It is a good place to shop. We went the day after Christmas, I figured it would be packed but it wasn't to bad. They have a clean store. Nice meat department as well as the bakery was nice. Oklahoma passed the higher percentage of alcohol to be sold in stores now so they had a real nice display of adult beverages. The customer service was good. They had 7 of their 12 lanes open watch was a nice site to see. The lady that checked us out was real nice and patience. We had several items we wanted to get priced check before we purchased and she did so with no problem. We love about 30 minutes from this Walmart and we will definitely go back.

I got a coffee maker that was tapped up it's was the only black one my mom wants that color. It didn't work so I had the resit took it back they said they couldn't refund me that I didn't buy it there. I tried to tell guy it was tapped up! He was where a skirt .lol I told 3 managers none could help! I called and ask for main manager someone named Kyle told me he was the manager! It didn't sound right. Sure enough a employee at Walmart was acting like the manager lol wonderful wal Mart so yeah I call corporate and they tell me to go take it to the real manager lol how screwed up can a place be? I'm done with Walmart

The wal Mart part is great the cashier's have always been really nice but the money center oh no they are not good they have a lying manager(female older with blonde hair and a stick up her behind) that will Tell you one thing and when you follow her instructions she tells you oh no I can't complete that transaction the money orders defaced, now I have to wait 40 days total to get my money back (already waited 10 to cash the money order just to be told I have to wait 30 for Western Union to refund it) had I known from the start they wouldn't do it then I would have started the process that day. But no I have to wait even longer because she lied and I didn't get the correct info from the start. 500 dollars is allot of money to wait on for 40 days.

I had an excellent shopping experience at Walmart. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find the products I needed. Walmart is the easiest place to go if you need both bacon and a car battery. Our family shops Walmart for our groceries, personal hygiene, home goods, and dang near everything else. The Ponca City Walmart staff has always been helpful and courteous. My only reservation about giving a 5 star review is the occasional lack of fresh produce.

The service was excellent, they had everything I needed if I couldn't find something a Walmart associate was there to lead me in the right direction, our waiting time for checkout was less than 10 minutes, I would refer as many people as I could to Walmart Supercenter in Ponca City.

Worst place to get a battery or a tire! Battery did not last a year and takes hours for refund. They left 2 lug nuts off my rim when they changed my tires.

If you like being robbed by your local Walmart this is the one to visit, you get to pay high prices, check yourself out, and bag your own stuff all while being watched like a thief and your stuff checked when you walk out the door like you didn't do their job to their satisfaction.

Giving Walmart a 3 star due to the circumstances. If I could leave stars for the bakery, I would leave 0. I ordered my sons birthday cake 16 days in advance because I had a bad experience else where another time and his cake was 2 hours late. I gave specific detail for decoration and pickup time because due to everything else I would have to do that day, I knew I wouldn’t have time to wait all day for another cake. Went to pick up his cake and flat out said I was not paying for it. Not only was it sloppy and drowned in icing , my sons name was spelled wrong even AFTER giving his name and spelling when I placed the order. An employee from elsewhere looked at the cake and said “I wouldn’t pay for that.. that looks like crap… let me take it and find a manager” They came by to let us know that they were having it fixed. We waited almost an hour on the cake. They came back and offered the cake for free. The girl who decorated the cake said she is “not a cake decorator.” So why have people decorating cakes who can’t do the job?? I ordered the cake 16 days in advance and there was no one who knew what they were doing? I wouldn’t complain because we didn’t end having to pay for it but I did purchase another cake to present at his party and he didn’t have a cake to match his theme plus the hassle. I’ll post a picture of what I ordered and what I got.

Need more cashier's. Always a 4 person line in every available checkout stall. And no i dont support self checkout, which is why i subtract 2 stars. Quit relying on us to do your job walmart! Bring back jobs! Quit acting like the walton corp is to broke to hire a few more people for good service!

I think every Wal-Mart trip is a misery. Every now and then it is made a bit better by a truly cheerful employee...this visit was not one of those times. Kindness is cheap but goes far!!!I will retract my statement in regards to cheerful employees. This visit the employee that brought my order out was very delightful, polite, and professional. Applause to this employee that truly has customer service in her front pocket.

Black Friday Deals order pickup needs much larger signs on the store outside walls facing the parking lot. The small 1' x 2' signs along the sidewalk did not help except for confusion.Store employees are very nice. Store is very well stocked.

There’s a couple people in the auto center that are very rude. I work 60 hours a week so I don’t have much time to do things. I have showed up at 6 the last two days to get some tires on my car and they keep saying they don’t have time to do it because they close at 7, like who cares if you have to stay an extra 10 to 20 minutes if you have to. One of the employees even said “I hope your not one of those customers to get all upset but we probably won’t be able to help you with that” so for your information if you want tires changed don’t go to Walmart in Ponca city for it!

If you want nobody to help and be AWOL all the time this is the place to be. Always hated this place managers are super disrespectful and target employees to make them feel underappreciated. The workers under these are the best but some of those "managers" need proper training on the Walmart way and there glad I didn't report there bs from the last experience I had.
