I have a love/hate relationship with this store. The variety has somewhat lacked in comparison to bigger Dollar Tree stores but it’s a small store so it’s understandable. Despite that they still normally had a much better selection in comparison to other same size stores and I was always really excited to go in and see what they had. They used to have really good cosmetics, skincare, and crafting sections and that’s all I went in there for. They would occasionally have name brand drugstore products that were actually worth buying and a steal for $1. My mom worked at a similar sized DT in Fort Smith that had even more stuff than this one and she would regularly come home with the nicest Walmart brand cosmetics and skincare, I was always so jealous. But since our Dollar Tree is very small they cut probably half of the actual $1 inventory back when they added the $5 and below stuff. If I wanted to spend more than $1, I’ll go to one of the 5 or 6 Dollar Generals in town. I wish they had left Dollar Tree to be a true Dollar Tree, especially since we only have one. Since adding the $5 and below stuff they cut back everything but the food it seems and now the selection really sucks and they almost never get name brand items. I’m disappointed almost every time I go in looking for something I see other people getting from different stores and our doesn’t have it. It really sucks seeing other people getting all this cool stuff while we just have a bunch of chintzy stuff that’s not really worth buying. They still have some nice stuff that I used to get and occasionally new things so I’m thankful for that but I’ve found myself almost never coming here anymore and instead stocking up when I’m in Fort Smith. I wish they could just move this store to a bigger location in town so they could keep their $5 junk and add back more isles of their regular inventory. All and all I still like this store but it’s like half the Dollar Tree it used to be.

Wanted to buy some snacks and use the restroom. Came in and was welcomed to a “Restroom Closed” sign. I guess I will spend my money at Walmart. I refuse to give my money to stores that do not allow basic Restroom access. Will not be back.

Honestly if it was possible I would give it 0 stars but you have to give a star to leave a review. I walked in and it was close to closing but I didn't realize it. As soon as I walked in one of the workers made a rude face and sighed then proceeded to tell me "Okay ma'am we are closing at 9:00." In a fairly rude way. Honestly if I had realized the time I wouldn't of went in but I was only after 1specific item and had plenty of time had she not gave the face and used the rude tone and attitude I still would have bought my item. However since she was rude I will never be shopping there ever.

Went to get a few groceries on 5/22/2022. I walked in the door at 7:45. I had 15 minutes till closing. Lady over intercom was very rude and basically kicked everyone out. Manager on shift refused to check out people left in store after 8pm. They need better management and customer assistance.

Age discrimination; Would prefer to be rude to customers and discriminate against them because of their age and inexperience rather than make light of the situation. Aisles were too crowded to get the buggy down, and when the kids got stuck "Michelle" got rude, then pushed my 10 yr old into the buggy and shelf. This would discourage ME from shopping here, let alone the fact that she did this to a kid. Why would an employee of a store discourage people from shopping because they are "holding up the checkout line", for other people. Lets tell people NOT TO SHOP because others are trying to check out, GREAT IDEA MICHELLE! Once the girls got the register, they were short some money, needing to put some things back. Michelle; "OH JESUS CHRIST GIRLS..." followed them down the aisles where they were actually putting things back in their places (when they could have left that for MICHELLE TO DO), rather than suspending or deleting a transaction and making them go to the back of the line. Then she followed them down the aisles, she continued being rude, so OTHER CUSTOMERS COULD HEAR! Great professionalism! Glad to know thats the kind of people employeed here, also probably the reason that they cannot keep people in this store. Bad MANAGEMENT usually kills ANY SPIRIT in a biz like this, meaning people will NOT SHOW UP FOR WORK. Having any of those problems???? When an adult went to make sure things were ok, she walked away as she was being spoken to, care ANY about your job? Michelle was so concerned about making sure this was handled properly, she WALKED AWAY and continued emptying baskets and stacking them, saying "yea i probably was rude I was in a hurry and had a line of people to checkout." Though i wanted to i refrained from cussing her. Michelle- when you come to work you LEAVE YOUR BAD DAY AT THE DOOR, your customers (especially young ones) do not deserve YOUR BAD ATTITUDE! I am also pretty positive that corporate would NOT LIKE you discriminating against people because of their age NOR their ignorance. Corporate is next to hear about this.

I usually have something I am planning to buy when I go into the Dollar Tree. And I find so many things I like or need for a Dollar I buy much more than I planned on. Considering the low price the quality is quite good. The cashier, stockers are always friendly and helpful. If you have never been there you should go in and look around, I would bet you buy a few things.

Don't send your kids in here. A little snaggletooth old lady with too much makeup by the name of Michelle is extremely aggressive and rude if a child does not do the correct math and then all the sudden gets to her register when she has a line. And when a parent goes in to make sure everything is okay she's extremely rude and walks away repeatedly showing her care to make sure the situation is sorted out properly.

This Dollar Tree would be fine if it had seat belts that worked in the buggys (they seem to all be broken) , if more than one cash register open ( most of the time only one is and even with a store full of people and 3 employees) , friendlier staff (some employees have been rude as hell in the past and one recently) , if they kept up on stuff like food molding and one time I went in there a while back they had a rat problem that stayed that was for months (smelled like rat pee everywhere).Wish these things would be taken care of because it would be nice to not always worry (what next) every time I went into the dollar tree there.I love to go to the Dollar Tree just wish this one was better.

Great selection with a wide variety of items for a buck. A well stocked frozen food selection that rivals other discount stores can also be found at this location. I personally feel that there is more value for a dollar item purchased here than other dollar store branded companies. Great place to shop!

The checking me out acted like it made her mad to double bag my stuff , there was so much in it that there was a hole in it. There wasnt much of what I was looking for in this store. But they sure need to be nice to customers!!

This could be a good location if the district manager would get involved and clean it up. Freight is always everywhere, store is constantly in disarray, and the floors as well as the parking lot are always nasty. Good employees for the most part, but their hands are tied on how much they can do based on labor hours.

Somebody needs to learn how to order and keep the shelves full! Always out of items. Also stood in line for 20 minutes today because the cashier allowed a woman to cut in front of the other people in line... even when customers said she had not been in line. Tired of this store.

The Dollar Tree in Sallisaw Ok is a good store they have cool stuff that some stores don’t but as for the workers I do believe that they need better ones that help people and that doesn’t ignore the customers also it wouldn’t hurt them to at least say hello.I’ll be so much better with better employees

Omg everything in there just a $1.00 I love it I can go in Dollar Tree and come out with shoping cart full of stuff from food to bathroom to kitchen stuff and laundry stuff and baby stuff and dog stuff and Cat stuff they have cards to and gift bags they even do summer stuff for the swimming pool flower seeds everything then do Christmas stuff for your Christmas tree in Halloween stuff Valentine's stuff st. Patrick's stuff and all the other holiday stuff

The Dollor Tree ,in sallisaw,ok. Was very well stocked and clean nice smelling bathroom and well clean.very polite workers.the best part is this was the first of the month.usually u get tired and rude employees.didnt get the lady's name behind the counter was she was great for it being only her 3 rd day.very helpful employee.allways smiles.stephanie tamayo,we missed her today. After reviewing my receipt I found lady's name for the register, Jamie thank u for your kindness.

Every time we go in here only one cashier with long line. But other employees are walking around the store putting stuff away. Been to many other Dollar Tree stores and they always call for extra cashier's. But this store never seems to do this!

They don't do cash back even with a recipient and I was just in there literally 4 min ago and I didnt leave the parking lot was parked right in front of the doors. So they got the product back and kept my dollar ten not much I know but still not the point on how much it was.
