Very pleased with my stay at this particular establishment. Upon entering the lobby, the overall decor was quite inviting. The front desk attendant was amicable and informative. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and enabled me to rest before continuing my drive the next morning. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here.

I can’t say enough about this one. The room was nice. Very clean actually had cable and a large television that was simple to navigate! Front desk was helpful and very friendly. We will stay here every time we pass this way.Rooms: Spacious with everything we needed and well kept

Staying here was nice, but the experience of being charged twice for 1 night was terrible. It took over a week before anyone even tried to help correct it. After calling over a 5 day period, they simply started hanging up on me. I was told over & over to call back to speak to a manager who was never there. They refused to take my number and call me. Today, they hung up on me, so I had someone else call & and finally, it was resolved. I was never rude, and I just don't understand why you can't speak with someone to help you. I loved the hotel, but there was no way I'd stay there again after the experience

Very clean room. Beds were comfortable and husband loved the pillows. (We were going to look at the tags on the pillows to buy our own just like them but overslept and forgot to look.🤦‍♀️)The breakfast area was okay, choices were scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal, waffles, muffins and fruit. All in all, it was good.

Walked into the room and there was a terrible smell. I'm disabled and highly sensitive to odors. The room was filthy. As I walked back to the front desk to tell the guy I wouldn't be staying, he was picking his nose. Since he had just handled my room key, I was disgusted. I said I would not be staying, and drove 130 miles to a different hotel. They charged my credit card anyway, even though I didn't stay. BEWARE when you check in. They first have you sign all the paperwork before letting you see the room. Then they claim you actually stayed there when you didn't. This place will be getting a visit from the health inspector. The nose-picking guy is claiming that I checked in just to do laundry and use the bathroom, which is ludicrous since I have a receipt from the Amarillo Texas hotel where I DID stay. This place is unethical and disgusting.

This was a surprisingly great hotel that we just happened upon as we needed to stop for the night on our way home to Arkansas from Santa Fe, NMThe lobby was very pretty and smelled very nice. The bed was super comfortable and we slept great. They had Direct TV with multiple HBO and Cinemax channels so there were plenty of options for movies to choose fromWe didn't use them but there was a very nice pool (with a handicap assist jib arm with seat to help a handicapped / elderly person into the pool) hot tub and saunaDefinitely recommend if you're passing through Sayre and need a place to stay.Noteworthy details: There is a Denny's restaurant directly across the street and a Sonic down the road on the other side of town (and also a grocery store and Dollar General down near the same area)

This was a great hotel! Beautiful, safe, and well priced. We rolled in fairly late-at about 1am, moving from Arizona to Kansas. The room was clean; the night staff was super friendly; they extended our check-out time because we got in so late, and they were great about our pets. Breakfast was delicious, and we felt rested and taken care of to continue our journey. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place gets a solid 5 stars. Besides the warm and welcoming lobby, the room was spotless. Everything looked newly redecorated. For not being a large hotel, the breakfast was good. The large pool, whirlpool and sauna were amazing. and so clean The staff were friendly and helpful. There is absolutely nothing bad we can say. For the price, don't pass it by.

Solid 3. Clean room, quiet room, pool, friendly staff, and breakfast. Negative stars for no elevator, which was not mentioned anywhere. So make sure you get a ground floor room if you dont want to haul a lot of luggage up and down stairs.

My cousin just stayed there. They were treated like trash. Their truck broke down on their way to their destination. And needed a place to stay. They had 2 young children. 1 was a baby. Asked if they can have a extra blanket. The workers response was if u make a mess let me know. They asked for a later check out because they were waiting on their truck. The worker was very rude. And refused when it was time to checkout she was gathering up her things. And the worker was screaming at her to get out. She was trying to tackle 2 children. A baby and a toddler. The motel room was not clean.

Good location, clean inside the building, parking lot had some debris, not enough to knock the review down though. Great pool and hot tub. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Excellent friendly staff. Breakfast is decent and there are enough options considering the size of the hotel. All in all, great stay, stayed here twice so far visiting family. Great stay for the price. Will be staying again next time.

A surprisingly pleasant overnight stop! Quick and courteous check-in at a very convenient location. We didn't use the pool, hot tub or sauna, but they were sparkling clean and the hot tub was warm and inviting. Our basic king-bed room was clean, fresh-smelling, and cool when we entered. It was spacious, with comfortable seating, microwave and mini-fridge. Breakfast was available 6-10, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The only inconvenience was having to carry our luggage upstairs because there was no elevator. Would have given 4.5 rating if I could have!

The place is nice and clean. I LOVED the fact that the rooms don't smell like smoke. They have a microwave and small fridge in the rooms for your personal usage. Nice! The food was okay. I'm just a picky eater. Although, when I showered, I felt like the "creamy body wash" wouldn't come off (brought from home). Hmm? Not sure about the water. Other than that, it was great!

The man at the desk was very nice and helped me carry my bags up the stairs to my room. The room itself was fine, but it was not cleaned very well (see pictures). Noise level was low, bed was comfortable. The linens and towels and pillows were rough and uncomfortable. It took a while for the ac to cool the room down, but once it got cold it worked fine. The breakfast was pretty sad. The only hot items were the do it yourself waffles and the gravy in a crockpot. I expected more for nearly $100/night.

I hotel was decent clean. Bed was pretty hard. We stayed in room 203 the king suite. The roof in that room leaked water on the bed all night!!!! Hotel management was rude and unwilling to compensate for the leaking ceiling all night. All they did was take a lousy $20 off for the roof pouring water on the bed all night. The management barely speaks English and was very rude! I would never stay there again!!!! The only good thing about that hotel was the pool areas otherwise it wasn’t a very pleasant stay! Very disappointed with the way we were treated, I’ve never been anywhere where the management didn’t care that the roof was leaking. My advice on this place is drive on!!

This property has a new owner. I'm not sure how much he has remodeled, but when I arrived he was assembling beds for the upstairs rooms having already completed the downstairs rooms. I was struck with how creatively decorated this motel was as soon as I walked in. It looks like a hunting lodge. The rooms are very well appointed and the staff is very attentive to the needs of the guests. They serve breakfast and they have a business area with a computer for guests to use which was one of the reasons I had decided to stay here. The lobby has plenty to keep you busy including a beautiful chess set with chairs on either side inviting you to play.There are tiny personal touches such as a handwritten note from housekeeping welcoming me to my room. I would give this 25 stars if that was possible.

Great Room! Living room with TV, Microwave, Coffee, Fan, second room area with sink, and entrance to bathroom with full size tub, 3rd very large room with king bed, TV, desk, jetted soaking tub. Very large 3 panel window. This was a true luxury suite. Breakfast included with sausage gravy and biscuits, waffles, toast, muffins, juice, coffee, cereal. Very well lighted parking lot. Ice machine, pool with hot juquzie area, dry sauna.Denny's and McDonald's next door.Has to be the best place in Sayre with out a doubt.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great hotel, the pool and hot tub were great and they had towels provided. The rooms were great quality and the bedding was some of the softest I have experienced in a hotel, it felt like sleeping in clouds. Would definitely recommend!
