Came in paid for two nights get back to the room find out the refrigerator does not work have to put ice in buckets and Carry them to the room so milk doesn't spoil talk to a lady upfront which tells me I will be compensated for another night. At almost 4am get a call because they got a noise complaint on my room. The TV was turned to to 12 apparently can't watch TV even though you pay to be comfortable in a room so go back to the office to discuss just getting a refund then proceed to tell me they will only give us the money for one night back but they can move us to another room the next morning but not compensate us for a night because apparently they didn't know what I was talking about even though the lady up front in the office said she would so terrible

This was honestly a great place except housekeeping is what ruined my stay. It was questionable if my room was even cleaned. Tub was wet when I hadn't used it, strong urine smell. There was a pack of ramen on a shelf and a dirty wash cloth as well and neither came from me. When I went to get in bed after the longest day ever it was terrifying. There was a poop spot in my sheets no clue if it was stained or not changed so I had to attempt to rebuild the bed. The middle blanket had some sticky food stuck to it so I had to sleep fully dressed and I put a T-shirt over my pillow. Such a shame cuz it had potential to be the best motel 6 I ever visited. Check in person was super nice, provided me with internet access which was better than most hotel wifi. Nice spacious room with bed and table, door on the bathroom so I was able to close out the urine smell. Wall mounted TV with extensive channels was impressive. Hopefully they can improve the cleanliness as that was the only thing holding me back from a 5 star review. Would love to return with a better experience.

Motel 6 is a amazing place, my husband and I been here since October of 2023, the staff here are a very respectful very nice, the service is amazing, they are very flexible and will work with you not against you, it's a great place for family, they are also very animal friendly, the prices are not that bad, the owners are so nice, they love to make people laugh when they can, I would highly recommend this motel for anyoneSafety: Great camera systems to secure safety better, has extra lock for safety purposes,Walkability: Located near stores, convient stores, restaurants a dispensary all in walking distance

The beds were clean and comfortable but the bath tub kept getting clogged up while showering, another thing that irritated me was the fact that the one news channel that I like to watch (Fox News) was muted and it was the only channel muted. I don’t know if this was the hotel or cable company who chose to mute this channel but it just pissed me off!!

Under new ownership this particular motel six is phenomenal. The rooms are brand new everything's clean put everything's clean and they are very hospitable. I really like the way the rooms are wide open. Because I have a pet so that's important. Also having a microwave and a refrigerator in many rooms is really helpful. I would recommend them highly. I have stayed here almost eight times in the last few years and it's a really nice place.

We were traveling and did not want to continue on after dark and Sallisaw was the closest town. I checked reviews and Motel 6 had a 3.8 star review. Front desk was very friendly and fixed my reservation as I had accidentally entered wrong date for reservation. She was able to recommend a good home style restaurant for us for dinner. Room was clean, although dated. The problem with this motel was that when we turned down the bedding the sheets did not appear to be clean. There were tiny dried blood spots on the sheets, which can be a sign of bed bugs. We were too tired to even complain, I barely slept all night bc of the sheets and fear if bites. We packed and left early and will never stay at a Motel 6 againNoteworthy details: Don't stay here.

Along the highway motel for travelers from the east or nearby state. Clean and roomy rooms with refrigerator, microwave and tv. A Dollar General store and other diners are within a mile from the motel . Owner/front desk staff was accommodating and very friendly. Not noisy even though the motel is along the Highway. A convenient store is located in the office for emergency needs in the evening. Coffee was served at 6:00 am at the little lounge in the desk front. Can park right in front of the room. I would check in again if passing by Salisaw OK. Highly recommended for cross country travelers.

The guy at the front desk was super friendly. They accommodated my parrot which is a huge plus. The room smelled clean and sheets and towels were clean. They vending and laundry machines didn't work and I think a breakfast would be great at this location. Its hard to find a clean room cheap and this is just that. Nothing fancy but AC works and room was actually really clean.

Definitely will stay here again! Front desk attendant was very sweet and friendly! It nice to be greeted with a smile and positive personality so late at night! (Instead of 'doing my job" glum) Room was very nice and clean. Guest room attendants were very cheerful and sweet as we were getting ready to leave and packing our car.

We are from Toronto Canada and traveliong to Grand Canyon, Arizona. We stayed at Motel 6 in Sallisaw, OK. Staff have been friendly, helpful, and professional. This was easy to find after a late night travelling on I-40. No problems with check in, quick and smooth. Room was comfortable with 2 double beds, plenty of parking for our RV trailer.Rooms: Clean, good smell, comfortable bedsSafety: Very safe and lights in parking area.Walkability: lots of grass rea for pet

Clean, friendly, basic necessities, fridge, microwave. Coffee in the lobby as early as 630am. Everything worked. We came in late like 930pm. Took showers and passed out. The room had a weird table and chair and half a bench seat that was attached. then there was a the nightstand which was attached to the bed's headboard. So it squeaked when we laid down.

Good night sleep from a cross country road trip with my 16 year old son. The staff was very helpful. Room was clean and spacious enough to bring a teen along with no complaints about the WiFi. Easy access to the freeway.

If I could give this place a 0 I would me and my family had to get moved 5 times to different rooms due to different situations, first bugs all In the room spiders cockroaches Beatles etc the beds were disgusting, dog hairs and everything it looks like the cleaning people aren't even cleaning the rooms the toilet didn't work in one of the rooms then got moved to another room and found dirty needles under our bed, black mold in the refrigerator, and lots of tweakers yelling out in the parking lots, keep in mind this is where I had to bring my family to stay for 1 night, definitely won't be coming back here!!!

I have been waiting for this one to roll up since I started doing the reviews from our trip. It's probably going to go long, so if you need a quick answer A must stop ! You will be pleased !!!!!!!Now for some details :Corporate, and Management of this establishment take note. I was met at the counter in the evening by Shannon ( I do truly apologize if I get your name wrong. I am old and forgetful some times ! ) She was without doubt the highlight of my whole trip as far as staff interaction goes ! She's pleasant, helpful, and makes you shine in so many ways. It's been a long time since I dealt with anyone who truly loves her work, and loves her employer as much as her. I have no idea as to what she is paid, but my personal opinion is you can't pay her enough for what she does for your brand !!! A raise is in order :)Thank You Shannon (?)Your establishment was great, easy to get to, easy access, clean, safe, and all around fine. Your price is very budget friendly for any location. I did truly like the hard wood floors ! All your staff were fine, the service was great, the rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable.People if you read this far, put this motel 6 on your short list and you will be a happy camper. I travel across country alot and this is one of the better motel 6s. I always try to avoid staying in OKC because their motel 6s tend to be a unpleasant to say the least. So I am very pleased to say this motel 6 is a good price, clean, and staff wad very friendly. My dogs even found it nice since they were able to sleep and not be pacing all night.

I travel often with dogs and stay mostly at Motel 6 because of their awesome nationwide pet policy. Some are better than others. This is one of the best Motel 6's I've ever stayed at. First off, the man and woman at check, were very welcoming and friendly, which is always a great start. The room was clean and everything functioned as expected, including microwave and fridge. The one story layout was convenient and the area for dogs was easily accessible. The only thing interrupting our sleep was some excessive toilet flushing in a neighboring room at 2am. The toilets, although new, are not quiet flushing toilets. Overall, a very good stay for the price!
