Great place for your fur children. Reasonably priced. Kiki did a fantastic job grooming. We had a really nice road trip and night alone from the fur children. Couldn't sleep without our babies!

We left our miniature schnauzer for 4 days. From the moment we pulled up, it really felt like we were dropping her off for her own vacation. The kennel was very clean, I loved that they had a window so I could see where she was staying. The play room was adorable, and very clean. We were able to extend her visit by a day simply by texting.

Our pup, Castor, has stayed in a dozen boarding facilities all over the US, this is the nicest one by far! You couldn't ask for kinder people or a happier pup after. Would come back and will recommend to everyone. Thank you for being so accommodating!!

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to for this amazing place. I was skeptical about my baby going off for days without me, but these ladies made me feel my Leo was in the best hands. He loved them from day one. I will forever be grateful for the care they gave him.

i liked this place, they take care of dogs really well but what i think is that they dont clean the kennels very well because my dog came home with a kennel cough. my dog is up to date on all of her shots, she still came home with a kennel cough. i personally would recommend at least use bleach or some other disinfectant to clean the kennels to prevent any sickness.

I feel safe leaving my fur babies here!I have one dog who is timid with new spaces and people, and after her first trip she was confident going back. I’m so happy with the service and you can’t beat the price for dog boarding. LOVE the staff at RRPR ❤️ Thanks for loving on Ranger, Chips and Juno!

Love this place! We left our little Yorkie babies here for a week during spring break. The place is immaculate and the staff is super friendly. I was impressed with the prices too! Highly recommend 👌

We took our fur baby, Bella, there for almost a four day stay and couldn’t have been happier. She is a very energetic dog and can be a handful at times. This proved to be no problem as everyone loved her. She was obviously well taken care of and was in love with the young man upfront. For those that gave the bad reviews (Jeremy, I’m looking at you), why did you not notify anyone? Sounds to me like there was a problem with your dogs and you took them there knowing this so you’d have someone to blame besides yourself. I have heard nothing but good things about this place and experienced nothing but good things. In fact, we’re taking two animals there this time and I have the utmost confidence in this group.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Red River Pet Resort. They are reasonably priced, and once, when one of my dogs got away from me when we were leaving, the girls came outside to help me get the dog back into my car.

This place is so neat, clean & well-maintained. The owners and staff are animal lovers and took exceptional care of our sweet girl for a week. We're very protective of our girl and we highly recommend them! Mavis gives them 5 tail wags...& 5 stars from us!

At this time, our review posted on Red River Pet Resort’s Facebook page is no longer viewable nor is anyone else’s review, whether it was positive or negative. The tab to view or leave a review has also been removed. My wife and I find this very odd for a business to do. It only confirms and validates our thoughts and feelings about our experience.Red River Pet Resort did not meet our expectations during our girls recent five night stay. We visited the facility prior to using their services and the owner was friendly and showed us around. It appeared clean but there was an odor that was very noticeable when you walked in the door. During our girls stay we never received any communication that our littlest dog was not doing well. At the time we picked up the dogs it was apparent our littlest was lethargic and moving gingerly. When we got her home she was having chills, diarrhea and labored breathing. The next morning we took our littlest to the vet and she received treatment for an infection. The boarding staff may not have been aware of how sick she was but it was very apparent to us how ill she was. We feel the staff would have noticed this had they been more attentive. At drop off, we requested them to receive a bath prior to pickup. When we went to pick them up we were told they had not received a bath because the groomer was ill. We understand that people get sick, but we don’t believe this is a hard skill and feel that anyone could complete that task. Our dogs were very dirty and their fur smelled of urine and feces. We feel this is well setup facility and could be very successful. We need a good boarding place in our area. However, we feel that there is not a enough staff onsite to give the attention and care to all the dogs that are boarded at their facility.

We have taken our large dog there many times, the staff is always friendly and extremely accommodating to odd schedules. The facilities are always clean and well maintained and our dog has never had any issues with his stays.

We are so fortunate to have Red River Pet Resort as our pet facility. Kiki grooms wonderfully. We have an old dog with trouble nails and she trimmed them effortlessly and painlessly for our dog. Thank you Red River.

Left my dog for 3 days. Wanted her shampooed and clipped. When I picked her up she wasn't clipped and her bedding was soaking wet. So she was probably hosed down in her cage. And I was charged a " refresh" fee. Probably won't be using the facility again.

Nice facility took our babies to be groomed and to check things out .they received a groom that came from a beginner baboon buttclip. cut around leg .had a sore leg when my York Is went in which I told her to b careful didn't walk on it until this morning really had hopes for this place very dissatisfied SORRY
