I have ordered from this company in the past with no issues. My most recent order still hasn’t shipped after 10 days. I have left voicemail and sent emails with zero responses. Seems my only recourse is to call my bank and request a chargeback

I placed a order around October 2023 and after 3 weeks with no shipping I had to ask for a refund.I tried again around the end of March 2024 and today its going on 4 weeks with no shipping.This time I'm not able to connect with anyone with the company.I guess I have to ask for another refund.Both my orders I never received.

I love liquid gold. I've used it with my male dog and everyone could see the changes in him once we started using liquid gold. I also love the H2O Gold! His coat looks amazing.

Would be great if you are actually open during the business hours you have posted. Drove 30 mins and they were closed an hour before closing time.
