We do all of our minor shopping here. The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful! This day I couldn't get my car to start and the manager came to help me. My battery connection was loose and he showed me how he fixed it! This is a good store.

I think all DGs should have cameras outside the store. Besides that, this seems to be an average DG. Including the aisles being almost unnavigatible due to the piles of boxes for stocking. I definitely think DG in general should organize the way they do things a lot better. But otherwise staff is nice and the place is fairly clean on the inside. The outside however, is filthy. You can tell where employees take their smoke breaks and that seemingly no one is responsible for picking trash up from the property. I don’t always go to Dollar General but when I don’t want to run all the way to town it’s nice to have the one on Prue road. I am thankful that the staff is friendly and fast. If the line gets long they open the other register up. It is not your typical Dollar General. It’s definitely above average.

I really like the great deals. I get from the store. But I shopped at the store in Cleveland. On the 6th an. When I got home three of the items. I payed for wasn't. In my bag . I live 30 min. From the store. An can't get a ride back to store till on of my friends goes . so I feel I got Robbed of my 12 dollar

Managment here very courteous. Allowed us to leave one of our buy here pay here vehicles from our car lot in their parking lot without having it towed off. This is the result of our customer not giving the vehicle proper care when obviously it had a problem. Instead they continued to drive it until the head gasket was blown and then abandoned it when he couldn't get it back to us to turn it in. We made arrangments to get it picked up as soon as we could but non the less we owe a big thank you to Dollar General Staff for having compassion and sympathy for us in this time.Sincerely,-All of us at,Affordable Auto

Love the Dollar General on 209. The girls that work there are friendly and helpful. If there is something the store is missing they will do their best to get it for you. They know where everything is so you don't have to hunt for it. It's not the biggest store but they have a lot of items.

The place seemed in a chaos, freight everywhere. The girl running the register rang some of the other customers stuff up with another customers, had to wait for a void and then she almost did it again. I think she was new and overwhelmed. There was 4 people in line to be checked out. I like the dollar general closer to my house but went to this one on the way home from work. The one by my house is on hwy 51 west right before the town of mannford, it's always clean and tidy looking, next time I will go to my favorite...

All dollar generals are quite a bit the same. Usually no more than 1 cashier at a time. Cashier calls everyone sweetie. I dislike being called sweetie. I dislike my husband being called sweetie. Not professional. Also, I guess my husband was taking too long signing the credit card machine and she just reached over and scribbled on it. And said "see it doesn't matter what you sign it takes it." That ticked me off. I won't go back there.

If you need gas, a quick bite of greasy deli food or even a case of beer this isr out your spot. Just know your going to be stopping and shopping in a place that takes no pride in the way there place looks inside or out. And there bathroom is disgusting.

Only problem ive had is when i go in for one thing and the cashier is stocking, so i have to go find someone after a minute of waiting to be checked out. Store is kept clean, and stocked as long as trucks arrive on schedule.

It's a basic Dollar General. They are cheap, and they are everywhere. You can get in and out a lot faster than Walmart. We use them when we just need a few things and don't want to deal with long lines.

Very nice. Love the new layout and look! Especially the vegetables and fruits! No more having to drive 30 minutes just to get vegetables to cook with 😊

Their cold foods section is horrible! We've bought stuff there several times now that's freezer burned or spoiled because they're not keeping stuff at the right temperatures. There entrance door was broken for a month, now the belt at the checkout doesn't work, hasn't for a while now. The corporate people need to get things fixed at all these new rural locations they built. People will drive by these stores and go to town if they don't get better!

Dollar General by its name you would think everything's a dollar. But it's not Is on the same plevel as Family Dollar which I don't have too much respect for. There are very few deals in Dollar Genera. I don't get their store. I only go there when I'm desperate. I would not recommend it to any body.

Great store friendly and helpful employees but they really need to hire someone to clean up the trash around all of there has been two stores 1 way out in collinsville and the other at 1600 n lewis that are clean and free of trash outside the rest are a mess outside

I waited in line for 15 minutes to check out because the employee stocking shelfs only wanted to check out one person then went back to stocking shelfs. There was 7 people in line. So frustrating...👎😤

It is the beginning of fall, leaves are just starting to turn...but the fall decor has already been moved out for the Christmas decor. Not happy with Dollar General at all!

Very friendly and hard-working staff. My only "complaint" is how busy the store can be with long lines which is not necessarily the fault of the store or staff.
