Great experience so far with all the staff and the doctor. I appreciate the effort they put into researching my insurance and the options I have for my coverage. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. As someone who is neurodivergent and has an aversion to doctor’s visits as a rule I felt very at ease. I’ve also never had a doctor explain my eyesight as thoroughly which was interesting and comforting. Haven’t picked up my new glasses yet but I’m sure it’ll be a similarly great experience.

Very positive experience anytime I have had an appointment, I have been a patient there for 3+ years. I had my exam by Dr Tong this year and found her to be very caring and knowledgeable. The entire staff strives to always make my visit enjoyable.

I had the most pleasant and helpful visit to the eye doctor ever. I am so very thankful I switched my clinic . From start to finish it was the kindest people . I am new to the area and made an appointment here for the first time and I am sure glad I did. Great staff and very thorough professional doctor. The office and examination rooms are super clean and well kept. I definitely recommend them, and will definitely make future appointments.

My husband and I went together for appointments because we have a one year old we were trading hand-offs with during each exam. Everyone was very patient and kind, even when our little one lost patience a couple times. The lady (sorry, I forgot to notice her name) that assisted us with ordering our glasses even sanitized and provided a little light up toy to entertain him while we made selections. I usually do mail order glasses because prices are ridiculous in optometry shops, but we each bought there and the prices seemed reasonable. Highly recommend, and we will return for our annual check-ups and glasses in the future.

Everyone is so kind, thorough and good to explain everything. Such a pleasant experience. Dr Tong was very pleasant and continues the great care I received from Dr. Dobson. I have no doubts she will be excellent with the care of my eyes. Berry was great in assisting me with my new lenses and very thorough in figuring out my insurance and what my exact cost would be. Again, so friendly! If you’re looking for a new eye provider, you can’t go wrong with this group!

Excellent, friendly and profession service. One of the best eye exams I've had in years. Very thorough. I was being fitted for multi focal contacts. Dr. Tong worked with me to help find exactly what would work. Multi-focal can be challenging when it comes to an exact fit. I have been to other places and pretty much gave up. Thanks to Vision Source I can now see without having to wear glasses. I highly recommend.

I’m a new patient and I will never go elsewhere. I called to make an appointment when I was on my last pair of contacts. Immediately I was offered some to hold me over until the visit. The day of the appointment I didn’t wait in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. The visit was like having a nice conversation with a friend. So super professional with great people skills. Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor. The doctor I used to see for years retired and I was really afraid I’ll never find another one as good. I promise, I’m in good hands.

Vision Source Mustang always exceeds my expectations of customer service when I visit. This last time there was a prickly fellow getting glasses and the proffesionalism from the staff helping him was outstanding. The staff is friendly and patient when working with you and will do their best to go above and beyond to help you with questions and concerns. Dr. Belote was the most thorough OD I've came across in my 20ish years of having my eyes checked and was very informative. The kind person (I'm terrible at remembering names, sorry) that helped me choose glasses made sure I was aware of all my options and prices. I recommend this location to everyone and I have full intentions to return next year.

I love coming to see Dr. Dobson. He’s very professional, yet personable. And all his staff are just the sweetest people you’ll meet. I absolutely love being able to send texts to make and change appointments! And they give the best advice on frames when you aren’t sure what to pick. They even know you well enough that they are comfortable giving your families glasses to you when they are unable to come in themselves. I couldn’t be happier with my appointments!!

I often get nervous during doctoral visits. So I'll stumble over my words or not quite understand what I'm told. In addition, I has not been to see them in almost a decade.They treated me as a credibly valued customer and patient. They showed patience when I needed it and provided expanded explanation for any confusion I had. They were up front about costs, and all possible options related to them.My experience was fantastic, welcoming and warm. Despite all of the things I mentioned above that might lead them not to provide me any unnecessary kindness they did so in spades.I would and regularly do recommend them to everyone I know who is in need of such services.

I've been coming to see Dr. Dobson for the past 5 years, it's always been a great experience. Each step of the process has never felt rushed, everyone has always been more than helpful in answering questions I've had. The glasses techs have been very helpful in helping me decide on a pair of glasses when I have narrowed it down to still too many pairs of glasses. That is another thing to note, the glasses selection is very nice with varying shapes, colors, and brands. If nothing I've typed so far has convinced you to pick Vision Source Mustang as your eye care place, then I recommend going in for yourself to see why people keep coming back for their eye care needs!

I’ve been going to Dr. Dobson since he came to Mustang. His staff is very friendly and efficient and I never have any problem getting an appointment that works for me. I’ve had some semi-emergency situations and they work me in as quickly as they can. I feel confident that Dr. Dobson is knowledgeable and cares about his patients and their eye health. I will continue to go here for my future needs. My sisters are also patients of Dr. Dobson and have also gotten great care. I highly recommend him, his staff and his practice.
