Really friendly staff. The shower room was so clean. Very hot water and great pressure. Didn't catch the attendants name who cleaned the showers, but special shout out to him for saving my shoes I left in the shower room. You're the best !!! 😁 Inside and out was clean as well. They have the PJ Fresh inside. The baked chicken is amazing as well as the spicy wings. Overall, a great place for a break . With such a friendly staff, it makes your stay even better. Thanks to the employees for all they do to keep these drivers clean, fed , full and happy. ( I'm not a driver, just a ride along with my boyfriend 😁). Also have laundry.

It’s incredible then you can’t fuel your tank in the professional driver side because the drivers don’t respect the others drivers and the management of this flying j don’t do nothing to resolve this I was waiting more then hour for the truck in front of me wakeing up and started fueling his truck all those truck was doing nothing in the fuel lines

Very nice employees at this flying J, love coming here since I first started driving out state this was the first place I showed, & slept that been over 5 years I sure miss it , today 3/23/24 had to stop to shower and sleep. It's very safe here.thank you employees for being friendly and kind.The showers are clean the guys who cleans them are wonderful they teamed up to get showers clean fast so driver's get in & out. This flying is very clean the store, women restroom, the coffee station food station, I got a soda it was spotless clean. I call this home my fist experience at a truck stop and will contiue to stop in .

Go somewhere else. Or just use for fuel. That is if someone not sitting at pump for over an hour and they won't do anything but make an announcement. Funny how fast they move they truck when you say move or tow. But here sitting in fuel island forever is ok. So you could end up wasting time waiting for a while to get fuel. The management is a control clown freak show. The driver is definitely not important. As the reviews show. Employees aren't even trying to make customers experience good. They all to afraid of the head clowns to be able to. So you are ignored or treated rudely cause they absolutely don't care. It's all about them and what they can get away with and not get in trouble with the clown police. This store will always be the way it is. Long term people don't want new blood. They might ruin the freak show that running there now. . Tabitha and Nikki will and are destroying they store and any good guests experience that might have been had. Some real Rude cashier's. But that's ok. Cause they the right clown member. You have other options either way within 20 to 30 miles Loves and TA. Stay away. Horrible place to work or be a customer. Don't bother ordering a pizza they won't make it until they feel like it. And when cashier offered a free drink after almost an hour was yelled at in front of customer. ( I was that cashier. Customer has been waiting for pizza that was know that it needed to be made. But Tabitha just lied to his face and ignored him.) She yells at me We don't give anything free away I don't care how long he been waiting he can wait. . So go somewhere where your presence isn't such an imposition and burden on them.

I’m a truck driver and after putting fuel when I went inside to get a soup the soup was not enough so I filled up the cup halfway they wanted to charge me a full price and the lady said if you don’t pay the full price I’d rather throw it away. I was like “wth” they can’t be serious …..that put a bad taste in my mouth so I gave her the soup and I said goodbye !I’m not paying a full price on a half of soup that wasn’t nice at all. They were not professional. I will never return to this pilot or flying J again,…..they will lose!…..

Best gas prices in area. Clean restrooms and relatively decent parking.It looked like one of the RV dump stations was free (no keypad lock) all the way to the left, but all pump-side water faucets were shut off. Also, pump-side air lines were damaged and unusable.There was also plenty of grass to walk your pets. Just watch your step because some pet owners are asshats.There is a CAT scale and propane fill on-premises, with a quick truck lube and truck wash business across the street next to the McDonald's.

All pumps backed up. App not working. Cards not working at pump. Inside there was one cashier with a line down the isle, getting food and cashiering. I would have spent $700 on fuel if acceptable service had been available. This was pathetic.

