Simply put, if you can't find what you're looking for at Walmart, you'll find it here at ACE! I had a hard time finding a decent heater for a fair price, but for some reason Walmart likes to overprice things that are essential. So, I looked around and found out that ACE carries such appliances, so we brought 2 heaters for $20 each.

Went in after a drop light and a rough service bulb. These are common items that most home improvement people have used. Had to speak to 3 people before I found someone who knew what a drop light was and no one knew that a rough service basically could mean commercial application. No one even knew they carried the commercial bulbs, I had to find them. I would not expect everyone working in the store to know every term, but when told what it is they at least should know where the item is or about where it is. Training should get them familiar with the store and where everything is, it's not that big of a store. I will say that all 3 people were very nice and tried to assist. The older clerk finally helped me but the younger ones need some training. In retail when someone asks for an item you should take them to the item not just point to an aisle. That's good customer service. Keep up the friendly people Ace, but just train them a little more before releasing them to assist customers.Just my observation.

If negative stars were an option I would give this store a negative 4. I have spent my last here. Would not recommend anyone going and doing business here. You're better off going to Lowes or someplace else. Never will I buy any thing from here again

Update, the owner made an immediate and sincere reply stating that he plan to address the issued. What more could you ask for? The store is very clean well stocked.Nice store. Never have enough cashiers so expect to wait.

This Ace hardware is great. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I recently was there looking for something I didn't know the name of but, described it to a couple of staff members and they were so friendly and helpful in helping me. All I could do was describe what I needed and they took it from there and found me what I needed.

Well first off did not like or appreciate the childish sign they have in their store and then once I mentioned it was childish of them to act like they have towards their new neighbors they ended up getting rude and a bit hateful when we were trying to get new keys made... Now the ladies up front they were nice and very polite when we were checking out and appreciate people like that but honestly think the sign should be taken down and if they have problems with their new neighbors then don't take it out on everyone else especially those that work there take it up with the owner or ones who built the place not the employees that work there or/and their families... Because of that sign it why getting such a low review

Ace Hardware always has someone standing inside the front door waiting to help you, the customer. I like that because it helps me get the things I need quicker and I can get out of the store quicker. Saves me a lot of time.
