I rescued a kitten in my neighborhood from being killed by ferral dogs. He was experiencing loose stool, and I had no idea what to feed him to clear this up.I approached a store employee who advised me that dry food for kittens would help. He also helped me locate a brand of litter that was on sale along with other items that I needed for my new kitten.I must say that the selections for pet care are endless, and the store is extremely well kept and organized.When I was checking out, I advised the cashier that my 8 week old kitten was a rescue kitty, and she handed me a booklet that had numerous discounts and coupons that helped me save money at checkout.I love shopping at Pet Smart. It's my go-to place for all of my pet care needs.

The young woman who helped me out at the fish section was very friendly and eager to help which was awesome. Jessie running the cash register up front was incredibly friendly and nice. This location has great customer service oriented staff who want to help you. Awesome group of folks

I picked up a cute little kitten and a week after adopting this poor little kitten I'm making appointments for my older cat and this poor little baby kitten cause the kitten had a respiratory virus, stomach virus and ringworm. Now my older cat is having problems too now. I'd been better off not adopting from this place at all. Stay away!

Kayla is AMAZING!!!! I love this whole store. I just moved to this side of town and I am new to coming to Petsmart also. I used to always frequent the other famous pet store…… I’ve been having a lot of issues with my Cory catfish, and Kayla sat and explained to me so many things and was so helpful and knowledgeable and just all around wonderful! This will definitely be my new pet store! You can tell that you guys really care about the animals.

I usually have a great experience at this place. As I walked in to buy dog food, Kayla greeted me with a reminder that they were closing in 10 minutes. I assured her I was just there for dog food. Interestingly, she didn't share the closing time with others who arrived after me. While I was browsing, I noticed Kayla rolling her eyes at two teenagers looking at betta fish. It left me puzzled, and it seems like an attitude adjustment might be needed. Treating paying customers this way is rude and could deter them from returning. I overheard her telling another customer that all workers had to leave by 9:30, so they were closing at 7. I appreciate the information, but it's important to consider how customers are treated in the process. If she’s that stressed out due to closing a store, maybe she shouldn’t close.

My review is for grooming. I have NVR shopped in the store.Kelsey is the best groomer here for my miniature schnauzer! She cuts him so perfect everytime. Highly recommend her

The employee who helped me pick out my girls 1st pets was knowledgeable and honest. Being small children i decided on small easily maintain reptiles. I bought a starter pack that I thought had everything they needed but it didn't. The missing things are small and easily figured out with items I have at home otherwise it would have been 5 ⭐Update: I was not as happy a week later when one killed the other. Apparently I needed a bigger enclosure than the basic one he suggested. And a few other learning as you go issues.

The young man who always is here at work makes this place a friendly place forgive me idk his name but he makes it a pleasant time to shop he knows where everything in the store is and always checks us out with a nice conversation and smile. Recommend this location store is clean and hardly super busy.

Absolute rudest staff I've encountered in any PetSmart. Was treated like trash by the short girl in the fish department. Was totally ignored by to girls working there until another employee asked them to help me. Everyone acted like we were a terrible inconvenience for interrupting their standing around doing nothing.

We recently took in a new sweet pup and were nervous about bringing her into the store in case she didn’t do well with other animals.She is a very large Great Pyrenees and we were having trouble determining which harness would be most comfortable as well as large enough for her!The staff was extremely helpful and we were able to pick the perfect harness and dog treats for sweet Stella!

This store has cats for adopting all the time. They are rescued, fixed, and got their shots. They are ready for a loving home. I Forster the pregnant cats until their kittens are old enough to be adopted here. I felt in love with my last momma. I decided to adopt her myself. Ill still foster. She's the sweetest cat. The momma we have now don't mind her. Please help the cause and adopted a rescued cat. We have all colors, ages and, Hair types.

Staff was rude & seemed ready to go home from the time i dropping him off. There was no pre check of my pet before taking him to groom.I’ve never had grooming at this location, and will not again. The cashier was rude and told me to pay before getting my pet. I’ve never had a petsmart do that but if that’s the policy, i was ok with it but i needed to check my dog since this was our 1st time there. As the lady was giving me report of how my dog did, cashier busts in & interrupts saying “you need to come pay so i can checkout other customers”. The groomer didn’t finish giving me the report. just left. So rude. This is why i don’t like reserving service close to closing because U don’t want that rushy service. But overall, no i would not recommend this location.

Really happy with the fish I've gotten from this location so far, and I was very pleased to see very healthy-looking bettas in tanks rather than cups. (I get the reason for the industry standard cups, but it's always nice to see the little guys get something better.) In general the fish section always looks clean and well-stocked.Despite this, I'm rating lower because I walked in to see an employee being openly scolded by a manager. This was right by the registers that are directly in front of the doors. Multiple people were walking in and around the area including myself. It was incredibly uncomfortable and no doubt embarrassing for the employee. Please have these conversations in private for the comfort of your customers and the dignity of your employees.

The store is okay. Not as up to date in regards to modeling. Kinda felt old and dirty but that seems to be the entire shopping center. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Their pets looked well taken care of. They even provided cat toys on sticks to interact with the cats waiting to be adopted. Which I have never seen before and was nice. The set up seemed a little bare compared to other stores. In regards to space provided for the cats and the comfortability of the cat cages/pens. Felt more like a pound.