I have been here numerous times and I ALWAYS run into the same issue. There's always 13-15 people in line for a shower, nobody cleans the showers and the people working here look like Zombies , maybe it's time for someone to do a drug test here and get this circus running properly. Absolutely zero professionalism here, it's a disaster!

very nice Flying J the parking is excellent it's nice and comfortable to park very convenient on the inside that sell clean there's a Denny's in the side so you can go and have your good breakfast and have a good meal before you go out it's a good place to stop and rest cuz you got a couple of places outside McDonald's for once so if you're looking for rest place to do it. This is one really good one.

Got a good shower 🚿 one thing I will recommend fixing is please change the shower until.The nob is hard to turn and I have to stand in front of the cold water 💧 as I Turn in the knob to hot, very uncomfortable. Thank you for your service, I'm glad you are here for us.

shower 8 has black mold developing on ceiling. floor mat was an old towel ripped in half. the 2 washers take your quarters and they won't put an out-of-order sign up, Western Union machine out-of-order. Denny's almost gave my food to someone else. people should be more aware.

My husband & I have been traveling across the country in our motorhome for years.We purchase our gasoline at Flying J. Without exception, the grounds around the each Flying J are covered with dog feces. As someone who always picks up our dog’s waste, I know that this is not a hard thing to do.Dog feces is not biodegradable & can make dogs & humans sick. Flying J should make sure that their grounds are clear. It’s disgusting & irresponsible. Since I have been observing this for so long, I can only surmise that the individual operators & company could care less.

This flying J has always been one of the better ones to stop at, they maybe short handed right now or just got over the "lunch" rush from the photos I took, I will add more the next stop through, but as of now, I have no complaints about this spot.

I walk in at 5 o'clock, this facility has 9 showers all of which are vacant, 3 customers waiting for showers, none are clean and nobody is cleaning, and you got 3 employees at the counter flap in there yaps having a great old time and not doing their job. Once again taking my business down the street where the fuel is cheaper anyway

Magical” place. ALWAYS waiting to get diesel here, because “professional” drivers occupy the fuel alley and go away to take shower or eat. They don’t respect the other drivers and managers do nothing about that!!!!

Just from walking inside, I feel dirty and like I need to go shower. Apparently no one knows what a broom or mop is because the floors throughout the entire place have dirt and who knows what else on them. The women's bathroom had a water puddle in the middle of the floor; there was hair stuck to a sink handle. Everything else was just as dirty, from the coolers to the coffee area.

Kinda dirty. Torndao and hot dogs under the machines. Stop a month later and guess what?! Its still nasty! Still food under there and the microwave is still NASTY.UPDATE! It's the filthiest truck stop! The "J" in flying J, stands for "Just nasty". Come on clean this place its disgusting!

Hearing the manager talk to the workers pissed in my cereal this morning....you respect your workers and do not curse in front of customers is number 1 and 2.3. Auto/RV is Bottled up with 18 wheelers, this is Unacceptable and should be Addressed, they should not be allowed to park in AUTO/RV area.

This Flying J Travel Center has pretty much anything you may need or want while traveling. Everything from Tylenol to gasoline can be found here, staff are very helpful and friendly and best of all Flying J offers some of the lowest gas and fuel prices anywhere.

Very busy place, like all declining Pilots, FJ's couple of pumps closed then you have the usual drivers just occupying fuel lanes without actually fueling - although not all bad , fueling may turn into 1hr event here

Store 313 in Il is worst nastiest place iv seen went get shower piss all over towlet in floor they never cleaned it the woman that does clean was out riding parking lot with a guy laughing carrying on all sinks and soap dispensers look like they havnt been cleaned in years they need fix it

There is no water pressure in the shower. I could deal with that, but the water temperature constantly fluctuated from too hot to too cold. I had planned to have breakfast at Denny's, fill up my thermos with coffee, and get about 7 gallons of propane. But, I'm not going to give my custom to a business that doesn't care about providing good service.They should change the name to Don't Give A Flying Truck Stop.

Ladies restroom was filthy. All four coffees were empty. There was no creamer. The cups were not restocked and the lady at the register was extremely rude because I wasn’t willing to stand around and wait.
