Their selection is not as good as it used to be. I purchased member smart low fat string cheese every other week if not every week for a couple of years at least . When their app tells you it's available for delivery or pick up but then tells you no delivery your area less than 10 Mi away, and the best the staff can do is the Sheraton store has it if you want to drive down there. If I wanted to drive to Sheridan there's a Costco on the way.

Nice store, lots to choose from. Lots of space making getting around the store relatively easy. They are easy to access from the main road with lots of other merchants in the area along with ample parking. Employees were friendly and helpful. The meat department was fairly well stocked.

I bought some of Sam's club's member's Mark lunch meat ham. It has a weird taste. Not like regular lunch, meat, ham and a a different odor. So due to caution I threw it away. I don't recommend anyone to buy their lunch meat ham.

Other then the fact that the self checkout was card only and I didn't know that so I paid for 1/2 my order with a card then had to go back and get in line and pay for the rest with cash my experience was great!

Scan and Go, Delivery, service, selection, friendly staff and the best pizza in town. The membership is worth every penny and I make more in cash back than it costs. I’ve tried the imitators and there is nothing like Sam’s, not even close. The Owasso location is consistently exceptional.

Always good shopping .. just keep in mind that most items (fresh & frozen foods, canned goods, items in pharmacy area) are in bulk quantities .. like 5 nine-roll packages of toilet paper, larger packages of frozen &/or fresh foods.

Sam’s Club in Owasso was super clean, everything was methodically placed, and organized. I asked the staff member where things were, and she directed me exactly to where they were. I was even looking for dog food that was not down on the floor and one of the representatives Got a hold of the forklift operator and within minutes got the dog food down from the upper rack. food prices were fair, and gas prices were exceptional

Love Sam’s Club! it’s very close by & we enjoy just eating there. However, recently i’ve seen black stuff in the cups. I think it’s mold & they need clean the pop machine. it’s getting gross!

Did an online order, found everything I needed and got somethings on sale. My order was ready for pickup when they said and only took about 5 minutes for them to bring my order to my car. Friendly associate brought my order and thank me for my Military Service.

You should watch out because you now have competition. I don't know how many times I have gone there to purchase staples and the items were out of stock. I also can't remember the last time I did not have to check myself out. Or ask an employee where something was and had them actually help me. Would it hurt the company to make the parking spaces wide enough to easily load your car. I am shopping at Costco from now one. They have a better selection, and the store is set up and organized better.

Really nice Sam's Club. Always clean and well organized. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Great location, right of highway 169. Has pharmacy, tire service, and hearing service. Great deli section.

They seem like they don't want handicap customers anymore. They have only one or two electric chairs and for a long time one was always broken. The Sam's in Owasso is my store.But I could find another one that has more electric chairs.

We have years going to Sam's Club and always we are very pleased with they service and products. But today we buy a bag of rolls, we get home and I need to fix the sandwiches it was a fly inside the closed bag! 🤢 I need to throw it away.

I live in OKC and have been without power due to the ice storms. On the Sam's club website for Owasso they showed to have 4 generators in stock(I have called multiple businesses trying to find one)I called when they opened and spoke to Cody. This amazing person went above and beyond to place two of these generators on hold for me giving me enough time to make the two hour drive from OKC to pick them up. Thank you so much!

I ordered 2 items for grocery pick up. The 5 lbs apples that they gave us was mostly bad, dented, bruised, discolored and almost rotten. The people that picked them up didn't even bother to check cause its not theirs. Very dissappointing when its your first time being a member and you have that bad experience. I called the customer service and she wss not accomodating she rushed the and told me to go back to the store.and bring the receipt even though the payment was made online. What a hassle. We went there the next day, the customer service was so busy and couldnt even help us so we ended up buying apples again. So instead of saving money we ended up losing more and got tired going back and forth. Would not recommend this store for buying produce..

I placed a pick up order for 2-3pm. I got there about 2:55 and my app said that the order was still in progress. It was 320 and I called the store asking where it was. I was told by a manager that it was almost finished and that I should try next time ordering earlier or even a day before. I then waited another 20 minutes and finally pulled around to a normal parking spot and got out pretty upset. I told the guy bringing stuff out to cancel my order and I'll go get everything myself. I go inside to cancel my order and am told it will be there in 5 minutes. I waited and while I was waiting the manager came over and gave me a $15 gift card, then my order came out. This is the second time this has happened on a pickup order. Wouldn't recommend picking up unless you place your order 2 days or more in advanced.

Best place to shop. But the AT&T guy is not a welcoming site every time we go in there and have him stop us to give us a better deal when we have said no more then once and he keeps asking to talk to you when we are there to buy food for our kids. He is very rude every time. Kick AT&T out of the store, please. The guys are rude and always have something to say under their breath cause you won't give them the time or day. I shop there for the great deals on the food, not for phone plans. Maybe Costco might be a better place to go for deals. So I don't have to be stopped by AT&T for their sorry, no good deals, and rude sells men.

Pick up was very easy during the COVID situation. Order and payment online. Groceries placed in the bed of my pick up. I didn't even have to roll the window down! Thank you to all employees for the outstanding customer service!EDIT: Sam's is now DELIVERING orders that were tagged for SHIPPING on the premium membership. I live on a farm with a LONG drive and a gate as we have animals. You are provided a short eight minute notice, by text, of your delivery and if you are unable to open the gate, back it goes. I have been a Sam's member for a decade and didn't sign up for this. Have tried calling corporate to tag my account for gate deliveries but the suits at corporate can't be bothered to call back and keep a customer.

Three times I have ordered my groceries to pickup and I three times they were late. The last time, I went inside to find out what was wrong and they said they were 2 hrs behind. The grocery pick up needs a lot of work.
