Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. Clean bathrooms. Good assortment of clothing for the whole family with good prices. Lot's of cute baby clothing and other items. Quick and easy to run in and get what all you want and need and get right out. Easy prescription pick up as well.

Great place to shop however the store itself is completely backwards as opposed to the store that I'm used to in Sierra Vista Arizona, but that's okay because the very friendly staff went above and beyond to help me find what I needed including some shoppers that are local to this area. I'm in town this weekend for the Sunny Side Up Film Festival and had to stock up on supplies for my hotel stay. Let the party begin...

Walmart was very disrespectful today. They dared to have the plant man delivering plants as I pulled in to pick up TWO items, milk and lettuce. $160 later, I have every plant I did not intend to plant this year and forgot the lettuce. How rude is that??? :pI'm case anyone takes my comment about this store being disrespectful at face value.... That is said jokingly. The gentleman stocking the plants as they were being delivered was so helpful and nice. He really helped empty my bank account rather quickly. Lol.Actually this store is almost always full of great people that are exceptionally helpful and friendly, unlike most Walmart's in the larger cities. Every time I cannot find something that the app says is in stock, the grocery associates drop what they are doing and always seem happy to assist me in locating the item. And Keith in general merchandise, I have to say is the most disrespectful (said laughingly).... He really makes me spend a lot of money back their in fabrics because he is on the ball with cutting for me. He really is the best and I enjoy our banter while he cuts fabric for me. Thank you so much Keith! And thank you to all of the great associates throughout the store.

When entering the store I saw plenty of smiles and clean well stocked isles. The cart area was full. The carts were in good shape. Also was able to chat with friendly employees. 👍

Auto service is empty, I needed a tire, guy in bay got mouthy with my wife, but promptly shut up when he seen she was not alone. I went inside to find a service writer, guy in the shop says something to the guy at the registre, and now they are to busy to get me in. So Walmart, do you train your employees to run there mouths and hide, turn customers away so your employees have more time to smoke, I'm just curious, because I've been sitting here watching them do nothing for 30 minutes..... Bad politics if you ask me.

Bought a gallon of milk and the cap came off, and leaked all over my car and ruined the carpet! I don’t know where their ware house, that packs their milk products? Like everything else after Covid the world went to hell, and left us with a bunch of Morans working! The cap came off and spilled over my car interior, likely they didn’t seal it on good. Cheap trash sealed plastic! Talk about ripping people off, it’ll cost a fortune to clean that! 😤😤😤

Rude rude rude... I asked a lady of darker color right at the fitting room. She wouldn't even look at me and says "help you" like I was bothering her. I asked where the strapless bras were, and instant attitude. Your the 2nd man who's asked me about women's clothing. I was thinking "does it matter". 1 line opens while 7 people are watching self-checkout standing there doing nothing. Thank goodness my husband goes and I rarely do anymore. They are always moving stuff around and have found a lot of the Great Value stuff is more expensive than name brands. Walmart does not appreciate the customers.

This Walmart was very organized and well put together. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile help where they can. I am on a move from central IL to Houston Texas,my husband's truck had it's fuel pump go out on it so we had to have it towed off the highway. We called here and they said it would not be a problem to have it towed to their lot. Once we made it to their lot we checked in with the overnight manager. She welcomed us and made us feel comfortable about our situation and told us not to worry about rushing it out of the lot that if my husband needed to do the work there he could. All in all this particular location made us feel very welcomed and comfortable during a "bump" in our travels! Thank you so much it is truly appreciated Miami,Oklahoma Walmart store #28!

My Walmart of choice! The team members always provide great customer service and shelves are generally stocked. The only issue is the tire & lube. We seem to be charged more every time we go back in 3 months. In March, it was $56, in July it was $67 and then in October, it cost $76. We're given the reason of it being high mileage, but it was high mileage all 3 times, and we've just decided to, regarding an oil change, go elsewhere. Again, storewise, it's an amazing store and the only issues we've ever had we found a solution for by just going elsewhere.

I’ve watched white people (of all ages!) steal from this Walmart for years and the only people I’ve ever seen them hassle about theft are non-white people. Ridiculous.Downgrading my original review because evidently the only thing that happens when you talk about this issue in the review is a bandaid for six months then they go back to singling out and harassing customers. I had no choice but to call corporate and ask them to do an audit or some type of internal investigation into the management of this store.

I use one of the motorized carts and everyone was so kind, and not just the employees. I drink a lot of water, but I am not strong enough to pick up the big cases of water. I was trying to figure out how to get 3 cases of water in my cart and a very nice customer hurried over to help me and loaded it into my cart.Several cashiers asked if I needed help, and then asked if I needed help to unload my haul, but my husband always stays in the truck with our Morkie, Chevy, so I thanked them with all my heart.I really appreciate the employees at Walmart (and I hope they keep taking out those horrible self-check kiosks lol)

It's the only place to shop in a small town not a lot of other business can survive competition with Wal-Mart so we don't have local backers or a videogame stour so Wal-Mart has to stay open or the town would die

The lady’s that work here in customer service as managers, could really use a recap on what customer service is. They are pretty rude, and will refuse you a return, when you have a receipt, if the item/items (if you scan the barcode) show on the Walmart app the exact item you have, and it was purchased the same day. Even if it is from a different location y’all have a policy. It would be nice if they actually followed it. Also this location sucks at keeping things stocked. It always seems like what you went in and bought last week, is now on the list of things they will never have in this location again.Update; ladies in customer service still suck 3 years later, and I thought they closed nightly to restock, why are they still stocking during business hours?

I don’t care much for the self check out takes away from the employees not everyone really wants to check themselves out I don’t work there. Worked for spark driver NOT A WALMART COMPANY read about it so why are they getting my fiancé for embezzlement when he didn’t pay for a a pair of pliers and hand sanitizer total $4.00 and some change you are a complete joke you will never get money from me you can have your joke of a business and I can’t wait til you die out and close your doors to the public forever hurry up and crash and burn Walmart you pollute the planet and waste hope your billionaire life style is making all your employees happy bc your trash to me spark drivers pay attention to what you do bc you might get . Wal-Mart has changed the checkout service layout and now waiting to be told where to go kind of line. Most all the big registers were closed so we had a lot but had to go get a cart to put it in while ringing it up. Cashier didn’t even like the new way. This will change where we shop for a while.
