I have stopped here a couple times. It's a very packed little store. Always something to find. I wouldn't say it's fully maintained. Seemed a bit messy, but my biggest issue was going one evening. It was late. Right before close. I understand that's annoying to staff sometimes, they want to go home. The manager was rude though. She didn't smile. She kept doing the intercom messages every minute or so threatening us to get to the check out or we would be refused service. It was almost closing time, but it was not time. Then she stood at the door, letting people out as they finished. Her energy was awful and uninviting. The employee there with her looked tired as well, like they were just done with the day. He checked us out, they barely said anything. Manager glared at everyone the whole time. I have plenty other dollar trees I can go to. I won't return here.

It's crazy how much stuff that you can actually find at the dollar tree! They have some good deals and some cute Christmas decorations!

What's not to love? It's Dollar Tree!! This store has abundant handicap parking but does not have an automatic door. Store is clean and the staff always greets with a "welcome to dollar tree " Isles are wide and kept clean. Merchandise is usually fully stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful! When you go to any dollar tree store, make sure you look at everything, from the Merchandise on the shelves to the plastic strips that hang, there's some incredible finds and you need to purchase quickly because once it's gone, it's gone.The check out lanes are wide and fully stocked. And the staff at this store is very friendly and knowledgeable!

The Dollar Tree is Sand Springs is like the ugly duckling. This poor store is always short-handed, last to get new items, and usually looks like a hot mess (under staffed). The Dollar Tree name has stepped up their game since increasing the prices, and I enjoy finding new gems for $5 and below.

This place is amazing! Idk what employee we talked to but she was great! And I got a little snap change purse for only $1.25. I totally recommend for emergency birthday shopping and it has literary everything you could possibly need inside a little building!

Above average organized, clean, average selection nothing exceptional, the shelves were bare but I suppose it's possible that the holiday switch over cause that or maybe even they're waiting on a truck... Friendly and chatty cashier, all in all positive experience I would go to this one more but the parking sucks.

They have a little bit of everything & I'm always able to find that quick last minute gift, & everything is really only a dollar! Staff is nice & courteous too. However, the beauty products I tend to stay away from simply because you get what you pay for.

Always good, they have everything u can imagine, sometimes u have to watch the prices , u can get somethings cheaper at Walmart.but overall it’s a great place to pick up a few things a lot cheaper.

This dollar tree is ok its not as good as the one over in Prattville. It seems this location the freezer is always out, and they don't have near as much in stock.

Picked apart and stuff was knocked over into the floor everywhere. The cashier was goofing off not paying attention and she became rude when she rang my stuff up too many times. Some people don't like being told they messed up I guess.

Went to Dollar Tree to pick up a couple of Birthday cards and a few other things. Funny how everyone in Sand Springs had roughly the same idea. Only 1 cashier and about 10 customers trying to check out. Luckily, most people only had a few things. It went pretty fast. Good little store to shop in.

Once again they only had one register open and the line went all the way down the food section! So I left my basket and went to the dollar general and paid the same amount for my items. If you will not pay your employees enough for them to stay then at least get a few self checkouts in there!

This is my go-to store. Love the deals i find and the changing product keep new thing's coming and going. The lines are always a little long and some of the help can be somewhat slow is why i only gave it 4 stars. BUT always friendly and knowledgeable. I shop here at least once a week LOL.

Needs new day manager on Charles Page is not qualified, she stands around hollering and talking about employees to the other workers. Stock setting around everywhere shelves empty. 1 cashier about 10 people in line manager just stands there and makes sarcastic remarks instead of calling for help. I will only come back when shes not there. This store needs professional help. You need a to check into this is a serious matter, this women and a couple others have no business working in customer service. The store you have in Prattville is Awesome but I live closer to this one

I've never wanted to complain about something when it's not very expensive but I can't understand why it's so hard for them to not have the longest lines in history not to mention they never seen to know where anything in the store is and when you finally do get to check out they give you an attitude for giving them respect

This Dollar Tree is nice, clean, and the staff is friendly.. They usually just don't have the new stuff that the other dollar tree have. Still in my store and a very nice location..

Great Dollar tree, the staff are always friendly. They have most every anyother Dollar tree has. I recommend coming here before you do to get some supplies for school or crafts.

Pam was very kind and sweet . But as for the manager I'm guessing, she was very judgemental and rude seemed to have no customer service skills what so ever. I will more likely not be back to this location.
