I was looking for a silver cross. My sales lady was so helpful in showing all they had. I think her name was Myra. Their jewelry assortment is very large. I found one and selected a silver chain. Be sure and visit them if you are looking for a piece of jewelry. 👍👍👍👍

So many fun things! The store is full of a variety of unique items. We were warming greeted by the beautiful ladies at the shop. They were very pleasant and friendly. Kids had to stop for the Zoltar machine. Will be stopping again next time we are in Pawhuska.

My Mom and I happily visited for the first time Saturday... We are so very happy we did!!! She bought me 2 rings that the young woman sized me up for the mom surprised me with earrings.. yes she did lol.. we also walked on the other side of jewelry and there we bought 2 planters and honestly we barely touched the tip of their large assortment of jewelry that we both lamented about after we left town but there's ALWAYS next time for sure.. I'm so pleased and hope anyone looking for Turquoise jewelry will go but you better leave me a few pieces.. trust my review and a Big Thank You to the 3 ladies that helped us.. I apologize I didn't get your names but I will next month!! 💯💯❤️❤️

It was good to visit a store that was not part of the PW group. There are some unique items here, very eclectic selection. Melody the shop keeper was very friendly. We happened to be wearing flamingo shirts so we fit in with the theme.

I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I visited this place back in the end of December while having an otherwise amazing trip to Pawhuska, and for the first time ever in my 31 years of life I experienced racial profiling and being followed around for no other reason than being a Hispanic woman. It wasn't even subtle. I walked in behind a white family, and while they were greeted happily with a smile, the associated openly scowled at me and turned away. I was there specifically looking for books about the local history, and the display was right by the checkout counter. The woman rushed behind the counter, leaned over and glared at me the whole time I was squatting down to browse the books. Again, it was NOT subtle. She never looked away and never said anything. I finally got so uncomfortable I stood up and went to browse somewhere else. She immediately follows me, not 2 steps behind, throughout the entire place. Never said anything. Never asked if I needed help finding something. Oh, but she did make sure to offer her friendly assistance when we walked by the white family. When they exited before me she called out for them to have a nice day, and then when I left a minute later, she didn't say a word while standing there with her arms crossed and glaring. It was horrifying. I have never in my life been treated this way. It was absolutely foul. I was in Pawhuska for 5 days and every other person I encountered was so welcoming, warm, and friendly. I am a huge pioneer woman fan and so that's why I was here. I gave my business to as many local businesses as I could to support this town, but The Buckin' Flamingo will NEVER get even a penny from me.

Ain't no better place in the great United States of America to buy handmade turquoise jewelry than the Buckin' Flamingo! Oh, you don't like turquoise jewelry (I'm sorry) you say? Well that's OK, they have a little something for everyone! Cute socks, gorgeous handmade purses, metal work, blankets, t- shirts and Star Bars (again if you don't know about them, I'm sorry). Some of the nicest people in Osage County own the BF so, you'll get great customer service! Drop by, check it out and, buy you a Pawhuska souvenir! It's a buckin' great store! Oh, and don't forget to take your picture on the horses rear bar stool!!! I took one of my friend!!

If you are looking for something a little different and fun when you are buying home and garden decor, then you need to get over to The Bucking Flamingo! Fun and unique metal art pieces, beautiful glassware that you definitely won't find at Wal Mart, and since there is a pawn shop also involved, lots of bargains on the things you need, or want but don't want to pay a kings ransom for. Plus, make sure you get your picture taken with the Moo Mobil, definitely a rare souvenir.

I absolutely love the Big Country Pawn “squad car” with its hood mounted rifles and long horns, and the Buckin’ Flamingo with a saddle in a horse trailer. And the pawn shop has this big bunch of wild and crazy Mexican metal art.
