DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! it was 10 minutes befire close and when i got there everything was off and a emplyee was moping. He came to the door and told me they ALWAYS close early. Even tho it was 9:50 and they close at 10. Just dont bother the emplyee was so rude and i cant stand places that cant bother to stay open .DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME IF ITS PAST 9

I've worked at DG in KS before. I understand corporate expects one cashier to do all the work while the manager hides in the office, but that's no excuse to dismiss someone needing help finding something in their mess of a store.

New location is a lot better. New building so it is still pretty clean. Seems to have more household items and shelves are well stocked each time I visit. There is usually a long line of customers waiting at the checkout. If you are in a hurry, I would not recommend this store.

For a new store this store has went downhill fast..the isles were packed with items to be put on shelves and as usual the longest lines ( one cashier)f for checkout time. It was the best when it first opened..but really in needed of some upkeep

Stopped in at 2:30 pm today to do a quick stop for some items we needed because it would be more convenient. What was thought to be a 5 minute stop took 15 minutes. One checker, long line and then the checker failed to get all our purchases together and several items were left at the store. Tried to call, but no one answers their phone. It is now more inconvenient to drive clear across town to see if we can get our items than it would be to go get the items left behind at a now closer store. Not what I was expecting from a new store. Won’t be stopping again.

I always love the dollar general. This one's aisles are always clutttered. Some of the staff can be snippy. Otherwise they are super nice. Lots of seasonal clutter. They finally fixed their front door.

The manager at 729 n 14th Ponca city ok. is one of the rudest women I've ever dealt with! She lets her friends & family take stuff for free,. several ppl ha e witnessed this! I loved going shopping there often until that manager

So you have a limit of 3 packs of toilet paper according to the lady i just talked to. But someone at this store just let a man buy 20 packs, 2 shopping carts full of toilet paper!!! Thats why people dont have what they need to get by because your employees are disregarding your new policy that would help others get some toilet paper too!! Guess I'll get ahold of the district manager to resolve that issue!! Im thinking store employee and the man she let buy all that must be friends etc.

Love this new store however they normally only have one register open at a time and lines tend to be long. I almost feel as though I am at walmart with the register situation. Overall great store though.

It on the west side of town to the people who live close it has most every thing a person might run out of in an out checkers always friendly. I like it most has a redbox right in front I can run down find a new movie to watch seems like there is always a new that has not been grabbed up yet an that's hard to find.

The lady working in there which I believe was the manager this evening was absolutely the kindness and most helpful person I've ever been in a dollar store and asked questions and she was more than happy to help and figure things out The store is very very put together well it looks like people had kind of came in and ransacked what she was trying to fix which is sad but she was trying to put it back together and there is lots of really good quality things that I've never seen in a dollar store before

There's not enough help. The shelves r empty half the time. Wait time at checking better but still not great. U can't sell it if not on display. Think of money lost.

New store, same practices. Out of stock on many items on a Sunday morning. Aisles full of items waiting to be stocked. No clerk at front to check me out. Waited 3 minutes for one to show up.

Definitely a store that has most of what you needBut if it's not the icecream cooler is broken or the exit door it's something I else. Hope they are able to get things repaired quiker.

We have 5 dollar generals we dont need any more. This one is in a good location though so it gets an extra star, EDIT: they added another dollar general, if i could it'd be 0/5 now

This DG location is less than organized or easily navigable. Most usually chaotic and understocked, this location is the least enjoyable experience amongst the three in Ponca City. Best bet, stick to the locations on N. 14th St.

Always have only 1 cashier and a line that is always long, it's never a quick trip in and out. Also, store could use a good cleaning.

Store was crowded and cluttered, but had essentially everything I came in for. Registers were running slow on one occasion, but that seems not to be the usual situation.

Always fast and friendly, get you in and out as quick as I can they pay attention to detail and they're usually really polite. Atmosphere here is great

My biggest complaint about any Dollar General is clutter. Never enough space. Aisles difficult to maneuver.

I like that they seem to locate in neighborhood location. So it's not a longer time consuming trip like going time the big stores.

They are always out of stock of the majority of items, even necessities. It's normally dirty and the male manager does not have a "people" personality.
