Have been a long time customer and preferred neighbor member, spent about $600 there on 2 visits in November and was treated/spoke to EXTREMELY rude by an associate that works there, was acting as if we didn't order what we ordered in front of customers then could not explain the situation correctly, threw his hands in the air and said "I'm done" and walked off. We had ask to speak to a manager and he had initially told us he was it, ultimately the real assistant manager came up and explained what the actual issue was with part of our order. Had the first guy did that instead of arguing with us it would save solved the issue and Tractor Supply would not have lost a long time customer. Sent an email to TS with no response. I later get a vm from above mentioned employee about an apology. After the way we were spoke to an apology is useless in my opinion. I am choosing to do shopping elsewhere. I'm not going to give a business my money only to be treated disrespectful, to many other places to shop!

We always find what we need here, whether it's random gardening tools, high quality dog food, or work clothing for my husband. The store is easy to navigate and prices are reasonable. You can bring your dog in; he/she will get a treat from the friendly staff.

Good selection and good service. Wish they had a better selection of dog food. And I just want to say that I wish they would put cart returns in their parking lot. I don't want to just leave it in the parking lot but a bit of a pain to taking the cart all the way back in the store.

Man was rude upon entering building to get some help with a propane tank the continued his rudeness in the way he informed me that they couldn’t even refill propane, I was there on business for my job, I will no longer shop there as a regular customer and am currently searching other places my work can take their propane business. No excuse for rudeness towards any customer no matter what they look like!!😡

They were easy to do business. with , they had what I wanted on sale. Just a wonderful experience. They were nice enough to hold a 900 lb safe till I can get over to pick it up, 5 or 6 days later. Go tractor supply,!

Good selection of pet supplies, including the best dog food for your working dog or pet. They allow pets inside and are welcoming. They also have a good selection of work gear; clothes, gloves, tools, and hardware. Great place for your farm and home needs.

I was absolutely shocked a tractor supply person would be so unfriendly. Just make sure if you come in an hour before close you know you will be charged for that day when renting a trailer. The worst thing was how the guy treated my daughter when she asked him if he would back the trailer in to a spot when returning it. I really liked Tractor supply and I have spent a lot of money there but NO MORE i refuse to give my business to a place that is so rude.....Atwood's and CO-OP you have my business.

Go there to get pet supplies. But don't like it when they stop Carrington the things I want. Prices are a little too high. I do like the store but maybe out of my pocket.

Too frequently out of stock, i.e. forage such as alfalfa pellets. Otherwise I'm happy with the store. Clerk's are courteous and friendly.

Poor customer service. Was super busy had only 1 person working in the whole store as far as I could tell. I needed help with a purchase and couldn't find anyone. And the cashier was backed up so far she couldn't help either!!
