Store is perpetually trashed, often times with hazards in the middle of the floor. Pics below are very typical of store conditions. Employees are nice but store is horrendously understaffed. Shame on corporate for not addressing this sooner. Skip the mess and go to Family Dollar.

Skip Okemah $ store if you are wanting to do the online pickup. They either will cancel your order or it will be wrong. However, you can always count on Bristow $ store to get it right, on time and the best customer service.

Store is pretty packed with stuff leaving it feeling trashy. Lines get WAAAAYYY out of hand here as well. Expect 15 mins for one item if its any kind of busy. They rarely have more than one register open and there are more than one person working at the time. I have seen customers ask the cashier if they can call for help cause the lines were so bad

Had most of what I needed.The only negative is the registers do not show the price when ringing up a product. Sometimes the price is not correct and you don't notice it until you leave the store.

I have an online business that sells merchandise and Was so happy that they decided to be a drop off site for fedex because I would avoid shipping via fedex because I didn’t wanna drive to Henryetta. My problem now is fedex has a new shipping system to allow customers to save more money and since it has a usps tracking number, Dollar General refuses my packages because they claim fedex won’t pick them up. So evidently everyone in this small town (includes fedex curriers) is CLUELESS! DG manager claims they are waiting to hear from corporate to get the OK. 🤦🏼‍♀️Also it would be nice to just have a fedex drop box instead of having to go inside and wait in-line for them to log your packages in! So much from trying to avoid covid! 👍🏼

Of course, very nice and convenient! Especially, when you want cheap for local store. You don't have to go, way to next town to crummy walmart that hates it customer.

They have a good variety of anything u could need. Would not recommend getting clothes they're they are packed in so tight its hard to find anything but other than that I love the store!!

The workers are great, but its always filthy and stuff's not really ever stalked the bathrooms are very disgusting in the AC is never working it's very hot in there during the Summers and they're barely open because it's really hot in there it's kind of stupid but it doesn't really matter because it's about to shut down and become Dollar Tree woohoo!

They really need to fix their cashier issue. There is rarely more than one person doing checkouts even if the line is 10 people deep they do not call for help usually

Out of normal stuff. But the DG in Okemah is ALWAYS out of normal stuff. They get a little in and it sells out and doesnt get restocked for days or weeks. Thats their normal mode outside of covid.

I had a stroke. I walked in the store. They called the cops on me thinking I was drunk. Never had I had cops called on me. I felt disrespected. I didn't even get an apology.

For a small town and a small store, it was well stocked. This is the 1st Dollar General I saw that sold gas too. Good idea!

Really a cluster trying to check out. Unboxed product is always scattered through the aisles. Prices and product are generally good though

Not the best place to shop they always have stuff all in the isles. Unstocked shelves on a daily basis and the bathrooms are nasty

New store in town very nice in the store there are 2 of these store in this town and this is the nicer one but to each is there own but check it out urself only way to find out

The dollar store in okemah is the worst place to go. It took me over 3 minutes to get checked out. And I only had 3 things. One checker and the line was so long. It was unreal.

I'm here usually 3-5x in a day sometimes. They do need wheelchairs for customers who need them. I see a lot come in on crutches and it is difficult to get around.

This one has gas available but they can't set the pumps from inside, instead they put your gas money on a card and you pay at the pump.
