The manager at this location is so incredibly rude to customers and her employees. This lady has a serious attitude problem. She does not have any idea what customer service is. I felt so embarrassed the way she handled my return and the manner in which she spoke to the cashier. She kept talking back to me like she had to have the last word. Very strange day at this location. I guess don’t try to exchange anything here. I won’t visit this location again. I have options. I don’t need dollar tree stores. I’d rather spend more money on better quality items at hobby lobby than be treated so disrespectfully.

I work at this store as a cashier. I am an older. Gentleman and I enjoy serving my customers and working with all of the staff and Managers.Working in retail requires a sense of humour and good teamwork. When I notice the line is getting long I will page for a manager to come up and help the other customers so that the customers don’t have to wait too long.Sometimes there will be friendly ribbing between us but there is never any animosity between us. The friendly ribbing helps us and the customers get through the stress of shopping.The other day, one of our regular customers, Tammy Morris, witnessed this interaction and thought that Kylie was being mean to me and wrote a google review based on it. I would like to reach out to Tammy and invite her to come back and enjoy our store. It is a great store with great staff and management… and Kylie is top notch. She was definitely not being mean to me; I thrive on our interactions in the store and I even joked with other customers in line that I would have them out in time for Christmas.

I shop this store often. Independence St. Shawnee, OK. Today I witnessed an employee speaking so rudely to another employee, who was an elderly gentleman. Very nice and polite he was. She told him all about how SLOW he was and got on the other register. He WAS NOT slow!!!! I had $53 worth of merchandise and he was very quick about ringing it up.I'm so mad at this young lady that I will no longer shop at this location!!!! SHAME ON YOU KYLIE!!! You should be fired for the way you treated this man!!! And I will be contacting your corporate office to let them no what kind of employee you are. The customers in line behind me (2!!!) feel the the same as I.I hope when you're his age someone makes you feel the same way you made him feel today. May God have mercy on your soul!!!!

This store is fantastic. It is super clean, all the shelves are stocked and the employees are above board helpers. In the last 5 states I’ve been in, every one was a wreck with nothing stocked, understaffed and each a very sad experience. I would drive out of my way to shop at this particular location. Miss Karen 😉 was a delight as well as the manager and young man at the checkout.

Totally enjoyed one of the best retail experiences ever.Got some Christmas stuff on the cheap. Everything's a dollar!Shoot, maybe you could too. Highly recommend going.UPDATEThe prices have risen but overall an enjoyable experience.

Store claimed my card did not go through even though display showed approved. Cashier would not give me my product so I used a different form of payment. After leaving store I checked my bank records and my other form of payment account. Both showed equal payments within minutes of each other. I returned to the store and ask for a refund of one of the charges. The manager refused saying it was up to corporate to handle. I suggested checking the cashiers drawer for the overage and the manager stated she was not over?! She ask me to leave so she could take care of her customers or she would call the police. She conveniently forgot “I was her customer” as well. I encouraged her to call the police which she did not. I ended up paying $80 for $40 worth of product! She gave me a bogus corporate number to contact. It left me believing this was some sort of scam the manager and cashier were running against their customers. People do not shop dollar store because the customer has a lot of money so every dollar is important! Customer service is not a priority to this location or apparently to their corporation given the replies they give back in response to other customers on their website. Even to say customers are ungrateful and should be glad they are in business! Here I thought it took customers to keep their doors open!

The first thing I noticed was clean store shelves are stocked and employees where very nice! I told the lady that checked me out that it was nice and that they keep up with everything from the public eye! Keep up the good work guys your wonderful!

Manager is very hateful. I did not receive all of the stuff I purchased and when I went back the next morning with my receipt, she said there was nothing they could do and there was no proof the cashier did not give it to me, so I had to purchase the stuff all over again. I definitely won't be going back!

Very nice place employees were very kind and helpful I'd never been in a Dollar tree before they're putting up all the seasonal stuff getting ready for winter so it was kind of crowded and but all in all it was a nice experience

Small portions... The steak cooked to perfection was delicious. The brown gravy tasted a little old. Waiter dressed casual but everyone else seemed to be in a outfit..glad they had coke products instead of the cheap pepsi.... Ordered the chicken chunks off the kids menu, too hard for a one year old so replaced it with grilled cheese. My 11 year old had the turkey avocado sandwhich with sweet potato fries. They were good. Really crispy. My 9 year old took delight in the very beefy chili and chicken fried sandwhich. He loved it. Husband also had steak cooked perfectly..okra was fresh and loved it... All in all perfect.

Very Nice Location for this Store we don't have to go all the way to the interstate anymore,to shop for all of these great stuff.especially if you like junk food they have ton's of it at very cheap prices.
