I am very upset that the lady who answers the phone instructed me to clean my cats wound out with hydrogen peroxide. Upon doing a little research that can worsen damage to the wound and damage the surrounding tissue. It's instructed to never use hydrogen peroxide on your cat. You ma'am, should know better, and shouldn't be allowed to give recommendations. I will not be using this vet again.

My friend stopped and said grab ur dog we taking them to cut nails . So off we went and walked in with greetings of a smile. Thy girl was awesome no appointments just great. But that's all I know is groomer so far

This is a family own business. Cory, the veterinary is really good with the animals, and he will take his time to explain everything to you. His wife is the one who works the front counter right now. And she is a really nice lady and does a really good job of grooming the animals. And if you have questions and her husband's not around, she more than gladly will try to help you.

The people at this place are so very AWESOME! They healed my baby girl! The assistant is totally awesome! My baby girl is a red nose pit bull and the assistant wasn't afraid of her didn't treat her any differently due to her breed they have earned my love and respect and for sure my business! I love you guys!

I brought my sweet Damien very sick here. They told me he would be there 7 to 10 days. I got to pick him up Monday on the 5th day. I was so very excited to get my baby back. But I didn't get my baby back i got a sicker dog than when I brought him. I got no instructions on what to do. I called another vet a couple days later because I wasn't getting answers and Damien was getting worse and North Miami wouldn't do anything. I got more sympathy from a vet that never even met Damien. At this hospital I never spoke or even met the vet. I couldn't tell you what he even looked like. This morning I woke up to find my sweet Damien gone. I had to bury my boy today. When I called to tell these people I got nothing. Its like they didn't even care. I will not ever use this place again. Its like they didn't even care.

My dog had to be put to sleep...I took him here for cremation.. it took 3 months to get his ashes back.. and they told me they cremated him with his collar on. Luckily, they were wrong about that and I got his collar back. I won't be going back. They made an already traumatic experience, not only for my husband and I, but also for our 4 year old, even more traumatic. I hate leaving negative reviews.. but this was just my experience here.

It had been a long time since I was a pet owner, and Dr. Bates made me feel comfortable & not stupid for all my questions.His receptionist/assistant is friendly. You can tell she's an animal lover, which of course at a vet's office is great to see.

Had a pup that got into another dog fight n had a infection so bad he was going to die . I understand that I had no money atm but did have money coming. A friend let me borrow the money so the dog would not die' they told me 200 dollar deposit n we put it up n was 6 dollars short cuz I didnt make it before closing n still send bill with interest not caring at all' rude n inconsiderate
