old and precious trio of cats. We lost one last week, and the final boy grieved himself to death in one week. They were like an old comfortable married couple. We have a nine year old daughter who this is very hard on and Linda is always very caring and loving toward her. I can't thank you all enough for the love and attention you give to not only our pet family, but our human family.

I finally received my late dogs remains. The process was very quick about 1 week of waiting, that’s the reason I am giving a two star. I’m upset, because I had specifically called a day after her passing, and requested to not have my dogs remains sent that I wanted to pick them up in person. I was told that it was fine, but to my surprise on Saturday I had a missed delivery notification from ups. This truly made the process even more stressful knowing my baby’s remains sat with ups over the weekend. My recommendation is if you can’t accommodate a request just say so.

With equal parts sorrow and gratitude, I want to recommend this service to anyone who finds themselves in a position to say goodbye to an animal companion. I greatly appreciate the challenge of handling a 900+ lb animal in a deceased state, and I feel as though the man who stayed after hours- without a complaint- to accept my horse treated her with utmost dignity. I felt respect and compassion from this business for my premature loss, and I’m very grateful that Precious Pets was recommended to me by the manager at my stable. Though I felt it was impractical to cremate a horse, I am not a land owner, and the service offered by Precious Pets will enable to give my partner a proper burial (albeit of ashes) when the time comes. They consoled my conflicted feelings about cremation with zero solicitation; and they informed me of all services offered with zero trace of manipulation. I hope the managers of this business will always maintain the comforting and reverent environment that I felt here.

We arranged this through Blue Pearl when we had to unexpectedly have our precious family cat put to sleep. We were told it would take about two weeks but received the call that his ashes had been received just a week later. We weren’t exactly in a hurry to go get them, because we knew it would most likely upset us all over again. We finally made our way over there and picked it up. I was very pleased with all of it. I cried and cried, especially when I opened the box with Malachi’s sweet paw print. We (my husband) chose just a basic package that the vet offered and were very pleased. I know they have even more services and options available, and we will definitely be looking into some of those when we have to say goodbye to one of our other furry friends in the future. Thank you for doing what you do and for the love and compassion you provide. It’s much appreciated.

Prices for cremation are very reasonable. The wooden box for the ashes was nice. The part that really meant the most to me was the paw print cast they included from our sweet dog. We didnt know that was included since we arranged everything through our vet. Very sweet touch.

In 2004 I purchased a casket for my furbaby and today I picked up the ashes of my son's.They offer some beautiful products whether you decide to get a casket or opt for cremation (neither was as expensive as you would think).They are sympathetic and very helpful with your needs. On a budget or not, they treat you with respect and I would recommend them to anyone in their time of need.
