This store has more of a hometown feel. I grab a fried chicken breast from the deli when I can. The store is clean and well stocked. Sometimes they have root beer flavored Milk. 😄

They are always nice and friendly and always find what you need and they kept mostly the same layout as last time name change really is a must go if you don't like many people in a store this is it

Was charged nearly $30 (after tax) for a 1/4 sheet cake when I only got a 1/8. Will definitely be contacting the manager about it

Harps is a pleasant place to shop. A particular worker(don't know his name) was very kind and polite. Struck up a conversation as I was shopping the aisle he was restocking. Very nice fellow. The cashier was very friendly. The prices are a little high but, I guess you pay for hometown friendly service.

Wonderful experience in Harp's in Miami. There's one thing to say. I have U card thru United healthcare insurance to buy groceries with. You don't have thatI wish you would. I have to go to buy groceries with my U- card to Wal-Mart

They have good produce and meat. They don't carry a lot of the family size of items but they do have a good selection.This time I was there the store had a sour smell so I think the mopping needed to be improved. Most times however, it is pretty clean.Wish they had a cart return.Long way to take cart back into the store when it is really cold .

I have shopped other Harps in the area and was glad to hear they were coming to Miami. The customer service started out good but has deteriorated over the last month. I mainly am talking about the cashiers since that is whom most customers interact with. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no thank you, and minimal interaction. You guys can do better than this!

Liked it better when it was Marvin's. I was a loyal customer, several time a week. Now I go there and they have nothing I usually purchase. Back to fighting that walmart crowd; even so, they have what we want.

A good variety of deli and groceries. Prices are moderate. They keep items stocked well. They also rent rug cleaning equipment and products. Very helpful staff too.

Let’s be honest here. The bakery department deserves the five stars especially pricing for the magnificent capabilities of the two ladies who make the cakes. Not to mention the cake that was recently made by them hit 150,000 likes on my other page and that was within less than a month. And absolutely made my moms day.If you give them an idea for a cake these ladies will nail on the head beautifully and make it look absolutely splendid and taste amazing as well.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Came to buy a cookie cake with specific words on it saying “HAPPY BDAY B*TCH” and they were very rude on the phone. Told me they wouldn’t do it so I just went somewhere else. Shouldn’t matter what is says it’s not like they are going to eat it. It’s literally just a word.

For everybody who is "new" to the area, this place used to be Marvin's discount grocery store. While the name, 'Harps' is still kinda new-ish, they still have things that Marvin used to have, like pick 5 for $25. Now you can download an app and clip coupons to save at the grocery store. I have yet to try this feature, I will update after I have used it in awhile. Anyway, I just got a brand new indoor grill that Wal-Mart is selling for about $80. I got mine half off, which means I got mine for only $40! I also got a crockpot for &10 that was on sale, also. So, I'm guessing that they have seasonal sales?

Nice to not have the parking nightmare and be able to check out quickly and easily. My only complaint is I bought eggs on sale and the lady rung them up for a higher price. When I told her they are marked the lower price, the mouthed off to me.

I shop here for the 5 for $25 meat packs. I wish they would make sure to have their ham salad avaliable all the time. I really like it but it's rarely stocked. Otherwise the store is clean and the service is good.

A bit pricey especially for a small town. Great deli and produce though. And, one of the best bakeries around. Great place to order birthday and special event cakes, cupcakes, etc. Amazing fried chicken and catfish, by the piece or a meal. Staff is courteous, store is always clean.

I had a little misunderstanding issue involving some product & the price of & it was handled very well, nice & appropriately without any hesitation whatsoever & + they also have some very decent ads & might I add that about 7 times outa 10, u don't have to put up with alot of inconsiderate people like a "MAJOR ENTITY" around here employees also considered even though I think the checkers should pay more attention to the customer rather than themselves, their phones or their "friends" who are also employed there! The customer should come first & foremost, Who Do They Think Are Really Putting Food In Their Or Their Family's Mouth, Paying Their Bills!! JUST SAYING!!!
