I used to come here frequently. I always use the self check. For a reason, as the last time I asked to be checked out I got a very angry employee who said they had to get stock up and I should've left them alone. So I just use self check. Well today I went in to but some stuff for snacks, about 100$ worth, and the employee tells me the, "self-check is only for 10 items or less, but since they are slow she won't *make* me move to the other check out." Sorry. But if that's the case, why isn't the self checked marked that way? Also, I would have just left. Not dealing with that crazy...

Very friendly people, cashier checked sale ads for us and let us know the 3 for 9 or 11 dollars on pop 12 pks wasn't something they were doing anymore, and this just because she happened to hear us talking about it. So, very helpful.

I found absolutely everything I needed there at a reasonable price. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful as needed. The store was not busy as there was only 2 other customers in the store and neither one of them was wearing the mandatory mask that is required to be in there. Nothing was said to those customers about it.

Have some of the greatest people here in customer service they really help you get what you want and what you’re looking for if they have it in stock has lots of home decor in stock that is really nice because most of the things that you might need this dollar general has a 10 out of 10

This is the Dollar Store I use in my area. Sure theres many, butthey are more organized. And the manager has extra 50% off sales on top of the reg sales. Which is cool.it saves me some bucks. They are a great store. All about their customers. Ty DG

Very unorganized,poor staff, I use to ho there 3 times a month. Now it has all new employees and not friendly like it was 9 myths ago when they had a better staff. Dirty. Merchandise on floors, bad. Wont be back.

Better than Walmart but still it's dollar general. LoL. In all seriousness it's nice because smaller store less people. Better for people who hate crowds but the selection is limited.

Wow. Some really insulting people working behind the cash register. Lady threw my things in bag....Absolutely a mess, carts everywhere and dirty as hell. Not the same store anymore.

Ponca City location is much better than Tonkawa location. I will never go to Tonkawa locationHad bad experience with sales clerk Audrey, bad attitude and not familiar with customer service at all.

Nothing over the top but one of the better dollar generals to shop at. Friendly staff make you feel very welcome.

Very crowded store not enough space for product, clothing is all mixed together you don't know it your but boys, men's , or ladies let alone it's such a tight space you can't really look. ☹️☹️☹️☹️

The manager on duty Cade at the Osage dollar general in Ponca City was by far the rudest customer service representative I have ever encountered. Watch going in there. He will ruin your day

I use this store because it is close to home. It is not very well maintained. Too much product on the floor and not on the shelf.
