My Daughter and me are the Easter buffet there today. We had never been before to that casino. We both were very impressed by the service and the food. The best part was not overly crowded and for spacious. The veggies were cooked perfect. I had the Waldorf salad too it was the best I ever have had. The prime rib was cooked great. The fruit was just ripe too.

I had a great stay here with my family last weekend. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were generously sized, clean and comfortable. The tiled walk-in showers were very nice. I also enjoyed the gift shop and morning coffee in the lobby dining area. Too bad we didn't stay during weekdays when the breakfast buffet is open. However the food at the 3 casino restaurants next-door was really good with generous portions. Overall a great deal!

Exceptional! I looked at the other reviews before going and thought it was too good to be true. This is a truckers paradise. The machines are loose and the staff is super friendly. They made our first visit a good one and we cannot wait to come back. Free showers and laundry for truck drivers. They also give you a $10 food voucher as well as free play on your first visit. Buffalo Run, you have us forever and I look forward to returning. Thanks for a fun time.Noteworthy details: Incredible staff!

Def lots of good parking for truckers, casino is nice inside, however, the Trucker Lounge is only open from 0700-2200, 7 days a week, but on the Sunday we were here, someone didn't show up to work, so no restrooms/shower access. The roving Security guy gladly took husband to the casino, because it's a pretty far walk. Hope we get to use the facilities next time.

Nice variety of games and i always get great service from the casino, restaurant, and casino employees. Always. The cash advances are cheap. The casino promotions are few and kind of weak compared to other local casinos. The cinnamon rolls from the bistro are to die for. To die for!!! Usually there is plenty of parking. You have to have money to get your free play going but at least they are generous with freeplay. It typically loads 3 days a week with food credit as well. The hotel is pretty lack luster and pales in comparison to other nearby casinos but at least you get a fridge and microwave and a decent breakfast. Overall a good place. I like it.

All staff in every area are super nice. Big wins every once in a while. Usually enough to keep you alive & have some fun. By the way, they LOVE truckers! They provide ample parking, a separate building with showers & lounge, and their CDL discount isn't just 10%. It's $10 every 24 hours. We always stop here for the night whenever we have the chance.

I was given a room with toilet running, fridge door would not shut due to all the frost build up and a napkin behind tv stand. I asked to be put in a different room they refused my request. I checked out.We love truckers not. I've stayed here other times this was the worst experience ever. I always make it a point to stop when on the area. That ends today.

As a truck driver, what a great place to be.Plenty of truck parking, along with free showers and laundry, but also great food and super friendly stuff. Every thing is super clean. 👍👍👍I wish more places were like this.

Great casino really is and especially if you're a trucker, one of the few that respects us! They have a truckers lounge where you can have your laundry done, beautiful shower room and a voucher for $10 for food each day I believe. Plenty of parking. Also I had a suite room when on a 34 hr reset there and the food was great and the room was pretty nice and big! Room was close to 5 star rating but this hotel definitely deserves 5 stars especially for being considerate and respectful.

Used to be my favorite place to stop. I'm a truck driver and used to love the truckers lounge. It's 10:00 in the morning, ain't no coffee made and can't do laundry because Desmond the worker is using all the machines for herself. I think I'll find me another favorite place to stop. Looks like she's doing her personal laundry. I didn't know they were allowed to do that as employees.

This place is awesome! Employees are extremely friendly. I'm a trucker and this place goes above and beyond to make sure truckers are made to feel welcome.I lost $800 last time I was there, but it was worth it. I had a great time winning and losing . I had an absolutely great meal. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area and have spare timeSafety: Plenty of security. It is nice to see.

We just stumbled upon this looking for an overnight stop in our campervan.They have about 10 spots with electric and water hook ups. They are oddly configured but it all works. Example the electrical box is on the other side of a short fence facing away. It's either an awkward reach or hop the fence.The young man who unlocked the electrical was extra kind. The kind of kid that gives you faith in the future.With the site, you get access to the hotel pool and workout and continental breakfast. $21 well spent in my opinion. The breakfast was nice. The bacon was yummy. All good.Sorry we didn't even check out the casino, we were so dang tired. It seems like a really nice place.

Went there for the first time me and my companion. We signed up for a players club card got free play. And had a fun afternoon on them. Only casino around me with a buffet that I know of. The buffet is small. Over all we had a wonderful experience and definitely plan on returning.

Some of the friendliest staff I have ever met, I never came across a mean person there. They have some great games, and always seem active in improving their business.Only can attest for the casino itself as I have never stayed overnight at the hotel

Great place to stay, it is right beside the casino and you can even get a shuttle to and from if necessary. The resort is very nice and clean with excellent staff. They have a full breakfast in the morning that will be served to you just say what you want and the amazing host/server with get it for you and or bring it to your table. Breakfast stops at 11am.Buffalo Run accommodation also includes truckers. They have plenty of truck parking, showers and complimentary $10 voucher every 24hrs for cdl holders and plenty more. Also $25 free play for 1st timers. But you have to play at least $10 to get the free play.They also have indoor top golf and 2 restaurants and an 24hr bistro that is very good. They have plenty of games to choose from and actual gambling tables.I have been to a few other casinos here in the area and so far Buffalo Run Casino and Resort is my favorite.

This was my first time staying here in RM 314 and while it is a nice property, the people right next to me have been slamming doors banging on the walls and talking extremely loud the entire night. I was first woken up by it at 1130 and again at 230AM and haven't been able to go back to sleep due to how loud they are. Very disappointed in my stay here and will not be staying here again.To edit my above review, the hotel contacted me 3 weeks later in regards to my stay. I asked if I would be able to be completely compensated for my stay that night and haven't received a response back. Poor customer service.

The people that work here are very friendly. The showers were clean and very nice. The laundry machines were very nice. Ten dollars for a 12 dollar buffet. It had steak, salmon, mashed potatoes, 7 different kinds of cake. It was beyond an awesome experience. Whoever is making decisions here knows how to run a business. Thank you for the charity. Loved this place. First time betters get a bonus. Thought that was a nice incentive. Room was nice. Got in late, so one restaurant was closed. Drove 3 hours one way just now to play here, get to the counter and do a 1000.00 cash advance and it pulls the money from my bank account and then they tell me I'm sorry we can't give you the money, our system messed up and I have to wait for up to 3 days for it to come back to my account. 6 hr round trip and they can't offer any freeplay or anything for the inconvenience and act like it's my fault that the system messed up. Don't go here, the people are rude and not helpful at all. If I could give negative stars I certainly would.
