Like most Atwoods, it's clean and organized with spacious aisles and the signage above each aisles is easy to read and navigate. I will say that the flagship store in Enid, Oklahoma is probably the best overall I've been too, but I guess that's to be expected. Will return and recommend.

Large Atwoods for this area! Might be the biggest one I've seen in Oklahoma. You can find just about anything you might need here from gardening to household items to clothes toFound this cute gnome rain collector for outside. The staff working was super friendly and helpful. Will be back! They have baby chickens which is always so fun to walk by whenever we stop in.

Customer service could be improved. I didn’t find what I was looking for, so I looked for an employee. Finally found one. She was talking to two guys. I didn’t want to interrupt so I stood there for several minutes. It was as if I was not even there. It was clear they were just chatting, not business related. I walked away pushing an empty cart. I finally found puppy pads (to absorb urine). There was only one choice. I did not see a price on the item or on the display rack. I have spent probably 15 more minutes standing by my empty cart. Not one person has asked if I needed anything. Heading for the door now. I used to really like this store. My dad owned a retail business. I worked there. I knew better than to ignore a customer. I was taught to acknowledge them, welcome them to the store and at the very least say “Welcome to Mark’s Drug. I will be with you in a minute”.

I love the selection at this store. It's the only place I can find the right size gloves.Great customer service. Big cheers to the new guy that was back in Farm/Ranch. He didn't know the answer to my question, took the time to find out, and made a couple suggestions since it was an item Atwoods doesn't carry. Thanks for your help.

Truly the worst customer service. The last three times I’ve went here I have asked for help in a department and everyone gave me the run around and said “I’ll get someone to help you”, you get tired of waiting after 45 minutes so I left. One time they rang me up for a bale of hay and I sat at the loading dock for 30 minutes and asked how much longer only for them to tell me there was no body there who could load the hay?? Why ring me up for it then?

Was not able to get help which is the norm every time I go in there. In my personal opinion, not customer service oriented. However, that may be how the store operates. It’s just always been a pain every time I go there at the one in sand springs. I try not to go but when I do I dread it knowing I won’t be helped and I will have to try and catch someone to get help then they forget to come …. It’s just a pain all the way around. I’ve never experienced anything different from that store. But like I said, Atwoods may be oriented another way instead of customer service so who knows….

I have a medium-sized hobby farm. So, going to the Sand Springs Atwoods for feed is a necessity. Nothing spectacular happens here or stands out so much that I just have to tell people. More times than not, you will catch a group of teens hanging out, not working or not offering to help. But there is always that one kid that will work or help, so that is a plus. I guess. You just have to find him. The clothes are expensive but that's the world we live in. So overall, it is a meh place to be, but more times than not a necessary place to be.

I backed at the concrete today and told the guys I'm gonna go pay for 32 bags. By the time I had paid for it, and returned to the truck it was already loaded. Great location and staff!

They will sell you a heavily used and defective gun and swear it’s brand new, then will hold that gun under the promise of getting back with you within a day to possibly give you a refund or exchange, I’ve been waiting since Monday, March 4.Corporate is supposedly “handling” it but so far I’ve been ignored and haven’t received any calls neither from the location management nor corporate. I am now without a working firearm and my hard earned money.DO NOT BUY THIER FIREARMS!

They help you find what you need. They had ran out of bagged complimentory popcorn. When something isn't carried by them, or they are temporarily out of stock They offer suggestions as to where you might find it; both another TSC and locally. Variety of farm/ranching needs items offered plus daily living supplies and decor.

Atwoods WILL NOT honor an agricultural tax exempt for 99% of their qualified agricultural items. Will.no longer.give them.my business - tractor supply does honor it.

Pretty much your one stop shopping for all your ranch and farm products its tractor supply on steroids and of course for firearms!!! My personal favorite and the prices are on par for most of there products

I just left Atwood’s and can honestly say I had such an amazing experience. This was my second time in Atwood’s, with the last time being 10 years ago.I went there today because I’m starting my very first chicken coop. I had tons of questions and Kyle was the first one I approached. He was happy to help me and even went above and beyond and walked me to the area I needed to be in and gave me some recommendations on a few things. He also went all the way up to the front to do a price check for me. I ended up purchasing everything he helped me pick out for my coop. He then introduced me to Bree who helped me pick out some treatments for my chickens water, & then she spent a good ten minutes just answering all my questions about chickens. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that what Kyle and I picked out was exactly what I needed to start my coop. Prices were very reasonable and the store was spotless. They even have fresh popcorn! I will be back very soon I can guarantee that!

We went today 11/24/23 and after we payed for SEVERAL items that needed bags,the cashier turned and started talking to another employee.We were there standing for a while,so seeing that started ourselves to put all the items in bags and she turned around and said:"oh...u want a bag?lets put in a smaller one"(?)Whats the deal?Atwoods is now going the way of Old Navy that they dont give you a bag anymore unless you purchase it?

Large store. Looks like a good variety of products. Unfortunately do not go expecting any kind of customer service. Went specifically for a product they carry that was recommended to us. We couldn't find it, so we ask a kid at the cash register (only person we could find). He said to check 3 different departments. Seriously!? So I asked, if I ordered it on line, how would the person pulling my order find it. He said not to worry, they would refund my money. Not the point of the question kid!!! So, we ordered it on Amazon....of course they carry it too.

We visited store #22 Sand Springs, Ok on 10/7/23 and each time we go the store is more and more dirty. Every time we have gone there is trash in almost every shopping cart and the bathrooms reek of the worst odor. I am so disappointed because it used to be such a nice store,but not anymore,so disappointed.
