I was so overjoyed ! Why? Because my Australian Shepherd female, a 4-year-old, was out of food. (Just kidding; 🤭 I wasn't overjoyed about that, but what happened, and the blessing that came because of it....lol)..She's (Her name is Zoe) about 70 lb. - maybe more- also, her breed is amongst the highest in active dogs, requiring a minimum of 3 hours a day of exercise; that's a lot of energy! So, as you can imagine, and needless to say -so I'm going to type it...lolshe eats a LOT. They gave me enough food to probably last her a month , and a brand new doggy bed! God bless their hearts; they're so compassionate. May we all strive to be like that.In all ways, and everyday !

I had to come about knowing this place the hard way when my dog was taken into custody. How ever the people where super helpful and friendly seem to have taken good care of my dog so I'm ever grateful for them.

These people are so nice and the animals looked cared for we adopted a very shy kitty he's coming around but I highly recommend getting your next pet here don't shop adopt !!! They have so many animals right now that need loving homes :/ it's hard to just get one

We had a stray get hurt and crawl under our house to die. We were able to catch them and take them in to get the care they needed instead of suffering a slow death. Great staff.

Great people they know what they’re talking about and they do take into consideration peoples emotional states. Have to give them very high credit to handling some of the people that they handle.

Adopted my pup from here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Animal areas were clean. I am so grateful to them for helping me and taking care of my fur baby until I could adopt her!

WONDERFUL!! This is a great place to adopt your next pet. I've adopted two dogs from here. The inexpensive adoption fee includes spay/neuter, vaccines, AND microchip!!

My Daughter went here on Monday she told me she walked in and was wanting to adopt a kitten from them but for some reason the workers totally ignored her and when she said hello they just looked at her like she was crazy and did not even respond to her so she stood there and waited for them they then decided to just walk past her outside without one word so she stood there a few min more and just left. Not ok at all really Do better animal shelter one of those babies could have had a new loving home that day but You deprived that poor animal if that Good job. DO BETTER!!

They took the absolute best care of my dog while he was in quarantine. The staff is friendly, and caring, and they let us come visit him every day, even on the weekends. They take very good care of the animals there, and are very knowledgeable about the options of service they provide.

My cat was hit by a car and got picked up by the shelter. Unfortunately, he didn't make it. A staff member thought it would be appropriate to tell me "Get them fixed next time" when I called to find out if they had him. The audacity. My neutered cat roams further than he ever did. I can't believe she thought that would be the acceptable thing to say to someone grieving for a lost pet. I used to donate supplies to this location, but not anymore. I hope the staff here learns empathy because that response was inappropriate.

I went to adopt a cat for my puppy to play with. They had a few to choose from. I wasn't impressed with the facility at all, but the staff was friendly. The facility was clean but it looked like hoarders squatted in there. The process to adopt wasn't ideal, I had to go somewhere else to pay the adoption fee and then come back with the receipt & then I had to wait a week before I could take the kitten home. When I was able to pick up the kitten they had micro-chipped her with all of THEIR information. I will not adopt from there in the future nor will I refer anyone there.

I adopted my Skywalker 4 years ago from here My cleo last year ❤This Shelter is Small but the ACO'S and Volenteers really care about every big and small Animal that enters their facility they go out of their way to save their lives .I recommend anyone looking for a new family member to Adopt from Here.❤❤❤❤❤❤

It smells, granted it is small but they let us adopt a kitten with ringworm and in return I had to go out and buy the meds for it. Which we didn't find out about until time to take it home. We were told they'd be ready one day and went to pick them up only to be told to come back the next day. I appreciate what animal control does, but they could've at least provided meds for the ringworm and/or told us before we got there so we weren't surprised.

Great people who run this place! Cops called to take away my 3 cats while I wasn't home, they waited for me to call and went by and picked them up. Did there best to not stress them and took great care of them. Thank you again

Worker are welcoming and answer questions you have and the animals are so well behave none yelling, very friendly. The cats i was wanting was getting adopted but there is so many sweet animals

They only have 2 pictures! Come on, surely you need to adopt more than 1 cat and 1 dog. Is there a reason why you don't have updated pictures of rescued animals? I would think that it would be the minimum of what you'd do to reunite owners with their pets. This website is lame.
