Clean and organized store. My choice of cat food is always in the same area. I’m not confused in the store. Employee’s were nice and professional. They will try to help you with the best of their ability. Their prices are a little steep. I wish they had more coupons or sales on cat food.

Not very happy with my grooming services here. I picked up my puppy this second time around and noticed his testicles were very red and irritated they were also sensitive to touch. Before I brought him in they were normal. I understand he is a 6 month old puppy so he probably moves a lot. However, if you nipped my puppy you should let me know on pick up. I shouldn’t bring him home and find this on him. The purpose of bringing my puppy in to get groomed is to avoid this since I have no experience cutting a dog. This is sad, unprofessional and, very disappointing. I do not recommend them at all for grooming services. Things like this should be told on pick up especially since he could get an infection or something from this. Highly disappointed in you guys and would never tell anyone to bring their furry babies here. I paid $93 for this the least you can do is be up front with me. The girl that did his haircut is Alexis do not let her touch your animals.

I took my dog to get a pawdicure and I specifically told the groomer I only needed her to work on his paws, nothing else. When I picked him up she not only did his paws, she also SHAVED him down around his sanitary areas which I did not wanted her to do that.

The grooming staff are excellent and truly cared for my dog. They didn’t add any unnecessary stress for my nervous pup. They did their best to help reassure him it was ok and didn’t pressure him to do anything he wasn’t comfortable with. He is a rescue pup and it meant so much for them to take that extra care with him.

Adopted a cat from here, flat fee. It’s a cash only transaction which is super odd and doesn’t make the animal adoption a very comfortable one. But the money goes to the humane society so it all works out.However, if the humane society’s are so overwhelmed with animals they should run specials on adopting them.

Very helpful and had everything I was looking for. Good sales. The store was very clean. We brought our puppy in and the staff was very friendly to him and went out of there way to help find what he needed and answer all questions.

My dog got groomed yesterday the groomers are amazing and did a great job. However, the registers messed up and charged my card 3 times. So instead of 61$ I was charged 183$. I called this morning around 10 am pressed 0 to talk to someone about this the girl that answered told me she needed to put me on hold. Instead of putting me on hold she sat the phone down then preceded to talk to her coworker about her life problems. I heard everything I was on hold for 5 minutes. Then I said hello they couldn't hear me. So I hung up and called back told her I heard everything. She still couldn't help me and said the registers do it all the time. I wonder how many people petsmart has scammed out of money because they don't check their bank account information. My bank said I will not be getting the money back for 2 weeks if they even do refund me. This store needs to work on customer service and they definitely need to fix their registers this is awful and a huge scam!

Got my new Betta there and he's absolutely beautiful!! You could tell they're really stepping up their game on Betta care!! Always stop in for Betta care products and for ferret food!! The prices on tanks was awesome!! Love the savings!!

My dog, clad in a sweater, jacket, and boots, and I visited Lawton out of necessity. He walked into every store with me, Walmart x2, Petco, you name it. The only store that had a problem with him not walking on a leash was this one. The irony is that my dog's collar had broken, and we were there to purchase a collar so we could use his leash that we carried in with us. He's very well behaved. Understanding this may be policy, I accept that, but the first thing the associate said to us was "he needs to be on a leash." It read very cold and unwelcoming. We left and went back to Petco.

Well stocked and well maintained. Employees were very friendly and greeted me at the door. Also the cashier was super helpful in helping me choose which wet food was best for my pups and was very thorough in explaining the ingredients in both and why the one I chose was a better choice. She seemed very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help customers. This is much appreciated thank you. I would definitely recommend this Petsmart for all your pets needs.

I’ve adopted two of my cats during rescue events here and I’m so grateful that they host these events. I have to be careful not to shop on weekends anymore or I’ll end up bringing all the cats home and I’m running out of room!

Our favorite place to get needs for our puppies. We also did the training program for beginner puppy and the trainer is absolutely great at his job. He's the dude with a long curly hair. We definitely recommend the training program off.

I forgot how much I dislike when it comes to buying fishes from Petsmart don't get me wrong they were well stocked but when it comes to fishes they just be saying the most ridiculous stuff ,first off you gonna lecture people like everybody is dumb when it comes to fishes, but there recommendation of tanks for certain fishes are ridiculous.

The place is great, but the lady that takes care of all the fish and what not gave me a whole “interview” just to buy fish…? She asked me a whole bunch of questions including asking me for an ID.. I understand the passion she must have for her job but I feel like she pushed it too far, and for this specific reason I will not be going back ✌🏼
